Spark is a great community and the staff and maintenance people are very helpful and prompt. The courtyard and pool areas are awesome and well maintained. The hallways and common areas are vacuumed often which also helps keep the place looking nice.

Overall good area, smells like weed often in the hallways. Working nights courtyard does sometimes get loud from echos. Has lots of nice amenities but feel price also shows that. Everyone is nice. Pool and gym are good, didn't feel need for another gym membership.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the effort put into monthly events for just the Spark residents. Coffee bar has saved me money! No need for Starbucks daily. I also love that internet is included. Valet trash is a great amenity

So far so good. A clean apartment with decent finishes. The location is pretty good but the parking is a real highlight as well as the gym. Neighbors at this point have been considerate and I have no complaints.

The Spark building and community has been a great experience thus far. Location, value for my rent, staff, and ammenties are difficult to compete with. This is a terrific place for people in most phases of life. Love my corner unit, the professional conference rooms, common spaces, garage parking, pool, and fitness center. But if I were to single out one area most impressed with, it would be the people/staff. They have been amazing thoughout my experience. Love that they work in the common area and greet residents daily. Makes you feel welcome.

My experience with Spark apartments has been amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and make sure that you have everything you need for move in. When you are all moved in they make you feel so welcomed and every time I see the staff they make sure to say hi and check in on me.

Staff and residents are very kind and helpful. The outside pool area is very peaceful and is great for hosting our life group. The workout facilities are excellent and give a good variety of workout types.

Choosing Spark was a good decision for my husband and I. We were looking for a place to stay after we sold our previous home while building our new one. We love the location and being able to walk to bars/restaurants, the farmers market and the near by walking trail. The ammenities are nice, especially the pool and work out rooms. The perfect place if you want carefree living.

We have been very pleased with Sparks. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We have only had a couple of minor maintenance issues, and they have been addressed promptly and efficiently. The premises are very safe and clean, and the location is great. We highly recommend these apartments!

The office and maintenance staff have been very helpful. They are always available and willing to help. The one time we put in a maintenance request, they came and fixed it the same day. The community is very clean and amenities are nice. The office will often host events such as cookouts or comedy nights which are good ways to get to know some of your neighbors.

Clean and quiet place to live. Love how close and central it is to things. Move in process was easy and the staff were very helpful when I had questions. People are friendly. Love the gym, pool and parking garage.

So far everyone seems really nice, respectful, and helpful. I like all of the things they have to offer like the grills the pool the work out facilities and the coffee bar. I also like that I can walk to anything I need to get to quickly.

Everyone has been great. Very nice and friendly. Caring staff about our needs. The community holds events that are fun and outgoing. The amenities are nice. The maintenance staff does a wonderful job at all they do.

I recently moved into Spark. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent amenities and events for the residents. I had a few work orders that were fixed immediately. I have lived at several JC hart properties and my experience has great with all!

It's been very pleasant since I've moved in! Everyone is very kind. The building is always so clean. I also love how dog friendly it is here. It's such a cute and unique place to live. I would recommend this place!

I have absolutely no complaints about the apartment, the staff, or living here. The apartment is safe, quiet, and pleasant. Everyone is kind and helpful. Trash pickup is extremely convenient and helpful. I enjoyed living here and do not regret my decision.

I have had a great experience living at Spark. The building is secure and safe. There are always things going on and ways to meet new people. The maintenance team is always fast and reliable. This has been a great place to live and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking.

Decent place to live, but the cost of units is a bit excessive considering the garbage south of 96th St is migrating this way. Leasing agents should maybe be trained on how to do their jobs better. The gate's sensors will hassle you entering and exiting the parking garage. Also, watch it cuz it seems said gate likes to hit cars sometimes due to those sensor reading issues.

Spark has been a very welcoming and accommodating community. This is my first experience living in an apartment complex and it has been great. This is my second home and it feels like home and would highly recommend to others.

Very courteous staff and maintenance team is always ready to help! I very much enjoy the residents' week activities each month and It's been a very pleasant experience living at spark overall. Thank you. The internet connection is choppy both in the apartment as well as other common areas in the building however.

Moving into spark was easy and simple. The staff made the process very straightforward, and I really enjoyed the fact that they walked through the apartment with me before I moved in, to check to make sure everything was working, as well as everything being clean and upkept.

We've loved it so far! The staff is friendly, the maintenance is always fast and helpful. We love being in the heart of everything happening in Fishers and the community here. The pool is wonderful, and we always feel safe.
