Living at Spark Apartments in the Fishers Nickel Plate District has been a fantastic experience. The amenities are wonderful. I have only experienced a couple of small maintenance issues, and these were addressed in a very timely manner. (These were very minor and I only mention them in order to showcase the responsiveness of the maintenance group.) The staff is top notch and very active in planning events. Living at Spark has been better than I imagined.

This staff is incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive during your move-in process. They were respectful and knowledgeable with any question I had and it made me feel welcomed before I even moved in. The location itself is beautiful, surrounded by great things to do and the interior is all very well maintained. Thank you Spark!

Amazing office staff and maintenance crew! Great events for residents. I feel very safe living here. Neighbors are great and everyone seems to be happy to be here. Location is amazing with many things to do

Great community, with excellent facility management. If you have an issue, maintenance is there almost immediately. The courtyard is fantastic, with the best pool in the area. Lots of things to do around the complex as well, with new things popping up all the time.

My experience with this community has been exceptional! This has been the smoothest process from beginning to end. The staff and maintenance are friendly, professional, and fun! We recently attended an event that was hosted by the staff. It was very nicely done. My family and I are definitely happy with our decision to make our home. We love it here!

Clean property and friendly staff. Very quiet and I love how secure the building is. I feel like I'm living in a resort, not an apartment building. The fact that I'm ON the walking trail is super convenient for me and my dog.

We loved how JC Hart ran the last place we rented from and knew a lot of the staff which helped make the decision to move here. Community is always been clean and very well taken care of. We love the variety of apartments offered.

Overall fantastic! I've really enjoyed renting at the Spark Apartments. Management, maintenance, and the residents are all major contributors to the amazing experience I've had living here. I really enjoy the surplus of amenities, ease and comfort of living, and the general affordability of these apartments!

Professional, polite, and courteous. It's so much more than an apartment. They have numerous free events throughout the year. Wine tasting, food gatherings (bake off), free X-mas wrapping station, comedy shows, food trucks,and much more!

I love the office staff, they are so amazing and treat me like family. The maintenance staff is very prompt and professional. The community as a whole feels like home and I like the fact that everything is in one building.

I was the first resident when the building opened in November of 2018. I still love it here. Great location, amenities, and staff. Being next to the Nickel Plate Trail, the library, concerts in the park, and I-69 is also fantastic.

So far my experience has gone pretty well. The move in was seamless and the staff was very nice about everything. Any problems that we have had have been addressed day of and resolved quickly. There are a lot of things to do around these apartment which make it super appealing

My experience is poor at best. The use of illegal drugs in this community has gotten out of hand. My apartment smells of marijuana as well as most common areas. I have complained several times and the only solution that was given was to spray some chemical to mask the smell of marijuana. I would never recommend this community to anyone.

The apartment was clean and ready for me to move in when I got there, everything worked great, and it's nice and quiet. This is my first apartment so I'd say I've had a great experience so far! Plus the rent isn't bad for the area too

We love living at spark Apartments the management staff is so courteous and friendly. We love how clean it is. Also the safety part is what got me. It is highly secured that you can leave your door unlocked 24/7 and no one will get into your house...buch of great things I highly recommend spark

This community is a great place to live, but they treat long-term residence as a drop in the bucket. I feel as though if you renew your lease over and over don't reward him with the increase in the rent that's not a reward that lets the resident feel , so they are not appreciate it and look for less expensive places.

We've enjoyed Spark Apartments very much. Friendly staff, excellent repair team (Jay), so many amenities. These include very nice salt water heated pool, gas grills, valet trash, good gym equipment and facilities, meeting rooms and a wonderful coffee machine that makes coffee, lattes, cappuccino, etc.

Spark really is a great place to live due to the location, friendliness of staff, and quality of amenities provided. A large number of people that live here truly approach life here as being part of a community and makes for a pleasant living experience.

I am very comfortable and satisfied with my life here. The facilities, such as the pool and gymnasium, are always clean and well maintained. Of course, the hallways are also kept clean. The free coffee is also good.

SPARK Apartments is a beautiful community to live in. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and in the heart of downtown Fishers. There are so many fantastic amenities including state of the art workout rooms, a beautiful courtyard with a saltwater heated pool, and an amazing Management and Maintenance staff. It's everything.

Overall a great experience from start to finish. From management to welcoming into my new home. The apartment was all set up and ready for me. Only a few minor things that need to be fixed were completed within 24 hours.
