There are always activities to do. They always invite local restaurants and shops to promote their products through events that are for residents and their friends. Many opportunities to mingle with other residents. The maintenance staff are always available for any maintenance requests that you might have. Responsive office staff as well. Amenities are also great (pool, lounge, clubhouse, espresso/coffee machine, pool, mini dog park, parking garage).

I had my packages withheld from me for a week, and recieved minimal help from the office. The leasing agents do not respond to emails or phone calls. Amazon had to resend my packages. Jordan and Kevin in the leasing office are saints.

This has been my favorite place I've ever lived. The amenities are top notch as is the apartment itself, and the location is literally perfect. Staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming too!! I love the fun community events they put on, it really makes this apartment complex feel like a community.

I love the staff, the amenities, and the people around here are super friendly. I had a last-minute lease on my apartment, and they were so accommodating. They made my transition so much easeier. Jordan and Britany were so professional and friendly.

It's a community focused on younger professionals. However, it has still been a bit difficult to meet people being newer to town. However, the place is clean and the staff is nice. If you look very close though things are a bit cheaply made. Other than that- I love the place

The community is laidback. Fun to see events being put together for the tenants. One of the nice perk is, this apartment has an attached dog park, which my dog enjoys. Also, The staff is wonderful to work with, friendly and professional.

I love this community. It has a good vibe and the campus is well designed. The maintenance team is SO nice and friendly. However, the outdoor maintenance has been less than ideal. For example, broken sprinkles spewing everywhere, dog poop left behind by residents. It would be nice if these things could be taken care of more promptly and the whole campus looked over thoroughly each day. We pay a lot to live here and want it to look basically perfect! Also residents are in the dog park all the time - and the security isn't great. There is a homeless community closeby (which is totally fine) - but they tend to hang out and yell at us by the dog park gate. Not always great.

So far it has been a great experience! I feel like maintenance is addressed quickly and the property is very well maintained! The staff is really friendly as well. I feel that we have a nice little community forming with the residents and there are places for us to do fun things together which helps a ton!

It's been great! Great management, great amenities. So glad I moved from my previous place. They care for residents by doing events, and keep everyone informed on what's going on. Very dog friendly, too!

Everything is great for us here besides the trash system. We live in the far building on 19th and Oak and there happens to be a trash room in there we don't have access to and it frustrates us a lot. Also there are no trash cans in the parking garage which makes it frustrating to clean out the car. Pretty much everything is perfect besides the trash, that needs to be reevaluated. Every resident I talk to feels the same way about this as well so we are not the only ones.

The community is excellent - amazing amenities and great staff. However, I did have one inconvenience. My power outlets inside my room and living room did not work upon moving in. It took maintenance close to three weeks to fix the problem. I don't think anyone is at fault - just something that made my move-in experience less than perfect. Anyways, love the community!

After being homeowners for 36 years, we couldn't be happier with our choice to move here...love it! The professionalism of leasing agents, the small communal gathering spots, the nice sized private terrace, and covered parking...are just some of the reasons we are so happy here.

I haven't had much of a complaint since moving in. Definitely have had a lot of noise from my upstairs neighbor, it's extremely excessive but I do live in an apartment so there's only so much I can expect from here. Overall, the whole complex itself is great. There are flaws around the complex but many are from other residents, not staffs fault. The staff do their absolute best to maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment.

Great location and nice amenities! With every apartment there are some cons? loud people above you, maintenance issues like the elevator being out, internet being out, etc. But I will say the staff is always super helpful and does their best to resolve issues. The cons are few and far between and haven't been a huge issue. Most of my time living here has been great though and I would highly recommend living here!

Best apartment I've lived in! I feel like most apartment buildings are pretty shoddy, but I can honestly say I feel like Artistry KC is not. The ammenities are well taken care of and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend! I really never hear my neighbors. The only sound I do hear is Grinders, which isn't bad.

The staff has be nothing short of amazing. They are super focused on making sure the residents are happy where they live. The amenities are great but there is a lot of dog poop everywhere. People don't pick up after there pets. There is also water that leaks a lot by the dog park. It is also extremely frustrating that there are no lights in the bed room or living room. The complex expects the resident to pay to install the lights with is outrageous.

This apartment is fantastic and really has everything a young professional needs. Working remote, this community is quiet and has lots of places to work outside of my place. It has great amenities and is close to so many amazing places in walking distance.

The people at the front desk are always personable and helpful, and everyone I have met here have been really nice. The location is also perfect for me to walk to work, and to walk to the many restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions KC has to offer.

Great Community! The location is awesome and the amenities are great as well. The staff is super friendly and will help you with about anything you need! My ONLY complaint is that my AC unit tends to freeze a lot when my air is set below 70 (Thanks humidity)

I love living at Artistry! I have lived here since March of 2021 and can honestly say I don't have one complaint. The property is beautiful, the location is super fun, and the staff is the best! They also throw some pretty fun events :)

Staff is great. Amenities are great. Units are well constructed with great layout options, and finishes are better than average. Everyone I have met in the community has been nice. Close to lots of things to do.
