Friendly neighbors, staff, and quality community space. Still pleased with my decision to rent at Spark after ~14 months. Likely to renew. Central location to shopping and dining is a big plus too. Right next to the Nickle Plate Trail for evening walks. A great place to live for downtown Fishers.

Overall, loved the community and would rent again. Location is amazing, especially with the Nickel Plate District and Trail right there. Very, very hard water made the dishwasher unusable and needed additive for washer.

I love living at the Spark Apartments for the sole reason of how great the office staff is. They are amazing at creating a friendly and fun environment, getting things done within the day of me ever reaching out to them. I feel that this complex is very safe due to the locked doors, cameras and the gated garage. I do feel like the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations through the front door which is not the greatest and can get annoying at times. The appliances in the kitchen are old and I think they could have done a better job updating those considering the price they're renting out these apartments from. I'd say that the apartments look not as modern as some of the other apartments around us. The reason we're still here is mostly because of the community.

I love living in the apartment complex. They have made everything extremely easy when it comes to setting up everything. The technology package included in my rent was a huge plus. I have loved the valet trash service as well. It isn't often you find a place that picks up trash every night.

Great amenities and floor plans and price! The Location is amazing and Great for people living by themselves! Security is amazing fells super safe! The Pool will be amazing when it is open! The gym and coffee Machine!

Downsides: Rent is too high. Outdoor grills often not in service. Washers and dishwashers very inefficient and do not clean well. Carpet and flooring cheap. Interior paint job sloppy. Plus: beautiful lobby, nice gyms.

I couldn't be happier! The community is welcoming, staff and residents alike, and the location of the complex is perfect! I'm walking distance from so many great places! Going forward into my first summer at Spark I am excited to see the community come alive and enjoy a spectacular summer!

Overall been a good experience with the new management however I am more than likely relocating. I know that if I was staying I would probably extend my lease, but I do feel the rent is somewhat high.

I really like Spark Apartments. It is just me and my dog and its only 5 mins from my workplace. Everything is extremely convenient - sometimes TOO convenient hah! The pool in the summer is amazing, I have met many new people. Love the amazon hub. Workout amenities are great. With having a dog I wish I would have got apartment on first floor. Parking garage is wonderful. I never had felt unsafe living here. The security is awesome. Trash service is nice, so you don't have to lug your garbage around. Rarely hear anyone above me or beside me. The only noise complaint I have - late at night the loud cars driving by, or someone parking and blaring their bass in their car. Overall I would def recommend Spark.

Great overall experience through the whole process. I've done it a few times and this was the best expirrence i have ever been through. . They really took care of me and what I needed in an orderly quick fashion. I've got no complaints.

We have only lived here for a few weeks but we love the outdoor grill and fire pit, the weight/cardio rooms are awesome and nice to have 24/7 access, and love the free coffee machine downstairs! Just wish they had a dog park or a space to let your dog run outside without a leash. Right now there's just the courtyard and you have to have them on a leash the whole time. Aside from that we are loving it here at Spark! :)

It has been great! I moved from a location and complex that attempted to offer a similar experience. I've been here a month and realized that my prior experience was not a good one. This place is quiet, clean, and the staff is unbelievably responsive.

I could not be happier with my experience so far. I just moved in about a week ago and the service I have received has been second to none. This is my first apartment after living in a home for many years. I also have never lived alone. I feel like the Spark is in a great location where I can meet people, walk on the trail or grab a bite to eat with friends at the many restaurants within walking distance. If you are thinking of moving here, the prices will, most likely, only go up. For whatever situation you find yourself in and your looking for an apartment, Spark is where it's at. The Mark down the street, although newer, has nothing on this place! That's my opinion and the Spark is a little more my speed. However, the security, price, location and overall feel is superior to all of the others I looked at- and I saw them all!

Overall it's a pretty good place. The area has pretty much anything you could ever want/need when it comes to stores and food. There are also some pretty cool parks around. I haven't been living here too long, but it also seems like a really safe place. The apartments are very nice and clean with plenty of space. The amenities are also nice and clean. One of its best features is the parking garage, makes parking super easy and its gated. The parking garage plus the elevator made moving in fairly simple. The staff is very pleasant to interact with and usually respond in a timely manner. My one complaint is the sound-dampening. I can always hear when my upstairs neighbor is walking around or opening cabinets/drawers even though they are not trying to be noisy.

Spark has created a community that truly feels like home! It has great amenities and is conveniently located to so many great things in Fishers. We've been very happy with our experience here at Spark Apartments!

I have enjoyed the professionalism and friendliness of the staff alongside the amenities. It's nice to have easy and guaranteed parking as well with no issues. Maintenance is prompt and professional while remaining just as friendly as the management staff.

Beautiful. Amazing and helpful staff. Residents are super sweet and wonderful. The apartments are close to everything. Especially love that parking is behind a gate for security. And...all the dogs! Love that there so many dogs and how they are supported and welcome

We are very happy so far with our experience at Spark. The community is very quiet and the Nickel Plate area has a cool vibe. The office staff and maintenance have been very quick to respond and resolve any issues that have come up. The apartments are clean and well-appointed.

I've lived at Spark since it was built in 2019. It's been a great experience! The community is quiet but engaging. The amenities are always kept clean and useable. Staff is always super nice! This is the first apartment I've owned on my own and it's been so great! I enjoy this complex a lot!

Great experience. Friendly, helpful staff. Layout of complex makes for very quiet, peaceful living, yet you're right by downtown Fishers. Interior is high quality, and gated parking garage is a huge plus.

Moved into this apartment complex to be closer to my gym. The price of rent seems like a steal considering the quality of the apartment and the area it is in. Restaurants, gas stations, and Starbucks all within 5 minutes from here.

It's a great community and everything is very nice. My only complaint is that I didn't receive what I would think is necessary information upon move-in. The different systems, such as trash removal, weren't explained. I also had to wait several days to get my WiFi password.

Spark is a very well maintained apartment building, that is very updated, luxurious, and aesthetically pleasing. It comes with plenty of amenities such as 2 decent sized workout rooms and a pool. You can't pick a better location, as this is right off of the brand new Nickle Plate Trail, right beside the Hamilton East Public Library, and in between SOOO MANY amazing stores and restaurants. It is truly a perfect place to live if you want to walk everywhere. I can walk to the grocery store, my dentist, my doctor's office, the nail salon, hair salon, the library, and several public parks from where we are located with ease. Great place to live!
