Very nice renovated apartment, pretty large space. Apartment staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance work gets done fast. Only downside is the location, it could feel noisy sometimes and very close to Lexington market, but I feel safe in the apartment complex

Getting information about the lease and apartment (what utilities were needed, what actions I needed to complete prior to move in, etc.) was very difficult. I played phone tag with the leasing office repeatedly and never got callbacks when i was told they'd call me back; i always had to call back to get my questions answered. That being said, once everything was signed and I moved in, its been pretty nice. The location is great, the area is safe, the community is clean, the residents are nice, and the units are in good condition. When I moved in there were some appliance and fixture parts that were broken or loose, but these were fixed within 24 hours. Overall, i would give the leasing & move in process 2/5 for previously stated reasons, but the overall apartment a 4/5.

It was good staying here. The community is clean, but one thing that I notice is that there is no working printer in the business center, but overall this community is great. Transportations are accessible.

Overall, I feel safe in my apartment and I am pleased with how packages are handled. I am also pleased with the appearance of my apartment and the appliances. However, the office staff can be disorganized, especially in regards to parking. I pay $175 per month for a specific parking spot and they have given my spot away numerous (>4) times and I have been without a parking spot for days. The building is also supposed to be smoke free but I almost constantly smell cigarette or marijuana smoke on my floor. The walls are also somewhat thin, and I hear my neighbor singing frequently.

overall it was okay, maintenance are done promptly. The place is very accessible to many places especially when you can use different modes of transportation, may it be bus, train or subway. It has functional utilities to use too

Just moved in 2 weeks ago, the apartment is nicely furnished and was really clean. The ladies in the leasing office are absolutely awesome!! The lobby is always so clean and smells nice. We love our apartment!

Ive been here about about 2 weeks. I was looking for an apartment that was close to public transportation and there are a multitude of options. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned when I moved in. The staff has been amazing with answering any questions that I may have.

Being that I just moved in, I do not have much to say about the apartment other than initial thoughts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and doesn't look like the standard "cookie cutter" apartments that are common amongst most apart communities. They have beautiful laminate flooring, interesting light fixtures throughout the apartment, the cabinetry is updated and well constructed, plenty of counter space in the kitchen and bathroom, and a sizable floor plans for single or multiple residents.The building security is excellent with key fobbed access to individual apartments and areas, a 24 guard at the front desk multiple cameras throughout the community including the floors of each apartment and they have secure package deliveries setup so you don't have to worry about packages going missing or being stolen. Each unit has a washer and dryer which is a great feature for an apartment to have and they have a full service gym on the ground floor. My only issue is the wall mounted A/C unit (which I found to be leaking several days after move in) that takes up quite a bit of space and is extremely loud when turned on. However, this was not a deal breaker when added to the community and it's amenities offered. Camden Court is a beautiful and well maintained quiet community that services families and working professionals and I would still very much recommend it to others looking for a quiet, comfortable and secure place to call home.

Quiet good, ammenities are readily available.I like that it has gym and business center at the complex. You don't have to leave your premises if you're doing work outs because, gym is very accessible, you can visit anytime. Another one good thing is that it's near the hospital i work at.

The management team is nice. The level of safeness is very high which is needed in Baltimore. The apartment itself is clean and close to University of Maryland Medical center. I highly recommend students and people who work somewhere close by to choose this apartment complex.

I moved into the community in April of 2023 but had toured and decided to apply to live here in January. Not only is the complex kept very clean, but it also felt central and safe to what I needed. The 24/7 security at the door, FOB only access and secure parking made me feel safe. In addition, every unit is updated so it feels very modern and cozy in each unit. Every service request I have has been completed quickly. Best of all the front office staff and supervisor are all very kind and remember so many things about each resident!

I find camden a safe place to rent. Outsiders cannot enter the premises without being accompanied by the residents or anyone with keys. It is clean and the staffs here are very approachable. The amenities are also amazing.

The community is fine and very diverse. I have a great rapport with the property manager, Remota; She is an excellent manager. I appreciate the friendliness of the office and maintenance staff. I have no complaints at this time.

The apartments are in good condition. The best part about this apartment is the location. The security in the apartment is pretty good. The management people are polite and resolve most problems on the same day. I would suggest this apartment if you are new to Baltimore.

Everyone here is incredibly nice, application process and move in process was a piece of cake? everyone here did everything in their power to ensure a stress free move in. The apartment itself is even more than I could have hoped for. It has the perfect amount of space for me and my roomates, plus has everything i could need. (A ton of storage space, a wide kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave/oven, gym etc.) I definitely look forward to coming home at the end of everyday!

So far seems good: great location, clean, safe and friendly staff. Move in day could have gone a bit better with the use of moving carts and having a form to report any issues that need to be addressed in the apartment.
