    Amazing

    The whole staff was amazing, the maintenance team made sure the unit was ready for move in and the leasing staff helped out and made sure me and my family had everything we needed, they were all polite, kind, respectful and I appreciate them and their hard work.

      Hidden Gem !

      Overall amazing!! Flat out amazing customer service. Management and maintenance are great get straight to work as soon as you have a problem! I love my apartment i don't have any complaints at all !! complex is very quiet and chill!!

        Very nice and quiet community

        I have been on this property for 10 months now and I will tell you I love it here. The entire staff treats you with respect and kindness. Any issues in my apartment has gotten taken care of right away. Any questions always answered no matter what it is. The buildings stay clean and the property is well kept. The playground sits in the middle which is a great view from my apartment so I feel that my kids are safe when playing. Parking is always available.

          Harbour Manor

          I have lived here at Harbour Manor going on 18yrs. I have raised my kids and grandkids. The office staff does a great job with taking care of us residents. Parking can be a bit of a headache but overall I enjoy living here. The cleaning lady Carmen does a wonderful job cleaning the property. I hope that the staff doesnt change they make sure that things are fixed.

            Team is like family

            the staff being super helpful is huge. I came in there looking for an apartment because my landlord told me t30 days because he’s selling his house. Senait saw the distress in my face. She was working with someone and excused herself and ensured me that she will help me even though the office was going to close soon. Senait explained to me that although there are no available units at this time, she took my information and promise to call me. The next day I called and spoke to Debra, when I tell you these two ladies work together and made me feel secured. Debra took over the application and although no unit has been selected yet, these two ladies and their communication is amazing. Even if I have to stay in a hotel until a unit is available I will do that. Two amazing managers.

              I have lived at Harbour Manor for about 2 years and just signed for another year. I love love love the staff, and speaking to other residents on the property they feel the same way. Many seem to have lived here for along time because of the staff and our catering they are. I have lived at other places before but this office staff are by far the best. Ms. Senait seems to know everyone of us residents and always is so friendly. Eric is so great and always ensures I am taking care off. I strongly feel that the property needs security or cameras soon. Things are getting a bit crazy and I would feel much more secured. Ms. Senait recently sent out a letter to everyone about the increase crime in PG County specifily the Temple Hills area and I appreciate her for that. Ms. Senait you and your team are doing a great job.

                I moved in about 7 months ago, It did not start off well initially because there was a leak in my apartment from upstairs. I was upset and annoyed to come home from work to see water all over my kitchen and ceiling was bad. I called the emergency line and maintenance was there within about 30 minutes. The leak was from the upstairs washer machine. I have to tell you the way the they all handled my situation was so great. I had some damages from personal items, floors and ceiling. Senait and Eric walked my unit the next morning, that same day there was a carpet guy there and a guy to fix my ceiling. Senait also helped me put in an insurance claim and checked back with me to see how my carpet and ceiling was. Yes there is a parking problem other then that I like living here. My building is right in front of the woods, I have seen a couple of bugs but where this building is located you have to expect it. I dont plan on renewing my lease because I will be buying a house but for the most part its a good place to live.

                  I've lived at Harbour Manor for more than a year. The unit itself is nice but the mice problem is out of hand, Parking is terrible and the Teens hang in the stairwell of my building 24/7 smoking and leaving trash all over the place. On the weekends this place is filthy. I have to have my packages delivered to my job due to constant theft in the building. Ubereats will not deliver to my door due to the folks hanging in the building. I spoke to Management a few times and got no result. I was told to call non-emergeny if I felt threatened other than that it was knowing they could do.

