Since moving here 3 years ago each year seems to improve in some form. I love how they try to get the community together by playing games/contests and the staff could not be nice. Maintenance has always been very responsive.

Maintenance worked very quickly and efficiently at solving any problems we've had! We didn't even notice that they were here and they cleaned up and left as soon as the work was completed. I would recommend to anyone.

They are professional and usually quick to fix major issues. Major issues that affect the safety and habitability of the units are addressed promptly, but if it isnt a major issue they dont seem willing to fix it.

The community is very quiet and clean, close to everything in town . All the staff is very friendly and helpful , they're always hosting special small events in the community like mobile book fair or community bingo .

The community is quiet and maintenance responds quickly to any requests. The apartments have been updated and the two bedroom apartment is spacious. I have also been treated kindly by office staff and all questions have been answered in a timely manor.

Great staff, great maintenance, worst neighbors and noise levels I have ever experienced. Every conversation from my neighbors can be hard verbatim. Every cough, sneeze, fart, and act of ------ sounds like it's happening in my apartment. Children playing with others property, and race car driver wannabes gunning it at early and late hours every single day. And the fire department announcing every call on a loudspeaker. If you like to come home to peace, do not move here.

It's nice so far. The people that live here communicate well and the staff was nice. It really gives community around here! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place. Apartments are spacious and up to date. April explains everything you need to know. I was moving here from another state, and she made the process a lot less stressful. The only complaint is nowhere to have patio furniture

Wonderful apartment, and the ability to do a self guided tour was awesome. I was so impressed with everything! Moving was a fairly easy and very quick process.I look forward to living here for years to come! I know that I made the right decision to move to the community. It's so quiet and peaceful here, and everyone is has been very friendly and welcoming to me. Knowing that I can have a pet in the future is nice to, if I decide I want one

It's been okay. Don't have much complaints besides just getting the normal "landlord special" of painting over air vents and having a hole in my floor of my living room that got covered up by carpet and never was filled before my move in. Other then that the staff have been really nice.

I lived here at the row from 24 to 25 and may I tell you..it's been horrible. You can hear your neighbor taking a ----. Fart sounds wiping you can even hear the toilet paper rip. When it would rain we would have water come under the baseboards in the kitchen. They came out 6 or 7 times never got fixed. Bugs would be able to crawl through your doors top bottom all of it. They charge 65 bucks for blinds when you can get the same ones for $20. The walls have the shittiest patch job ever. Paint so cheap you can rub it off with just your finger. Water pressure changes daily. They try and get money anyway they can. Fees on everything. It's no surprise they currently are offering free rent and will waive your deposit. They just want money. They are nice because they'll ---- you up your --- without you knowing.

So far, so good. Office and maintenance staff is respectful and usually good about getting back pretty quickly. Some charges on third month of rent that still haven't been discussed with me but hoping to sort that out soon!

It is a good starter place but it is pretty small. You can tell renovations were rushed. overall I have had no issues living here. Just wish there was a peep hole and better locks on the doors. When someone knocks on the door it is hard to see who it is.
