The apartments are older so don't expect a new apartment without the charm of an older place. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues when reported. I have no complaints about the community and am happy with the value for the rent I pay.

I've lived here since they purchased these apartments and they do a great job of remodeling and trying to get the right people living in here and keeping the place clean as possible I have no problems with the complex or the staff here

It's home for me! I feel safe outside at night alone. The neighborhood is filled with people that are respectful of their neighbors. I love my home! I never have to worry about mowing as the yardwork is done for us all!

I've enjoyed my time here at the Row apartments. The office people have been extremely helpful and kind to me.I've never had a problem dealing with them and I absolutely love The maintenance men I have dealt with Throughout the years that I have been here and I do hope to be here for at least a few more years.

I've had a positive experience with The Row apartments! I moved in during the spring of 2024. I haven't had a single issue. They're always quick to respond to any maintenance issues and don't use excuses. The office and maintenance team are honest and kind. I'd recommend The Row to anyone!

We just moved into this community a couple of weeks ago. We had to move on a quick timeline and they were super helpful and worked with us to move by the date we needed. Overall very nice complex and so far we have enjoyed our time.

Living in this community works great for my family. We have lived in the city for most of not all of our lives. And The Row puts us right in the middle of our extended family. Close to stores and downtown Franklin. A hop and a skip away to the highway which I use to commute to my job daily. It is kept clean and maintained. Maintenance is always professional and quick to fix things. I would recommend living here.

My apartment was clean and newly renovated when I moved it. It smelled clean. I have now been in my apartment for a year and it feels like home now. I love the maintenance guy Joey and the front office lady! They have a company now and weed eat every Monday which is a relief to me. There is not a lot of crime at all in the area. Lots of kids for my kids to play with. It's close to my work and all the stores I use daily.

Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! The move in process overall was extremely easy and quick! We did have a small issue when moving in, but the leasing staff had that corrected within the day. Setting up utilities and signing the lease was also very easy.

Clean community with decent neighbors. The office staff is always kind and the matienence team professional and both are all around great at their jobs. We got some new staff members this year and things have only gotten better.
