The community is well maintained however there is wasted space all around- empty lots surround building 5 and could easily be used for parking or an updated dog park, current park is extremely small. An outdoor sitting area other than the fireplace would be nice as well.

Every thing was great up until ownership and management changed and from there the overall feel of the community went way down. There is a HUGE lack of communication from the new management which is not how it was in the past. Overall we liked it here but the new management is one of the reasons we will be moving. Most of the time you can tell they don't even want to be at this property. The old management were very friendly and you saw them all walking around the property on a daily basis just checking things in general. The noise levels can be load. Yes there is a train near by but that doesn't really bother you after a few weeks. It's the loud parties and loud music that makes your floors vibrate that will bother you. The lack of communication is terrible and as minute as that may seem, it gets very frustrating when it continues to happen. Other than key fobs for entry into the buildings, security is non-existent. I can't speak on the current maintenance staff as we have had no issue for them to handle. The previous maintenance staff were top notch, very responsive and very friendly.

It's a rather quiet environment. No major issues since I moved in last July 2022. The previous maintenance with the other group (not avanti) was way more efficient than the current one. Pet owners definitely need to clean up after their dogs.

Candidly, I had a more enjoyable resident experience when the complex was under the management group associated with Artistry. While the amenities are nice and the other residents are generally thoughtful, I've found the management to not be as hands on or enforce the community guidelines as well. It's not enough to make me want to leave but it has been a painful transition.

I moved into this apartment in April of 2022 and had a really great experience with the move in and first few months. You get what you pay for here and I appreciated the good care that was always taken of the facilities, trash service, pool, community events, etc. The property recently came under new ownership and has really taken a downward turn. There is pet waste all over the outside areas and I've had multiple times when it was left in the hallway without being cleaned for multiple days. The package room is overflowing and full of packages it's hard to even look through to find yours. The older management utilized the Amazon hub for every package except ones that didn't fit which really helped organize the room. The response time is slower and just generally not as warm.

Good, for the amount of pointless emails sent management could be better in actually getting things done, slow elevators, maintenance won't do anything if you have something wrong with your apartment (paint chipping). Great apartment, love my space, could care less about community events. Pool is a madhouse. Gym is good, garage always broken, if they increase rents I will probably leave

Really great neighbors and community. The staff does a great job with events that give tenants a chance to meet each other. Some irresponsible residents don't understand the concept of this being a shared space (i.e dog poop, disrespect towards community spaces, etc.), but the majority have a great sense of commuinity. Would really like to see easier access to recycling in shared spaces, and an easier way to do so thru valet (clear trash bags don't exist at most grocery stores, especially locally).

Artistry really promotes a sense of community with several resident events each month. The apartments themselves are well made, and we have had no maintenance issues since moving in. Utilities are also super cheap in comparison to older buildings. The residents and surrounding area skews young, so I would not recommend for those who would be offended by noise after 10pm. That is not to say that residents are completely unruly? the office does a really good job of enforcing rules and community guidelines. Love this place and would live here again!

the hallways are always freezing or really hot though. the garage needs big mirrors so you can see around the corner. recycle bins or one recycle dumpster would be very nice. snack machines would be cool.

I really like my unit here at Artistry KC. The parking garage, the 24 hour gym, and the community rooms are some of my favorite features. I just moved to KC in September 2021, and I think living here has been beneficial with getting to know the downtown area.

This is a great apartment community. The management cares about the residents and the community. There were plenty of activities and community events to get to know your neighbors. The actual apartments are very nice as well. I thought the cost was well worth everything you got by living here.

Pretty good experience so far. I enjoy the amenities, community events, leasing staff (really nice), and overall quality of the apartments. Only complaints so far are the dudes who workout shirtless, the hundreds of crows that live at the complex (and poop everywhere), and my neighbor upstairs who stomps whenever she walks.

Overall, the Artistry hits majority of my needs for an apartment building. Pros- - Great location, walking distance to most of downtown and lots of food/drink options around - Spacious apartments, great amenities, community is well maintained and always clean - Free parking is usually plentiful and easy to find a spot near your building (although this will change once they bring in a retail location and get rid of the 40 or so free spots in the garage) Cons: - Pricy, but likely comparable to other options around the area - Super petty, but the management staff sends out passive-aggressive emails almost daily that drive us crazy. Often times they are directed at a few residents (and they know who they are), so I wish they would just talk to those residents individually versus sending everyone an email about an incident. It's almost comical to receive an Artistry email every day at this point.

I love living at Artistry KC. The apartment itself is very nice, and the community feels safe and friendly. The only thing I don't love is how loud some people can be late into the night, but I understand that social communities have a very active night life. I also know that one of the buildings has a faulty fire alarm that goes off occasionally, which is difficult mostly for the residents in that building but is also disturbing for the rest of us.

Everyone is very nice although I did have my catalytic converter stolen off my car within the first few weeks of living here. Make sure to get a parking spot for that reason and also all of the birds around this area - be prepared to wash your car a lot.

The apartment is great and the staff and residents are all so friendly. My only issue is parking- a spot in the garage is very expensive and it is difficult to find a spot elsewhere. The parking spots in the garage are also extremely tight (could just be an issue with me)

The community is fine, it seems many have formed good friendships within the community so everyone knows each other, and can rely on one another if a fellow neighbor needed help in any manner of some sort.

My experiences at Artistry have been mostly positive. It is a pet community so all of the dogs can be somewhat a challenge at times. I would say there needs to be a protocol when it comes to the larger aggressive dogs.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff made move-in easy. Maintenance has been efficient when responding and fixing any and all problems. Paid for parking which was a good idea because street parking can be limited.

Have only lived at Artistry for a few months and seriously could not have picked a better place to work at. Everyone here is super friendly, staff and residents. The monthly events the staff hold makes it so easy to meet new people! Artistry makes it easy to own a dog as well! They have plenty of grassy areas and an off leash dog park!
