I just moved in recently and so far it has been a good experience. I really enjoyed the office staff they were so helpful and accommodating during my move-in. I did expect more on how my apartment was prepared for my moving in. Everything is covered in paint and you can tell it was rushed. I had to do extensive cleaning due to the rushed work done in my apartment.

I've only been here a week and it's already WAY better than my last apartment. Put in a maintenance request about an AC vent and they were there the next day and it was fixed before I got home from work.

The staff has been super helpful for my family and I. We were unexpectedly forced out of our home and The Row got us in quickly and put our minds at ease. The staff is friendly , the renovated units are up to date with new carpets, washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator. We love our new home, and feel we made the best choice to live here in Franklin!

Management was amazing with the Move in process they made it easy for me to get it all done. The apartment was so amazing when I started putting things in it they have done an excellent job with the improvements I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently moved into the apartment complex have had a great experience. The location was convenient, and the amenities were well-maintained. The management team was always responsive to any issues that arose during my move-in process. Overall, I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Moving can prove to be a daunting task that no one likes to do. When the mangers are very kind and helpful it makes it all the more easy to move. The apartments are a steal for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and worthy place to live that is near main stores, restaurants, and other businesses. This was easily the best moving experience I've had my whole life and am happy I found this place.

Amazing, the apartments look great and everyone is friendly. We didn't have any real issues during the moving process. We love the look of all of the renovations they did. Comes with all new appliances!

Franklin North Village is poorly kept. The walls are beat up and the patch work the maintenance crew does is ridiculous. There are coats and coats of paint on vents and door hinges. The doors don't seal properly so any insect that feels the need can walk right in and get cozy. Roaches are here and they don't care. I would not recommend anyone to move in here. They want 500 a month for a 2 bedroom and it is grossly overpriced.
