We came to Everleigh to get away from stairs in our home. We like living on one floor and having elevators. We certainly have been impacted by Covid 19 here in that many areas have been closed. We are eagerly awaiting the opening of the pool. We are grateful that the gym is now open. It is relaxing to live here and have no housekeeping or yard to take care of.

Describe your experience at your community: Very nice place with many options and things to do. Location is very near shopping and many restaurants. The building is brand new, so all the units are in great shape.

My last residence was independent as well as assisted living. The meals were included in the rent and served in a dinning room which meant being on a schedule and having to deal with residents that I could not avoid .

Experience was good but at times we were 2nd to outside visitors. Now we get no compensation for being in the epidemic. Maybe free parking or free animal rent, since we cant use any of our amenities right now.

I have always rented a home & this would be my first community living experience. Everleigh is certainly a luxurious living, beautiful and clean everything one would need is here, and the diversity of people and different life styles is nice to see and be part of.

I love the apartment and how everything is so up to date. The residents are mostly so friendly like being in a club. I don't attend everything offered but I pick and choose. I hate the false alarms especially the affect it has on my poor dog.

Bravo Everleigh Cape Cod! Well done! As an exceedingly satisfied resident, who can truly compare my living experiences from stateside to Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Mexico and Northern Ireland, I can truthfully and proudly say that Everleigh Cape Cod has been my very best living experience ever. With immense gratitude I thank the wonderful Everleigh staff and equally wonderful residents and hope this place I now call home will be this for anyone considering Everleigh Cape Cod.

Excellent facility, security, programs/activities, maintenance/cleaning of common areas, grounds keeping, and comfortable place to live. Exceptional staff and residents who are friendly and helpful whenever needed.
