Great apartment community. Staff is excellent and have made moving in a breeze. Cant wait to be able to take advantage of all the amenities once the weather is a bit warmer and get to meet more of my fellow residents!

Great community. Lease staffs are very friendly and helpful. Steve is great. When I have any issues I call, he helps me solve the problems very quickly. I appreciate the cleanliness, the design and how practical everything is. Last but not least great amenities.

Love the view here, and also amenities. the apartment design is cool and industrial, but I wish they had more apartments with balconies! Noise level is ok, except for the fire alarm, which has been an issue from the day one till now!

I had high hopes for this new building with amazing amenities and beautiful apartments and design. Our disappointments started on move in day and have never stopped for 9 months now. The building is not being maintained properly, everything from cleanliness to maintenance issues. The leasing teams responsiveness to issues is nonexistent.

Dont live on 7th floor condenser vibrations from roof are intolerable. Also, tons of broken glass in dog park area. Urine all over garage and elevators. Never open your windows or the ocean breeze will literally rip the windows off.

Empty promises, no return emails. Always on the hunt for rent on the 4tf day. I was issued a handicap spot when I moved in and then got a written warning when I brought it to their attention. The list can go on but I dont think there is enough space.

We have loved our time here so far and all the staff are very friendly and communicate with the residents which is SO IMPORTANT. The fact that they go above and beyond with the reservation system so we can enjoy the amenities but still stay safe is so much appreciated.

Same exact issues as OneBeachmont. This is turning into a bad pattern. Too much money for being ignored. Run away from Greystar and especially these leasing agents. Classic bait and switch. No need to waste your time and money. Go elsewhere.

Property management does not care about the tenants. The amenities, etc are misrepresented to get you to sign the lease. Onsite issues are ignored. The views and location are great though. Good place to live if you don't mind being lied to and ignored.

The staff are nice but there are a lot of weird issues and we are told they are "normal". We have been able to fix stuff some of the time but in each case we are initially told "that's just how it is".

In any community, the building team makes or breaks an experience. The leasing, concierge, maintenance, and general building management team are great - friendly and responsive. In addition, the location is perfect for commuters - on the Blue Line and only 15 minutes to Boston. Highly recommend living here!

Leasing and management team are not collaborative and helpful. Too many ridiculous rules that residents dont respect, so basically you pay a ton of money and then youre not even able to use the amenities because people are inviting too many guests

We have been loving 500 Ocean Ave since we moved in earlier this month! The amenities are great and who can complain about the ocean view. The staff have been so, so helpful. I have never lived in a community with more dedicated staff! Wish there were more stores within walking distance but everything is very accessible via car or MBTA.

This apartment/community has exceeded my expectations! Being this close to the beach and public transportation is great! Also, the leasing staff, concierge and maintenance are always quick to respond and assist. I am looking forward to later in the summer when more of the amenities start to open!

500 Ocean is a new building with a beautiful ocean view and very reasonable rates! While many of us aren't commuting right now, it has easy access to the Blue line. The apartments are extremely well-designed and make the most of whatever square footage you choose. I highly recommend 500 Ocean!

Terrible costumer service! Terrible , I cried and asked for help for days , nobody helped me . Charged me late fee when I as waiting for the GM to adjust the price and maybe not charge f Me for rent due to terrible Costumer service, instead I got charged 300$ late fee. My rent came to 5128.00$ and for what ? I didnt have air conditioner for 8 days, got locked out 3 days out of the house and my ceiling is leaking ? I mean, come on who hired these people

It has everything right at your doorstep. The staff has been wonderful, the apartment is perfect , our balcony (although cold outside right now) is huge and we cannot wait to set up outdoor furniture and enjoy the view of the beach. The public spaces are gorgeous and inviting as if we were living in a five star hotel. The gym is state of the art with Peleton bikes which is unheard of and the parking garage has easy access.
