Please carefully consider moving here. Make sure you speak with current tenants about the problems they've been having. The fire alarm goes off all the time and we recently had to evacuate the building due to high levels of carbon monoxide in the building - no one left until we had an email telling us it was real!!

Don’t live here. It’s a beautiful building, in a beautiful location, with terrible management. There are far better places to live and spend your money (this is an expensive place). Don’t make the mistake and choose this apartment building.

Absolutely do not live here, at all costs. Management is uncommunicative, and the building is already dirty / falling apart after just a few years. There are many other options in the area - choose one of those.

Right before pandemic, we made the best decision of choosing to move to 500 Ocean Ave. The building, amenities, staff, and surroundings are wonderful. We were pleased to renew our lease and would happily do it again if we weren’t moving away from Revere.

It’s amateur hour here. This is a terrible place to live, I do not recommend it. The staff is very difficult with residents and often place blame on residents for things that are within their control (such as fire alarms going off constantly in the middle of the day and at night, sometimes 3 AM). They are very unprofessional here and do not respect your privacy. Run away from this place.

This building is a nightmare to live in. Counting down the days I can leave. I live an apartment that requires air ventilation. However, the main window has been inoperable for six months, with little care from the staff.

Need to wait months for a seevice request and even after that they get closed without being worked upon or checking with me! Community water filter in gym and work space need to be replaced for months but no action.

Location and proximity to beach and transit is awesome. Apartment lay out and finish is high quality. Amenities are as good as any. Maintenance staff very helpful. Bar and Restaurant connected to building are great.

500 Ocean Ave. is amazing, the facilities are great, the management is very responsive and the community is friendly. I don't regret being a part of this amazing community! I will always recommend living here to friends and colleagues.

The leasing process was extremely efficient (I applied in person)! I had an emergency situation that meant that I had to move in as quickly as possible. I was able to be approved in one sitting and I moved in that same day. Thank you so much Liane for helping me get out of an extremely dangerous situation, although you all didnt know it. You are an angel!

Except quiet, nothing can make me relax or happy. First, I have already moved in almost one month, but I still do not have my mailbox keys. Second, the leasing office never replies to my email. Third, there are six grills in the public areas. However, only 2-3 grills can work. Forth, when someone scheduled the 3rd elevator, the leasing office never told other residents by any methods (text, email, or any notice). Other residents only find it unavailable when they try to use the 3rd elevator. 500 Ocean Ave is a good apartment. But the service is really unsatisfactory

Well-appointed building w/modern smart-tech security/access system and green-build design touches throughout. Located across Revere Beach with views as wide as the sunrise on the Atlantics horizon. And the in-house amenities, restaurants and bars - Wow! Plus so many places to try new eats within 5-10 mins. If you dont know where to go or what to try next, just ask the concierge or the friendly management team - their Customer Service focus is so refreshing! I couldnt have found a better place to live after relocating from the Pacific NW.

Its been great so far! However since we moved in weve been experiencing problems with our toilet/bathtub clogging every few days because of the major issue in the pipe which is kind of inconvenient and we hope itll be fixed some time soon! But overall we love the place very much

The residents have been welcoming and the community is accessible to transportation. The facilities have been relatively clean and functioning. While there have not been enough events thus far since my move-in, the ones I have been able to attend were enjoyable. I am looking forward to the positive future ahead with 500 Ocean Ave.

500 Ocean Avenue has excellent apartments and amenities. There are still some issues with the building and management, but you can't beat the location to the beach and the T. The restaurants in the building are wonderful as well.

Beautiful location and super cost effective! The hotel life in an apartment! Great restaurants in the building, private pool and gym! Great fun and help for residents. Packages are always safe and secure plus I get notifications when they are there. Floor plans are great and have washer/dryer in unit! You cant find a better deal that is so close to the T line.

Id give it a 4 out of 5 Dont like the residents very much. Not too friendly and/or too busy with work to spend some quality time with me. Not enough planned events. Havent really been able to bond with any of my neighbors. Size of gym does not fit the size of the apartment complex. Hard to find a time when weights are available.

I very much enjoy the community. Covid restrictions need to be lifted soon so we can socialize with our friends and community in common spaces. Also, the Latch system needs to be upgraded to allow us to buzz in guests.

500 Ocean avenue is a wonderful place to live. First and foremost, if you like incredible views, this place has lovely views of both the ocean AND the Boston skyline. The location is excellent, with Wonderland station effectively attached to the building, and Revere Beach directly in front of the building, directly accessible by a bridge from the building. The building and amenities are new, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and of excellent quality. Finally, the staff is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. All this for quite competitive pricing in this kind of community. I highly, highly recommend 500 Ocean Ave. for a unique residential experience!

Honestly, the apartment itself is nice and amenities is nice and staff seems friendly but the efficient of work sucks. Period. Theres no other words can describe them better. The maintenance cant fix any issue. I have experience leaking from the roof, toilet not working, shower issue, washer issue. And guess what, if you stay here and you experience the same thing. Good luck. You are looking for at least one week or two- three weeks for them to solve the issue. If the task is seems little harder, then guess what, they even gonna charge you.

Yeah, I am a-ok living here for a long time (and would buy it if I could). There are honestly too many things to list here that I absolutely love about the apartment. First of all, it's two full floors. Which is insane, given it's also beach front. Then, it's a loft-style so the beams are exposed, matte black finishes, mixed materials (wood, stone, carpet), black granite counter tops and extremely modern - the space inspired me and is excellent for working from home. The patio is huge and I plan on building a small outdoor garden plot this spring and investing in some patio furniture so that I can sun myself outside whenever. All of the appliances "sing" to you when you are done. I also love having giant doors including a glass storm door on the first floor - so much light and a great view and it's cool having two main doors. So for the rest of the building, gym is right down the hall and huge with modern equipment (floating weight racks, rowing machines, Peleton bikes, punching bag). I use my apple watch to open doors and no longer need keys. There's onsite beauty support, a PT for the building, the entire staff are great and above and beyond (leasing, concierge, and maintenance). They make sure our packages are ok, accept deliveries for us and we can borrow carts any time to move heavy bulky items. They also print things for us on request.

everything has been very good, especially considering we moved in just before covid 19 struck. the staff worked dilligently to get the amenities up and running in a healthy fashion, and everything has been smooth ever since
