I have been with Harbour Manor for four years now and my experience has always been positive. I have never had issues with pest, noise, trash or inconsiderate neighbors. I just recently transferred within the community and the process was seamless. Senait is doing a great job taking over the community in Josie's place. Josie will be missed but I feel confident that we will receive the same thoughtful, considerate and proactive service in her absence. I always recommend Harbour Manor to people looking to move somewhere quite and clean with spacious layouts (walk in closets!!) and pretty finishes.

I'm so pleased with Harbour Manor Apartments ! I walked in there today to apply for an apartment and Ms. Senait (assistant property manager) was beyond nice with a gorgeous smile, her greetings was so welcoming it makes u want to apply and become a tenant on the property . She was so helpful beyond measures .... Also the property is clean and well maintenanced , nice and bright... I can see myself living on this property and enjoying coming home ! I've been a resident since June 2014 and I have never had any concerns. Josie is and the maintenance team are really awesome and have always provided the best service. I was recently able to get my carpet cleaned and walls repainted at no charge. Josie made the process easy and stress free. The landscaping is always clean and from my experience the quietest neighborhood in the area. I have lived in many complexes in the area and can honestly say Harbour Manor has been the best experience so far. Thanks for all you guys do:)

My experience has been mostly pleasant. Maintenance requests could be responded to more quickly. It would also be most helpful if the property used a more user-friendly database to pay rent online and permitted one guest parking pass.

Would not recommend to anyone. The clean up staff cleans the community grounds but the residence is always throwing trash around the parking spaces. The water is cut off at least once a month. Would not renew lease. Apartments are close to stores like the grocery store.

I enjoy the warm welcome here at Harbour Manor Apartments.The staff is very professional and orient in detail I felt very comfortable and come to realize that Harbour Manor would be my new home. I am looking forward to dwelling in my new home, Thank you for your attention.

Since I was unable to update my previous review I will make a new one. As mentioned in my review in August I would update my review pending response from management on the issue that was presented to them. I reached out through the property management site after not receiving response, regarding the overall turn of the apartment I received. I transferred to an "UPGRADED" unit as of August 1st, and the apartment was filthy. We spent our first night cleaning the entire unit until 2 am. There were also dead roaches found in the bathroom. After reaching out about a separate issue the regional Manager reached out to see if my previous concerns had been addressed. I responded to him (ROBERT ZERNICK) and JOSIE SAMPLE as of Monday September 19th, no response. I contacted them again on Wednesday September 21st still no response. It's completely unprofessional to not respond to residents, if I were not to pay my rent they'd be blowing my phone up right? So the service their being paid to do they should treat as important. I told them an apology would have sufficed to make sure this does not happen again or to anyone else. To atleast showed they cared but I didn't even get that. It's obvious the reviewer under me hasn't moved in yet, as every resident that lives here says the same thing about management. When my lease is up we will be moving. I wish lease break options were available because I'd utilize them. It's extremely nerve wrecking to live in a community that sees you as nothing more but dollar signs, they don't care about their residents.

I have been living at Harbour Manor since December of 2015. I must say for my first apartment, I can not complain. First the admin staff and maintenance staff is amazing Joise Sample and Nicole Rock!!! I've also recently read some reviews about mice infestation (knocks on wood) since I lived here on a ground floor unit I have not had any issues with mice. I have saw one roach which was already dead but I figured it may have come from a recent neighbor they moved in. The cleanliness of the community could be a little better. Or tenants can learn home training. Now that summer is rolling in children our out more playing football has been a hazard to everyone's car. Parking can be very limited to tenants it would be cool if they allowed reserved parking. The apartments are spacious for a small family, I wouldn't consider raising a family of 4 or more. As for dogs, previous management allowed them so some tenants are grandfathered in with them. I do believe if the tenant wants to renew their lease and have a dog they must get rid of it. People walk their dogs and don't pick up dog poop which is irritating. Maintenance does handle issues right away I have put in a maintenance request for the same issue about 10 times and they have tried there best to fix the issue before considering major construction which is fair Majority of the community is friendly. Overall I would rate the community a 4 star.

I've been living here for 6 months now. When I first moved in I loved my apartment but after a month I've had problem with mice, mice & more mice!!! The office staff play dumb when I first brought it to there attention! I pay too much money to have this issue and especially for it to have been a newly renovated apartment. No pets allowed but you still see dogs and also their pet mice come as go as they please! One ran fell off my counter onto my foot and they stay on my stove & counter! My apartment is too clean for this mess!