                    I am a current resident and I am terrified of mice and I asked before moving in were there any mice and was told there were only issue that are minor like invest in a good plunger and you will be fine . Omg that is far from the truth . The children set the trash dumpster on fire there is constant hanging out front drinking smoking in packs of people mice running through the kitchen gas leaks water leaks and backups washer dryer breaking etc . I am leaving I want every dime of my money back . I am leaving this week if I have to go to a hotel I will not stay here and I am writing the corporate office and contacting the courts if I don't get my money back. No one should live like this a mouse ran across my foot this morning and I had my three year old grandchild with me . I am terrified out of my mind. It's horrible

                      I was refered by a friend who lives here now. My son and I moved in October in a 2 bedroom and love the space . The only problem I have at night is parking and I have spoken to the manager Senit, and after along conversation with her, she did let me know that her companies manager are aware of the parking issues and are working on a plan. I have had minor issues in which Eric has been great at getting things done. I met the front desk assistant and she was very helpful at helping find an apartment during my search. Overall the community is great no big issues, you have kids playing outside with the football and riding bikes, I did mention to Senita that thats dangerous for kids to play in the street. What I do really like other then the washer in my house, I love the fact that there are no people hanging out in the hallways and steps.

                        The look of the Apartments are nice but have a lot of hidden issues which issues like Mice bad Carpet that's not put down properly terrible paint job Office stuff that's not doing there job and lazy maintenance workers. I would not refer anyone to this property until I don't like you.

                            I was a former resident and I came back in 2017. I love the new renovations to the community. I wish it was more for the kids to do but overall the complex is great. The staff in the rental has been extremely helpful especially Senait.

                                I love this apartment community. Senait is awesome with communicating, executing all maintenance issues, and just listening to our day to day lifestyle concerns.                                   I don't usually give all perfect stars however I have seen how this property came a long way and its all good things from staffing to maintenance and even response time.                                     I just renewed my lease for a second year and when I tell you although my rent went up by a lot I wouldn't want to move anywhere else. 2 years ago, I was looking for some where to move to because the VA area was getting a bit expensive. I actually visited a couple of other properties and although a couple of them stood out I walked into Harbour Manor and was welcomed with open arms, this was 2 years ago. The staff is great, the community manager Senait is by far one of the best, yes like any other community we have our share of minor issues, but the best part about it is when you have people who listen, and take care of your apartment needs. The techs and even the lady who cleans the property are great. I wont be leaving here till I buy a house down the line. Keep it up Harbour Manor you all make this place a warm and comfortable place to call home. Mr & Ms. Hughes.

                                      I moved here about 3 years ago and decided to continue to renew until I purchase my home. It's been great and enjoyable experience. Everyone here has been very friendly, warm and personal. It's like when you leave home and you come back to visit, that feeling of welcoming arms, happy to see you again, and looking forward to seeing you again! I love the fact that they are about the residents and making sure that we have a great experience living here.                                         I lived here for a couple of years yes over the years things have changed. Never had any real big issues it's apartment living so you'll hear noises the marijuana smell was occasional you tell the office and they'll send out letters what much can they do. What I did love about this property was the office didn't tolerate no one hanging out in the hallways or in the front of the building its a pretty quiet neighborhood for the couple years that I've lived here. Parking can be a bit sometimes. Overall it's a good place to live compared to other places Where you have to wait days for things to be done in your apartment or the manager is too busy to speak to you. Maribel always answers the phone to answer my questions and Senait always there to ask me how things are going.

                                                I have lived at Harbour Manor for almost 2 years and had to recently move because my mother is ill and moved back to Salisbury MD. The management staff is great especially with communication. There only two techs but they take are of the apartments really good. Its in a neighborhood located all the way in the back and that what makes it so perfect. The team is doing a great job with the up keeping of the property. One thing I would have loved to see more is maybe doing more resident events. If I ever come back to that area I would move to HM., Thanks.

                                                  If you're looking for a great place to live, Harbour Manor is the place for you. I love living at Harbour Manor. The management of Senait, and Gloribel are excellent. They are very professional and answer all your concerns without hesitation. They make you want to live in Harbour Manor. The maintenance staff of Douglas and Chris make you feel great when they come to fix a problem. They do Quality repairs when needed and make sure you're satisfied before they leave. Carmen makes sure the outside of the property looks great. It's always clean. Also she keeps the inside of the buildings clean. Harbour Manor is a great place to live, so what are you waiting for.
