I've enjoyed Camden Court a lot! I don't think there is a better apartment at an affordable price with as many amenities and kind staff as Camden Court. The location is excellent to get to the subway, light rail, or places downtown or at the Inner Harbor.

It has only been 5 weeks since we moved in, but so far we are liking my experience here. The staff is super nice helpful. My maintenance calls are handled in the same day, quickly and professional. My only compliant would be that I wish there was guest parking available.

Close to UMMS hospital for temporary lodging for long term treatment; Furnished apartment inadequate - - - major safety concerns with broken furniture & cleanliness of bedding & linens; not considered corporate housing; Staff very courteous in attempting to address problems; Street noise very clear around clock as if windows were open.

Leasing agent is fabulous. IT needs to step up its game to ensure that the system does not go down for days as it has since I moved in. Really unacceptable--involves door and gate access, elevator access, internet for front desk staff ....

I've only been here 1 month, but I love it so far! The location is great?there are many restaurants close by and there's easy access to public transportation. The units are beautiful and the complex is always clean and the staff is super friendly.

We have a 2B1B room and are very satisfied living in Camaden Courts so far. The room is spacious for the price we are paying and the in-unit washer/dryer is great. The staffs are always nice and corteous. Would recommend anyone to live here.

the building is very secure with high end appliances that can be accessed remotely. the staff were very helpful with the move in process and leasing. the apartments are spacious and well ventilated. the feature I appreciated was each apartment has there own thermostat which makes it very comfortable to set a suitable temperature based on our preference

Friendly, safe with 24 hour guard and locked accesss, three elevators so almost never wait, nice gym with plenty options of equipment.. Nicely located near Train to from airport so very convenient.

The room facilities are fantastic. The floor is clean and the wall is well-painted. I love the washroom mirror with light. SUPER fashion! The price also is affordable for me and my roommate. Besides, I want to thank Moe for helping me move in. She is quiet professional and always kind to help me fixing problem about housing. I want to give a great thumb up to her for what she have accomplished.

Very quiet place. Admin team very responsive and professional. I like the location. The moving in was very smooth. Instructions and guidance are very clear. The only thing I thought could be improved is the way the lobby looks which is something already the community is working on now as they are renovating the lobby.

Love living in a Camden Court Apt. Staff are wonderful and super responsive to needs. The maintance guys are prompt, professional and just really nice. Security is excellent. The building is kept very clean and there is never a problem with bugs or rodents. Spraying is done regularly as well. Being a woman in a wheelchair, I am grateful for the way the team goes the extra mile for all their renters with various disAbities. The other renters in the building are also very nice and are respectful of one another and the community space rules. I love the location here being close to Camden Yards, the Inner Harbour, Hippodrome, Bromo Seltzer Building and amazing vegan dining options. I have just signed my second year lease and hope to live here for many more years to come.

This apartment has exceeded our expectations. The move in process was seamless and the community has been great. The gym is well equipped and the staff has been excellent with any issues that have come up. Also having security over night was a major factor that encouraged me to rent here.

The manager Deana is a total ----- she is very very unprofessional the whole management team should be fired they are all lazy, they are never in the office, I was paying a monthly fee to have a parking space and when I come home from work there was a car sitting in my spot that pay 173 every month was therefor almost a week and they didn't do damn thing about it. The people in the office treat you like they are doing you a favor. the elevators smells like dog urine brad was amazing but everyone else are so unprofessional and have no since of customer care they treat your visitors like they are intruders even when they are on the list, worst part there was an intruder that broke in the building and the low budget wannabe security guards who is either doped up or sleep wasn't paying attention and let that him in the building, but would treat my roommate that had had key like a robber or something. the only good thing is Maintenance did come on time but the Maintenance dude smelled terrible. Such a terrible mistake I would never ever in life recommend this horrible place to live. BEWARE and might i add the most racist people i have every met.

It's been about above okay. There are some nice resources. Parking is expensive and if you are dependent on online grocery shopping, it's not really an ideal place for deliveries. No balconies or stellar views. Limited windows. Not really sure if I actually have the "renovated apartment" I signed for.

Lived here for two years before moving to another community run by the same company. both experiences have been great especially this place. Left because I needed to upgrade to a two bedroom and they didn't have any at the time. Might move back if another one opens up at the end of my lease. I have always lived in Maryland, but in the more rural, southern parts of Maryland. Moving to Baltimore was a big change for me, but Camden Court was an amazing selection. When I came for a tour, there were nurses and doctors in the main area, which said to me that, right off the bat, this was probably a great complex and a great area to live in. I was not disappointed. The building was built in 2005 and many apartments were renovated again in 2015 (to my knowledge). Even the lowest upgraded apartments are really quite nice. My apartment is spacious and, combined with the location, is a really fair price for the area. The staff, Deanna, Brad, Moe, the Head of Maintenance (apologies as I've forgotten his name), Moe, Nicole, and a couple other front desk people are amazing. There was a mix-up when I first moved in because I worked with someone who previously worked for Camden Court and my expectations were that I was getting a fully renovated apartment. Deanna, Brad, and the Head of Maintenance apologized, but all worked together to find a great solution to the problem. The previous tenants slightly broke the ice tray and removed the glass bottom of the refrigerator. Deanna kindly filed service requests for me and maintenance was really very timely. The two aforementioned issues were things I didn't really see until after move in because of the optical illusion of the reflection of the glass doors. In fact, I didn't notice until after I tried to put something on the shelf that there wasn't anything there, so there is really no way anyone would have noticed in the inspection of the apartment after the previous tenant. When I moved in, Moe was working at the front desk and greeted me. I reserved the service elevator ahead of time, but I wasn't sure how to work it. Moe stayed and showed both me and the movers until I was comfortable we understood and he was exceptionally gracious about it. I'm not particularly comfortable with technology, but everyone has been really helpful in explaining processes or helping me along by doing things (like filing service requests for me). I've been here about a month now and the apartment is great. Everyone is quite and courteous. It's really great to have security and 24 hour concierge. My school suggested Camden Court among other places, but Camden Court really blew me away with how kind everyone was and how beautiful the apartments are. There are two more things I want to address before I end my review: the fire department next door and disability. The fire department is located quite literally next door. It's not at all a problem for me. I'm on the side closest to the fire department and I've never been woken up at all by the noise. It's a city, so there can be outside noise, but I haven't felt that it's been prohibitive of anything. I am higher up in the building, but still. Lastly, I have a motor disability and Deanna was really great working with me to get a parking space inside the garage attached to the apartments. It's a handicap space and she even gave me options to pick from! Camden Court has been very disability friendly from my experience so far, so, if that's something that matters to you, this is a good place to be. *This review is based off my personal experiences and knowledge only.
