Horrendous customer service, very frustrating minimal interactions with the leasing office staff. Promises are not kept and prices continue to go up, despite the low quality finishing of the complex. The apartments need to have competitive finishings like trim and transitions to be able compare to other complexes.

Living in this apartment community offers a blend of coastal and urban convenience, nestled close to the beach and a train station, alongside easy access to three restaurants and a Starbucks. It’s a dog lover’s haven, supported by a warm and welcoming resident community. The maintenance team and some of the management staff stand out for their kindness, responsiveness, and efficiency. With amenities like coworking spaces, a 24/7 gym, and a dog wash room (though lacking soap!), it caters well to a modern lifestyle. However, living here is not without its flaws: the prevalent issue of dog feces in communal areas, from hallways to outdoor spaces (including the dog walk, which is inhospitable), raises concerns about cleanliness and safety. Additionally, the presence of ants and occasional mice, likely attracted by the on-site restaurants, further detracts from the living experience. The gym, while useful, would benefit from the addition of leg equipment to complete its offerings.

The Management team is never available. The Apartments are great if you dont mind the lack of office presence or if you need to change something they never responded to calls or email.The location is beautiful and the area is great, always fell at home.

Move in was made easy as well as settling in to my new place. The commute into the city is really reliable with Wonderland Station being right next to the complex. To anyone buying there first apartment I would definitely recommend living here.

This place is amazing. For us anyway we feel like we are on vacation at home. We could not give a better recommendation to people for this place. Our neighbors are so nice and everyone so far we’ve encountered have been so friendly. We love the fact that they are up on the technology as well.

Management is incompetent, security is non existent, common areas unkept

I leased a studio. Shortly after a moved in, the leasing office leased the studio above me to a family of four, who was on a time zone from the other side of the world. From that point on, there were scooters being ridden at 2am, loud banging sounds and yelling and all hours of the night and the day. I emailed management numerous times and they basically said there was nothing they could do other than ask them to stop, They told me "everyone has different tolerances to noise", even though their behavior violated the lease. They refused to evict them. I asked to be moved and they would only move me if I agreed to a very large rent increase (the refused to honor my current rate.). This caused mental health issues because I was constantly sleep deprived. They also allowed this family to let their kids cause disturbances in the public areas leaving them unsupervised, making it so working remotely in the common areas wasn't possible. In addition, most of the amenities are not working and are left broken for long periods of time. Finally, during the time I was there, there were serious issues with security. One night I arrived home and there were non residents sleeping in the common room and doing drugs. There was no notification the next day of this breach of security. It is infuriating dealing with this level of incompetence. Don't bother with this place, there are much better options and once you sign the lease, they don't care at all about your concerns.

The common areas are usually packed and dirty. As well the carpets on the halls and the floors of the elevators are always dirty. The trash room is horrible. Maintenance takes so long to answer to the complaints and fix the issues.

Overall is perfect. The maintenance team is awesome. The only concern is the Leasing office is hard to contact and without physical keys, I sometimes forget my phone or it is dead, I was locked out several times

I have personally had bad bad bad experience with her, and as I said, I keep it to myself not to hurt staff, or anybody else in this building, I got walked in on that home invasion stolen from larseny over $5999, my car, stolen by the same people, I found heroin needles and crack pipe stems on my outdoor furniture, threatened by these people when I showed them my way, and actually came to a physical altercation where I was almost arrested, yet nothing was done about it. Yes, it was reported to management and know nothing of a stem from it go anything that stands out the cracks them that I found that I bought no pun intended

The smell of the stairwell is very bad, and you can smell the excretion smell of pets every time you go up and down the stairs. I hope the community can regularly clean the stairwell carpet and strengthen ventilation.

I feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful building that is convenient both for having a car and taking the T downtown. I also applaud the excellent maintenance staff. I just wish the management staff was of the same caliber when dealing with various issues that come their way.

Don’t rent here. The walls are paper thin plywood. Anyone can come in off the street to use and destroy the amenities. Drunk minors sneak in to use the common area regularly. Police in Revere are ambivalent. Moved here from the city and have regretted it for 8 months.

New building with great modern features and covered parking. Location is also amazing being right on the beach and has lots of nice common spaces and restaurants attached to the building. If you use the T a lot the Wonderlands station is just a 2min walk from the building. Lots of people with dogs here so if that is not your thing this may not be the building for you.

The community has a lot of issues. Issues that i think stem from the transitioning of new staff coming in. Security sucks, cars get stolen off the property all the time. nonresidents constantly roam the building. the dog park is riddled with poop, elevator constantly breaking down. Residents are nice however.

You can't beat living at a beach and next to an MBTA station. Having two restaurant/bars in the building is amazing. Plus next door at the hotel is a Starbucks and another restaurange. Great location overall.

Ocean 500 is the best designed building on Revere Beach. Ocean 500 provides everything anyone could ask for. Fancy restaurants, the beach, & easy transportation. Ocean 500s community is one of a kind with friendly neighbors & a well qualified staff that always says, just let us know if you need anything. I honestly don’t know who would want to miss out on Ocean 500.

Landscaping - your contract should have you get all of the weeds removed by the loading doc and have the grass trimmed lower out front on a more regular basis. Unfortunately I know you are dealing with children around here - what boggles me is that it's not cheap to live here... Large item storage - Leasing says they are working on this Paddleboards - I should only have to fill out 1 waiver per year, not per day Cell / Wireless - PLEASE put cell repeaters in the garages. It's an easy cheap fix. Thank you for listening