If I could, I would get my mother----ing money ??????back. I wish I never signed a lease. Ever since I moved in I've been having problems. My drain was stopped up for a month. A mouse ran over my foot. My light fixture was broke. My washer machine doesn't work properly. These Sons of ------- act like this mice infestation doesn't exist. I told management I saw a mouse in my residence and a female leasing consultant acted like she had no clue on what I was talking about. This chick looked at me like she had just seen a ghost or some ---- when I said "Mouse". Meanwhile, She told me that maintenance would come later that day if they had time and that they were putting my slip in the system regarding the whole mouse situation... Two weeks rolled by and when I went to confront them about it they told me they never put the slip in the system. On God ???? I wanted to beat the everlasting ---- out of somebodies love one that day. ---- "Horrible Manor" This Mice Motel that they call an apartment complex.

Harbour Manor has been an interesting experience. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice community and the staff is very friendly. However, I pay a lot of money in rent for my family and I. I don't do pets or pest. I live in a mice hotel- MICE INFESTATION!!!!! My house is clean from front to back, food isn't left out, I have no reason to be seeing as many as I do. This has become a frustrating and embarrassing feeling. I saw one on my counter=(health problems) Have to be cautious when you have guest visiting etc. I've made several complaints, this is not something that one person can fix they should be going about this different with higher concentration. Due to this main problem I will not be renewing my least.

Mice mice and more mice...initially I love my apartment as soon as my neighbors moved out I have had major issues with mice. Hopefully maintenance and property management will send out professional pest control because I'm experiencing can not be handled by amateurs.

Just writing to let you know how much I enjoy living in Harbour Manor Apartments in Temple Hills. The property is well maintained and the staff helps to make that difference. The management staff Josie Sample and her staff Nicole Jones, Douglas Rodriquez, and Christopher Williams are outstanding and always attentive. The maintenance staff are hardworking. I\'m very satisfied. This is truly a beautiful place to live. Josie and her staff are very helpful and respond quickly to our needs. The whole staff is friendly and caring. I am very glad I moved here. Thank you for your great place to live and of course thanks for Josie and her great staff.

Apartment ratings helped my decision. Harbour Manor had pretty favorable reviews out of all the other apartments I viewed. I was pleased with the consistency. The office staff Nicole and Ms. Josie were very helpful and pleasant. They made sure that my move in experience was easy going.

I am very disgusted with this place. I saw a mouse on Saturday April 16,2016. I was told by the Assistant Manager Nicole that someone would be in my apartment on Monday April 18, 2016 and here it is Wednesday April 20,2016 and no one has been in been in my apartment to fix the problem and I also had a MOUSE run over my feet while in my kitchen April 20, 2016. I AM PISSED AND READY TO MOVE OUT!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS THEY HAVE MICE AND I BELIEVE THAT MANAGEMENT KNOWS THIS PLACE HAS A MICE PROBLEM SO DONT BE FOOLED BY THE GLAMOUR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!

Harbour Manor's staff are very professional. They handle things efficiently. Emergency calls are always handled in a timely manner. Calls about a very noisy neighbor was even returned after 2 to 3 minutes. The facade of the buildings are well maintained. I was also impressed with how they dealt with snow days. I noticed that the roads were "treated" in anticipation of snow. And during the --- snowstorm, the truck that cleared the snow worked round the clock just to clear the driveway. Bottom line, I am happy with my stay except with the increase in rent each year.

I have had better experiences from the community involving maintenance or simply just property management. This was a disappointing experience. I expect more out of Harbour Manor, and I know they have the ability to provide exceptional service.

The staff at Harbour Manor was very courteous, professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. From the moment of being shown the community and apartment that was available, I was sold! The process was quick and timely for me. I would recommend this community for an ideal environment of cleanliness, space and child friendly.

Harbour Manor a great place to call home. At first i was slightly nervous about moving out my parents home and living on my own, then i found Harbour Manor and all my fears went away. The entire staff is incredible from the rental office staff to the maintenance crew and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and units are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Everything about my apartment is amazing!

I think its a nice community, a well hidden secret. A lot of folks does not know those apartment homes are back there. I enjoy my apartment with the exception of a few issues that I spoke to management about. Nice place to live if we work together.
