The Management team go above and beyond to help residents. The community is predominantly elderly so for younger residents like ourselves it can have an “assisted livingâ€� feeling at times. I also feel that the older residents have inappropriate expectations of the management team. I feel that because of having so many elderly residents, some of the amenities, like the fire pit and outside TV don’t get repaired as quickly as possible. The current management team work very hard to make things right.

Nice and quiet. Staff is great Just wish we would not get a lot of the dust from the garage coming into our unit. I am guessing that is what it is because it smells to me like the the stuff in the garage. I have to dust every day because of it. I had the filter checked a few weeks ago and that was fine. It happens when the heat is on

Everleigh Cape Cod is a quiet, beautiful location with many amenities for over 55 folks and much older folks such as myself. The feeling of a vibrant and friendly community is much appreciated as time goes by pleasantly.

Friendly atmosphere with great activities. Excellent maintenance and cleaning staff!!! Beautiful pool and common areas. Response to serious complaints varies and can take up to 5 months for resolution.

Overall, I am very satisfied with our experience here. The staff, both office and maintenance, have been very efficient and courteous. The facility is well kept. Elevators are kind of noisy, and tends to shake. But other than that I am very satisfied.

The moment I walked in to the lobby, and met some residents, I knew it was “my tribe”. Love of Cape Cod! Sand in shoes forever- wash ashore. Everleigh feels like the perfect fit and transition. It took awhile. But the move was perfect!

The overall Outdoor and Lobby areas are kept in excellent condition for the showing of the property. From the elevators to the apartment hallways are in terrible condition and needed to be addressed. The whole interior of the apartment hallways needs to be fixed from scrapes in the walls to uneven baseboards to a complete inside painting.

I have lived a Everleigh for 15 months. Although there have been several management changes new personal seem to adjust quickly. There are numerous social events providing opportunities to meet fellow residents. The location in Hyannis is optimum.

90% of the experience is fine, The elivators need tile floors , no matter how the cleaning crew tries( they really do a great job), the smell of the animals is still in the elavator from mihaps or wet animals. Even though some questions about things may be trivial , very little follow up as far as keeping you informed of time to get answers is lacking.

It is a very nice place to live being centrally located in Hyannis. Local shopping is close by to this address. I find the residents friendly and helpful. The atmosphere here is quiet with monthly events on property.

NO, The community which was a vibrant over 55 is now aged by ten years demographics. It is very sad. Fire alarm went off and I helped so many down the stairs and out. Called the emergency number since no staff were here to let them know as the fire department arrived. No one came and I never received a call from the office ask them to come to the complex. No one came nor did I get a call back,Unacceptable! I wish it would go back to when I made the decision to live here. I have known the community since it opened and have known the staff not the same at all since February. Now a 1 out of 10.

I’m still getting my bearings, but it is a clean and friendly environment they I hope to get far more involved in. The pool is beautiful and the free coffee bar downstairs is very intriguing. I’m looking forward to getting involved in some of the presentations offered.

We continue to enjoy our life at Everleigh. Maintenance has its ups and downs. We appreciate the continued efforts of Jim and Ollie who are always respectful, helpful, and do their best to solve problems. Landscaping could be better. The front entrance particularly could use better year round attention and beauty.

We moved in August 15, 2025. The office was very accommodating. It's an adjustment since we have not live in an apartment for many years. The apartment not the design that I wanted but am adjusting. It still fells like I am living in a hotel with the long corridors.

It's just ok. I am one of the youngest residents and I feel as if I have to walk on eggshells. Some people are very nice where as others are very rude. There are areas of the community that I have been told that haven't been used in yrs but as soon as I started using it then I got befuddled by one resident and talked about in the other resident cliques.

Been here 4 months. Very happy. Many new friends. Everything is here. Love movie room. Wine down wed too. Convenient to local stores. Love enclosed parking garage daily functions offered with a monthly calendar.

Although I am not personally involved,there appears to be considerable discord among the resident leading to low moral within the community There continues to be a lack of communication especially when there are major repairs . The updating to the residents is less than satisfactory.

Move in process was painless. Elevator worked well. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Apartment is well laid out and is a lot of room for just under 1000 sq feet. people and staff weem very friendly and staff, especially Ally, have been excellent and very supportive,

Living here is sheer hell! I have been violated and abused by the former activities director who was fired yet continues to live on my floor in an expensive apartment and gets the help from a shakey maintenance man to come in our apartment when we are not here and plays mind games by moving things in my apartment and going through all my personal belongings. I can't begin to tell you how this has ruined me as a person. We should have left here when we had better health.

Profound disappointment over the constant changes in the pool schedule The pool was the deal maker in moving here The fire alarm went off pm; being concerned, evacuated and directed many tenants to 3rd floor stairwell...many tenants had no idea I suggest a hard copy of drill procedures be given to each tenant

unfortunately no longer not positive. interior building needs much cosmetic and other work. elevator carpets desperately need replacing. rolling carts-which are very helpful- are very dirty w loose handles. hallways need paint touchup. fortunately all of the awful "decor-stuff" placed in the building by last admin has been removed. garage doors stay un-repaired and open for too long, causing a serious security issue. the pool opened way past schedule and is now closed on weekends, for those of us who work, this is grossly inconvenient. outdoor grounds ok. in all too many management turnovers and too little communication.

We enjoy the apt, location not so great, lots of traffic. Activities good. Response from mgmt not the best. Printer not working, out of ink! Poor excuse, weeks .the grounds are well maintained. Fellow residents are friendly and gracious

I am a working writer, so I am rarely involved beyond saying hello when picking up mail, passing the office, and walking my dog. My retired wife is involved with the garden and social groups. We both are also partially deaf, do not drink, and grew up in the next town, so we are more liable to socialize with friends off the property. We also know a number of people here from our pre-retirement days and an old neighbor is moving in here in 2 months.
