Staff is very easy to work with and seem to be on top of everything. They are proactive instead of reactive. The community is clean and safe. The apartments are up to date and offer a lot of space. The rent is very fairly priced for the area.

Spark may be the best value for DT Fishers. While not the cheapest rent, the amenities actually get used and not useless "luxury perks" other places advertise. Very friendly staff. The cleaning team does a fantastic job and deserve their own recognition. The maintenance team has helped me out and are friendly. Spark is clean and well maintained. Other places I've lived have things break and never fixed or units are not built correctly. Very happy and a good place to live.

Overall, I felt very welcomed into this complex and the staff and community make it feel like home. I lived here for three years and really enjoyed my time here! Would recommend looking into some of the apartments that have some HVAC issues that cause humidity buildup. Might also need to check on silverfish infestation. But overall, it has been a wonderful and peaceful stay!

I love the location of my community and the amenities are wonderful. My apartment is very large and modern. Maintenance and office staff are great and always take care of things promptly. I would definitely recommend this community.

I've had a very positive experience living at Spark Apartments. The community is clean, modern, and well cared for, and it really feels like management takes pride in the property. The staff is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with?any maintenance or questions I've had were handled quickly and professionally.

The staff take pride in their jobs & very efficient. This is very much appreciated. Whenever there is an issue to be addressed, they promptly find the best way to solve it! I feel very comfortable living in this complex.

It's been a great experience and I love that's in a walkable area with plenty to do. The office staff and maintenance team are super helpful and responsive. The amenities are great, really love the gym and outdoor courtyard area.

Everyone is very welcoming. From the staff, to the neighbors, even the people working in the small shops. I loved how convenient everything is within the apartment complex; the amenities are incredibly accessible and helpful as well.

I've had a great experience living at this community. The staff is responsive and friendly, always addressing maintenance requests quickly. The property is well-maintained, clean, and safe. Amenities like the fitness center and pool are excellent and convenient. I also appreciate the sense of community among residents. Overall, it's been a positive and comfortable place to call home, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming apartment.

Great staff and community, great spaces for working, units are amazing and common areas are always clean and tidy. Neighbors are kind and supportive. Great location coffee shops, restaurants to walkable distance.

Great location. Leasing consultant was great & showed me three options that fit my needs. She responded to my questions after my tour promptly. Nice amenities & garage parking makes this the place I want to live.

The apartment complex is clean and vibrant. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There are also coffee shops and the pool area is clean and nice. The apartment itself is clean and has modern fixtures

Great location, staff is helpful and responsive. Apartments are in great shape. The common areas are well maintained and the community is very quiet and conscious of each other. Price is a little high than other options in the area but overall is good value for money

Spark apartments includes all the amenities that one could possibly hope for at an apartment community. It is reasonably priced considering everything that is included plus it is in a great location. I just recently resigned my lease and could not be happier!

Everything has been great here. The communication and knowing everything that is happening with the apartment and the area in general has been great. There is so much to do within walking distance around here.

Although I did not end up renting here, I was very impressed with the apartment's facilities and design overall. I wanted more square footage for the price for a 1-bedroom overall but if that weren't a concern this complex would have been much higher on my list! Audrey the leasing agent was very helpful and friendly throughout my tour even though I ended up not being interested. Would recommend.

Being part of the JC Hart apartments has been wonderful, staff is helpful and friendly from front desk to the maintenance staff and there is always something to do and the amenities are good and the care that they provide is excellent.

Very nice apartment, comparable pricing for the area (although the area seems to be getting more and more expensive). Lovely front desk staff. Great location. There are a few things I'd expect to be done better for the price, like no broken doors and appliances when you move in, but on the whole, a good spot.

I have lived here for almost 3 years, and cannot say one bad thing about this apartment complex! I haven't had any major maintenance issues and love the amenities they offer. It's so fun to watch this city grow and Spark is great at connecting residents to new businesses (neighbors supporting neighbors type).

The main reason we have decided not to renew our lease after five years is the apartment complex's decision to continue employing a resident for part-time work, including maintaining the coffee machine and managing the pool during the summer. Unfortunately, I have observed this resident engaging in unprofessional behavior, such as making negative comments about other residents after they have left the pool area. She has also spoken disrespectfully about me and my guests to others at the pool while we were sitting nearby. While I have always remained polite, I have intentionally kept my interactions minimal. However, my efforts to maintain a respectful distance have been met with hostility. This has created an uncomfortable environment where she feels emboldened to be petty toward certain residents simply because she has positive relationships with others.

Overall we have enjoyed living here. The community is walkable and the on-site staff are extremely helpful. The maintenance team alone deserves all the praise in the world. There are some amenities that frequently seem to need external parts or are out of commission for a while (the fire pit and grills). The cabana spaces around the pool are extremely nice, but limited. The community events are frequently pretty enjoyable, and has introduced me to neighbors I never knew we had.

This is great Apartment Community, close to Downtown Fishers and many great places, Only down sides are price, in each year they increase the rent and now it is a little higher then what it is worth. The Parking needs attention, other than that It is definitely a great place to live.
