I've been here almost 18 years & considerate it my home. I enjoy the location & the quiet community. The staff is great & any problems that arise are handled quickly. The apartments are laid out very well with lots of storage space.

An apartment place to stay

Starting off with the positives, the complex is conveniently located near entrance to highway. The surrounding trees and foliage gives it a nice view when taking dogs out to walk. There is a pool and gym located on premises and different pet breeds are allowed. As far as how to pay rent, it is set up through either paying at third party location or through online system. The staff I have come across have all been polite in talking to. The biggest drawback for me personally is how loud the floorbeds are when someone walks around. Capable of tracking where the residents above are walking at in their apartment at all times of day. Can hear when dressers/draws are being open and closed. Getting in contact with someone from office can be hit or miss. Everytime I have called I have had to leave voice message, while husband states someone has picked up the phone most of the time(more of a positive for me personally). A little unsure as to how many staff they have working here on hand, it does not seem to be a lot. Unsure about how often the grounds gets cleaned for trash. Not too loud… See More>

Great, quiet neighborhood. Grounds are very well kept and staff is always friendly. Only part that slightly lacks is maintenance but they have definitely improved since the new manager has taken over.

I have been at this complex for almost a month now, and I love it. My apartment is a bit dated, but every time there has been a needed repair, the team did not hesitate to get it taken care of right away.

Quiet place to live, but expensive for a one bedroom, they don't fix anything. My dishwasher has been broken for since I moved in and still has not been fixed. In unit Washer and dryer hookup is nice.

I have recently experienced a very unprofessional conversation with the Office Manager Carl at the Drawbridge Apartments East. He called me Saturday on June 1, 2024 at 9:22am. Which is not the business hours. To discuss a balance of incorrect fees on my Flex App. His arrogant, sarcastic tone was unacceptable. I sent a email to Juanita Walker earlier today and called three times and have not heard or received a reply by email. I have only lived here about 7 months. And as of now I am seriously considering not renewing my Lease.

A couple residents & neighbors are so inconsiderate, making noise & slamming things, & partying into the wee hours of the Morning, disturbing the entire complex. Residents use the laundry room mostly after laundry hours. Although this has been brought to the attention of the apartment office, on numerous occasions, all attempts proved futile.

Apartment is ok. Don't expect anything to be fixed in a timely manner though. Exterior building doors are constantly unlocked. The office makes it beyond difficult to receive packages. Minimum property security. You can find something a lot better for the same price.

The staff are very nice, but there are areas that really need updating. For instance, there are terrible cold drafts around the windows- in fact, it snowed inside my apartment due to wide gaps! It usually takes them at least a month from the time you submit a maintenance request until it is repaired. It's an ok place to live, but with a few minor updates, it could be a great place , especially for the amount of rent paid - similar places around charge less.

So far it's quiet, clean, and very friendly. I love that everything worked when I moved in. I requested window locks and received them the next day, so I'm very pleased with the maintenance team. I also love how there's plenty of parking availability.

I have had a good experience so far since I've lived in this community. My neighbors are nice I and I haven't had any concerns. I had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in but it was all handled fairly well and in a timely manner.

Absolutely Wonderful!

I have been a resident at Drawbridge for the better part of a year. My wife and I experience a quiet, beautiful community here. Brittany and Leslie totally rock and always make time to talk with residents. We also had to call emergency maintenance recently due to our tub not draining properly. Renee came out within about 20 minutes on a Sunday, all to find out that we had our drain stop closed (smh). She was so kind and understanding and still made sure that the drain was clear. What a great person! I would always recommend not just Drawbridge, but Paragon Properties to all of my friends and family.

I like the community a lot, because it's a good mix of different socio-economic backgrounds. It's relatively quiet, considering that I-94 is literally right next door. There's a security patrol at night, and I feel as secure here as if I was in a stand-alone home.

Fine but the maintenance team recently went through a change and the new team is terrible. Living in the complex in general is ok. Residents are courteous and quiet. No riff raft going on. It's pretty quiet and peaceful.
