Maintenance handled issue quickly and efficiently. We are always pleased with the maintenance crew and property managers. My apartment has above grade and modern finishes and I feel safe in my apartment.The only thing that concerns me is the lighting in front of our building. It is dark because almost all the lights are out and it is hard to see the frontage at night.

This apartment is only good if you never have to interact with the leasing office (i.e. just living in your apartment and paying rent, maybe with an occasional maintenance request). It is literally having a part time job trying to get issues addressed by the leasing office such as getting a parking spot (when they have spots available), resigning, or any communication with them.

Great staff. Mo was so nice and a real fun person. Convenient to U of M and the hospital. Lacks high-rise views. One unit had a close brick wall view from one window and a dumpster area view from another. A good view was something I wanted, so I chose another place.

I actually moved in four days ago but there wasn't an option for 2026 yet. I just moved here so i genuinely can't really say much. I haven't been here for a week but i can say a lot of my request haven't been handled more than the ones that has. So im hoping everything is solidified by today.

Never had an issue with living in this apartment building. Very quiet and a nice building, staff is always so willing to help and that is a big plus. Community feels like one big family. Love how fast any problems we encounter are resolved.

The building is clean and safe. The maintenance people are very helpful and quick in fixing the problem. The amenities are also good. The location is great because it is near the tram and the inner harbour.

There should always be a leasing agar t available to show you an apartment. A potential renter should NEVER be sent to see an apartment alone. Questions should be answered on the spot during the tour rather than than have to be written down to ask upon return to the office.

I just moved into Camden Court Apartments a few days ago and so far we are loving it. We love the location, the free coffee in the lobby, and nice amenities. We're still adjusting and unpacking but I think this will be a nice home.

This community has been great. It is very quiet and clean here and management is very helpful and friendly. The area is safe and secure and the amenities are lovely, indluding a gym, pet spa, and business/recreation center.

I'm enjoying living in the apartment. It is affordable and the leasing managers are very helpful and friendly. However, I do hear some loud noises and banging in the morning from next door or upstairs and the train that passes by is very loud.

I have not met too many people in the community here but the staff is fantastic. They are all super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to meet my neighbors in the months to come. The overall security I feel here is higher than other apartment buildings I have toured before.

maintenance needs to do a better job with leaving a note/message when they enter the apartment and state what work was completed. additionally, they should wear shoe covers because they often track dirt into the apartment. they should clean up the mess/dirt when they complete the maintenance task/repair

Good solid apartment community. Great location and responsive staff. Clean and relatively quite. No real complaints about anything important. The amenities could be a little more updated but they are still clean and well maintained.

I think the only real criticism I have of Camden Court Apartments is that it can be a chore to get a hold of the office staff if you're not seeing them in person. But otherwise the apartment community is very good. The rent is very affordable for the area for starters, and also it's very quiet. Neighbors are friendly and I generally don't feel unsafe around the building while outside, despite how the neighborhood immediately North of the property might look.

Overall, I enjoyed living here. The office staff are great, and I feel safe living in this building.Maintenance has a great turn around time, either same day or next day. More often it's the same day. Parking is expensive, and electric ranges from $60-250 for me, I keep it around 72. Overall, for someone working in the hospital it's convenient and safe. The downside is the gym is quite limited, and small and the elevators are extremely noisy, there is always a constant buzz across many of the different units.

Great access to transportation, I feel safe with security being here at night, and the staff are really friendly! It's a bit noisy due to the proximity of the fire station, but not so much that you can't sleep. My move in was stress free because they had the freight elevator reserved for me already when I picked up my keys.

Everything is good at Camden Court Apartments. It is 5-6mins walk away from my work. It has good security, everywhere has CCTV and you need the key to scan to open the entrance door which is good. Ty.

My apartment is situated in a nice part of the city, and the staff are very courteous and welcoming, so my experience here has been a pleasure. I would love to continue living here because the amenities are great and no complaints.
