This place is atrocious. Work orders don't get fixed. There's not enough parking and half the parking is premium pay for parking. The staff is incredibly rude and do not send out notices in an efficient manner. Finally, be prepared for additional expenses to be added to your lease after signing which I am pretty sure is illegal.

    Leasing office staff have been great helping with any needs of service and very friendly, great atmosphere .Neighbors are friendly and very respectful , the leasing office understands when you have a issue and help get it resolve in a timely manner.

      Was a nice complex at first now its horrible.Parking is ridiculous,no one cleans the laundry area,no ice been putting down when needed.Snow removal is hours later or maybe the next day if complaints come in.Charging $27 a month for somebody to remove the trash is ludicrous.$35 for storage unit and it was $20 always.Will be moving this year was just waiting on my son to graduate.An neighbors are loud and ------.Let anybody move in and they dont stay a year must of the time.

        Neighbors are ignorant. They do laundry and are loud in the common room all night,there used to be rules against this but management doesn't care anymore.They throw garbage on the ground and have broke down cars that take valuable parking spots.

          The staff has been pretty good to me though out the years. I do wish the up keep of the grounds was a little better. To many unattended kids running around. Overall not to bad of a place to live. Upgrades are needed.

            Noisy and dirty. Its definitely a temp place to stay. Consistent emails from management complaining about everything from kids playing outside to parking war's. This is a money grab management. Wouldn't recommend for long term.

                Horrible. It's not the comminuty its the management & maintenance. All these people do is LIE & damage your unit and fix nothing & an every month they add a new charge but cant say why or what it is.

                    Absolutely terrible management practices. They send emails like they are talking to children. We had an emergency maintenance ticket in and it took 5 days to get it resolved. The planning of community maintenance and upkeep is the worst. When we first moved in we put in multiple maintenance tickets and they eventually got deleted and canceled. We can light through the front door and the sliding door doesn't even lock and they have done nothing about it. Run as fast as you can away from this complex.

                        Not much to say, the staff is not available and can't be reached. The thing i need fix haven't been done. The parking reserves are not enforce. The children throw things and have food at my door and are loud. Not happy here

                          The townhomes are beautiful but I will say trying to get maintenance to fix your issues as they arise, and they will, they are not quick to get it done. The office staff has changed three times in the 3 years I have been here.

                            It has been a very pleasant experience from the first moment when we made the appointment to visit the houses. Trey was very friendly and helped us a lot with his explanation. His guidance was easy, he made the process simple. Later Lindsey communicated who was also very friendly and great with her directions. We were always accompanied; We received the help we needed with the doubts that arose. we are so grateful to Trey and Linsey for being great and professional in their work. They are the best.

                              Not HAPPY! You guys are quick to send emails and text about RENT payments after it's been after the first! But when there are issues not the same response you call the office it's closed or email no response! Parking issues for two years still not resolved Laundry area tenants have clothes in washer and dryer for hours no consideration for others! People have dogs don't pick up poop! The price keep going up on rent! We pay for garbage and it sit and grow! Not happy!

                                Bad experience with moving here and every month I am charge an admin fee of 106 Dollar plus rent and plus. Utility unit was not ready on move in date and dishwasher broke garage disposal broke bugs in the light fixture cover in kitchen maintenance is a joke still waiting to be fix and they charge you for anything I would not recommend this place to anyone and the people in the office with llie to your face I move here the middle of September 2024 and I will be moving when my lease is up and you have to pay for parking for your guest and my package was stolen and the rent is very high for them to charge an admin fee every month anywhere from 106 to 250 a month is crazy

                                          Horrible Townhomes. Old. Expensive. Unsafe. Management does not answer phones and the office is closed most of the time. No screen doors on some of houses but we pay the same rent. Doors are not secured.

                                                When my husband, kids and I moved in in March, the community was not professional at all. We had many issues. Now, the new property manager is trying to make changes and it feels like we actually have someone that cares. However, there are many things that need to be updated and fixed. We pay a lot for many of our amenities not to work or having cheap upgrades. Please look into getting better updates to our community. Overall, we have great bones here but just need TLC to make things better.

                                                  Rent is very high for apartments that need upgrades kitchen very dated, outlets doesn't work very well, bathroom need updated sinks and toilets very old, plumbing needs upgraded,,some apartments have no screen doors looks like we live in a under served community.
