More staff needed for this gem of a community or the wear and tear will begin to show. Tje lobby and amenities are high end, the residents friendly. It is a dog friendly apartment complex. It would be an added bonus if a cleaning staff were added for garages.

The building is beautiful. The common areas Are need clean and well-maintained. The appliances Leave a lot to be desired. The front of the building faces what appears to be a wasteland.A watering system is installed but it is basically watering the weeds

The people here are the best part of the community. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. The lack of caring about the property and the residents is apparent and I have heard this from way too many residents. If it wasn't for supply/demand housing issues on the Cape, there would be far fewer residents here.

Continues to change management. Rent is way too high and we got an increase of 8% which is totally unfair! Workmanship on this building is shoddy. No one can keep up with all the complaints. No lifeguards until late last year. Ceilings cracking, Slow to get hot water even though it is on demand. Coffee and machine is usually not working. continental breakfasts have been eliminated and advertised in the brochure. Could go on but won't!

It’s the residents who make it nice here, not the staff. Management is inexperienced and inadequate. Maintenance of a poorly constructed building is a challenge to staff. Also, don’t expect ADA compliance.

A wonderful, safe and well managed/maintained building and community offering an excellent array of activities for residents to participate in if they choose to do so. Very friendly/helpful staff and residents as well. I absolutely love living here!

When you survey the rental housing market on Cape Cod, Everleigh stands out as a value based on location, safety and facility amenities such as meeting rooms, theater, gym and pool and optional garage parking. Plenty of social activities are also available.

Our apartment is beautiful and the people here are very friendly.The staff is very hardworking and helpful.The grounds are beautifully maintained.We would recommend Everleigh to anyone. Life has become much easier since our move here at Everleigh!

Very nice community. Friendly and helpful staff. Friendly residents. Safe and convenient location to many amenities. I am here temporarily but would recommend to anyone looking for easy apartment living with quiet, private and very nice apartments

First dog friendly - they have a dog spa! Love the Sunday breakfast in the morning! Enjoy the coffee 24 hours a day! The staff is great! Love wine down Wednesdays! The fitness room and pool are great! The residents are very friendly!

It's been an incredible, positive experience...Kudos for our "Staff" for keeping us well informed and happy! Our Community Property Manager is a delight!!! Caring, Attentive, Personable, Compassionate and clearly a hard worker...Highly Professional...We just have a wonderful "Staff"!!! How lucky are we??? It starts with the "Chain of Command", and our Management Team is "SUPERD"!!!

A Beautiful Community that is there when you need them. When I moved insome of the community helped with basic items and gifts to welcome me to Everleigh. I did not expect to find such awesome friends.

Living here is a pleasure . Miss not having a restaurant and lacking certain amenities which were listed in my lease.As mentioned above a handyman, beauty salon. Also, concerned with elevator noise.Not having a thorough tour of the facility when in the process of moving in.

The staff is over worked and needs more help. The pool situation is terrible although not the staffs fault. I moved here to use the pool . Also very unhappy that there is no limitations on the size of dogs.Great Danes do not belong in apartments!

My apartment is particularly noisy because of its location next to the garage (moving/delivery trucks) and dumpsters (garbage truck comes at all hours several times a week). It's a week after Memorial Day and pool is not yet open due to regulatory issues with the county...appears to be poor planning. This is not the first year of operation & requirements should have been anticipated. Concierge position was eliminated and responsibilities given to person who had been filling that position. He has never done that work before and has several other responsibilities (ordering supplies, new resident move-in/orientation), etc) piled on him. Result is he is overtasked. Impression is the office is understaffed. The pandemic is now over and they need to start making good on marketing promises.

Just moved in not sure how I should rate all of these things. Have not lived in an apartment for more than 40 years, this is a test to see if I can do it. Sold house while the market was hot, trying out apartment living, without changing too many other things in my life. Contact me after I've been here for awhile.

Once Kevin and Angela left the staff was not very helpful. Kim is new and friendly and will be better later. Pam is terrible: rude and mean. Cathy the new person in the rent office is the best! She answers the phone and wants to be helpful. In general staff does not come across as wanting to help, and sometimes there is no one anywhere.

We had an issue, the garbage disposal would trip the breaker, after turning on the switch. I completed a work order on the portal Saturday a.m. Greg and his helper were on the job Monday morning. And completed replacing the breaker in a timely manner

Staff is great.. wish There were more amenities available for people who work during the day my husband and I are on the younger end of the residence in her late 50s early 60s we still work and a lot of things happen when were at work during the day.

Everleigh Cape Cod has been the wisest move that my wife and I have made since we moved from Western Massachusetts to Cape Cod. It is as close to the perfect living condition one could ever want. Even with the recent pandemic, the staff and tenants have bent over backwards to help us all aware and content living here. Recently, a management change at Everleigh was necessary and that change of personnel was seamless. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to upgrade their living and life conditions.

We love it here but do not think we are getting our moneys worth. The rent should be much lower. The Management team is leaving one right after the other which does not make for happy campers residing here at Everleigh Cape Cod.

Fantastic.... Everyone is very friendly & helpful. Due to Covid a lot of amenities are not available but they are doing their best to provide what they are able to do like pool, exercises, etc. When pandemic over this will be one of a kind first class facility!
