Very friendly and helpful getting approved to move in. Once I was approved everything was ready on my move in date which I was able to pick out. The office lady was very nice and helped in any way she could. I also enjoyed the tour she gave us and the extra effort she gave us answering any questions I may have had.

I just moved in last week. the yard has been left unkempt by the previous tenant, but I'll fix that, I have pride in where I live. The staff has been excellent and very responsive to my needs since I moved in.

Easy move in staff was great i am going through a tough time and i really did not need anything else to go wrong. April made sure it all went smooth. My children are excited to come vist amd loom around.

This location is perfect for my commute to work,and I have various shopping centers directly across the street or for a very short drive. The apartment has very nice amenities, and spacious living spaces. Very happy with the overall experience.

Very nice people, very nice and thorough maintenance workers. Clean and updated space to live. I enjoy having a yard to walk my dog in and for my kids to play. It's close to all sorts of stores like hobby lobby.

Being a first time renter on my own the office staff made that transition so much easier on me. Very nice and the process was faster than expected and the apartment was already ready for me to move in and no waiting!

We love our new place. We feel comfortable and safe . I actually prefer being home now than going out. We plan on enjoying the year of our lease here and we look forward to holidays and entertaining in our new home

We just got our keys a week ago. So far the community seems family oriented and peaceful. Everything in our apartment looks brand new. Our property manager Lacey has been so helpful with any questions I've had.

Quite and peaceful have kid around but love to watch them play ball have not had any trouble with anyone in the park a lot of the wave as you go by. Nice to see the update on the building and to see they all look the same

Only two things: the main street is busy with traffic during the day which is a little scary with all these children outside playing and I feel for what I paid to move in (which most is nonrefundable) and what I pay for rent, some of the things could have been done/fixed up a little better for these being remodeled. I am also charged for a pest control fee but not sure where that comes into play seeing how I have ants everywhere and spiders. The spider and ant problem were so bad that the spiders were having babies and I felt I could not even walk out my front door because I felt they were going to fall on me. I purchased some stuff myself and sprayed around my doors and windows. I have not had as much of a problem since.

New owners are doing a good job making the community look nice. I love the new central air unit and furnace. They also take care of the lawn mowing, weed eating and pest control. Office people are very friendly and maintance does a good job fixing things.

I am extremely impressed with the upkeep with the grounds. The grass is always mowed. The previous owner made it the leaser's responsibility to mow his/her own grass, what a pain. The maintenance staff has made it possible to actually enjoy your living quarters. So far, I have enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at the ROW apartments.

Very nicely put together place. Good maintenance,newly re modeled, and no issues. Good location, close to stores and my daughters school. Nice neighbors. The rent is also a good amount, very affordable for my daughter and i.

The staff at The Row made my move easy and the maintenance staff is excellent my refrigerator was leaking and it was immediately replaced! The entire staff here has made my move from FL easy and painless!

Just moved in but everything seems nice and maintenance has been awesome and on top of any job I've given them. Do wish there had been a maintenance check before move in to make sure everything was in good shape but nothing to severe has been wrong

I love it here! They are very prompt with anything! My children have their own space and yard. Neighbors are okay, it's quiet at night and I feel safe! I'm looking forward to living here for a few years!

Nice, little, place to live for a period of time. Lots of yard space for the kids to play. Not a whole lot of cabinet space. Love the stairs, very squeaky though. Decent sized bedrooms and enough closet space for me and the kids.

Everything fine besides the fact I have someone smoking weed next to me and it stinks up the entire place. I just can't be having that. Other then that everything is fine I like the apartment just looks rushed with the dry wall and all that

This is a great community in Franklin,IN. Upgraded remodeled apartments are nice and the office and maintenance staff are great. I would recommend living here for those that need a place to live in the small town of Franklin

The apartment is newly renovated and beautiful! The upstairs gets toasty but it's feasible with a nice fan. They maintain the yard for you which is wonderful! The office staff has been very kind and patient.
