Terrible place to live
Office staff is unprofessional and rude never answers the phone. Then when entering the office they are having conversations with one another. Very unorganized, doesn’t seem to know what is going on. Maintenance staff enters your residence with mud on their shoes, tracks it all through out the apartment. Had to call a carpet cleaner. Loud music going on throughout the day, noisy neighborhood. Wonderful employees and efficient management. Providing a helpful and easy flowing atmosphere and willing to go above and beyond to help residents and other staff members. Constantly providing an environment that feels like a community with mixers, resident appreciation, and fun dynamics.

Pretty good place to live
Hi, I moved in August 2022 and am moving out September 2023 (Got a new job in a different state). Pros: Quiet community. I never hear any noise besides neighbors entering their apartments. It is seriously great. I do live on the third floor, so, I am not sure how lower floors are. Apartment staff and maintenance staff respond SUPER quick, it's dope. Gym is pretty nice, gets the job done. Pool is super nice. Mail boxes are convenient and so are the package lockers. Parking is easy, especially in my building (715). Cons: A few cons / minor complaints. I think a few of these are on me to an extent, but...they should have been caught prior to move in by mx or staff. Washer water line was not hooked up and the dryer vent was not hooked up. So, those are pretty big issues. I fixed both by myself bc it is an easy fix. Dishwasher was flooded and leaked all over the kitchen prior to move in. I grabbed a towel and cleaned it up and mx came out and fixed it. Dishwasher drains poorly and pools up about once every 3 months. It is pretty old...BUT… See More>9/19/2023

Moved here 2011?first in 211-4. It kept getting water in it. Moved 633-1 in 2019. Enjoy this apt very much. Close to shopping. Easy access to main traffic ways. Complex is kept up nicely. Love the package room.

Love the staff and apartments. Would like the grounds to be kept cleaner. Also had several maintenance issues for this to be a newly updated apartment. They were quick to fix, but an inconvenience.

The apartment was in great condition. A great rate for the amenities and condition of apartment. The move in process was easy and the office staff is very helpful. The office really helps you see different options that could work with your family. They answered all my questions promptly and made me feel at ease.

Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants - can walk to many stores and restaurants. Individual garages are offered and good for my needs. I dono't have much else to say. My apartment has been quiet.

I love living at summit ridge. The ground are beautiful and charming. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. And maintenance requests are handled very quickly. My dogs love walking around the property and enjoying all the neighbors that stop and know them by name!

We like the area, poor adherence to people picking up after their pets. Rent increases are very high, no sidewalks. The apartment cupboards are outdated, and the apartments do not seem to be well insulated. Pool is nice, gym has issues that have been reported about equipment and it has not been fixed.

we have lived at Summit Ridge for over 5 years. The apartments, grounds, pool and work out center are all well maintained and updated as needed. The office staff and maintenance staff are very courteous and any maintenance issues we have are addressed quickly and effectively.

I moved in just over a week ago and love it here! I knew as soon as I walked into the office this is where I wanted to be. Friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL apartment that is clean and nicely kept with wonderful amenities. There were a couple of minor maintenance matters that were addressed immediately, and it's nice seeing many young families in the complex. The grounds are lovely, it's quiet, and I feel welcome. Didn't take long to call this "home."

I feel very at home here the apartments are very spacious and the amenities are awesome. People are very friendly here . Maintain team is always on top of everything which is great beverages they have a lot of apartments to cover . It's a very nice place to live.

The property staff is very friendly and ensured that I was comfortable in my home and that everything was working properly before settling in, which I really appreciated. The maintenance staff is also amazing as they get things done in a professional and quick manner.

Although it may be appreciated that this community holds many activity nights, they lack in the same attention to tenant requests. Rent is too high for neglect and functionality. Will not renew my lease next fall.

I appreciated Tyler's help with the light bulb burning out in the laundry room. He brought a lower watt bulb and placed it in asking if I felt the light to be okay. He tried one of my bulbs in the socket, BUT it was not brighter. He offered to come again and replace the bulb for a higher wattage once they received them. Tyler was very considerate and helpful to me. Thank you

This setting could not be any more beautiful than it is. The apartments are nestled amongst lush trees and gorgeous flowers. Every detail has been thought of and attented to creating a quiet and serene environment.

I have enjoyed my experience living in this community. The property is well maintained and any issues are promptly addressed by staff and maintenance. The community is quiet and you always pass a friendly neighbor walking their dog that will give you a smile and wave hello. You are close to everything you need from hospitals, minute clinics and pharmacies to a wide range of food options as well as grocery stores.

The community is very nice and well kept. I only have minimal issues with gym equipment that continues to be broken and out of use. This has forced me to have to spend extra money to go to another gym. Staff is wonderful and very helpful when needed. I have never had an issues with maintenance when issues arise in or around my apartment.
