The property is very nice. In a tucked away location away from too much noise. Grocery store and shops are within walking distance.It looks well kept and has nice updates. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions, from the agent to the maintenance person.

Most of the neighbors are quiet and if they're not the leasing office will address it. Maintenance is friendly, quick, and effective. Overall the community is quite peaceful. I enjoy the fact that there are community events and the location is wonderful for me.

I have been looking for an apartment and visited your property, I have been looking for a 1 bedroom. I also saw a 2 bedroom townhome, It was not what I was looking for it but it was so lovely I may have to reconsider. I love the large windows which allows so much natural light. I was shown the property by Jamila. She was so kind, patient and answered my every questions, She was very nice. Also met Sandy in the office. She was nice also. I want to live here

Chapel Hill North offers some wonderful amenities, from a stunning and spacious clubhouse, to a fitness center, and a dog park. The leasing staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Ms. Sandy.

I have been here a month and so far I am pleased with the facility and the location. There is shopping nearby and public transportation is easily accessible from here. The building is quiet. The staff I have met have been friendly and helpful.

Fine for 1-2 years, but these aren't luxury units. The finishing of most fixtures in the townhomes leaves a lot to be desired and the office management doesn't compensate residents for costs associated with maintenance issues (I had multiple water leaks and was not compensated for the increased bill).

We renewed our lease. We've enjoyed our time here. The early bird special was the primary factor in us deciding to stay here. We likely would have moved out if our rate did not remain the same. We are grateful that it did and would likely renew a third year if this trend continues.

It is a little overpriced for the noise pollution and constant construction. It seems like other complexes have the same amenities for $600 - $900/month cheaper. Construction occurred from when I moved in in July until the end of March.

The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. I did not take a tour before signing the lease, and was blown away to see that it looks better in person than online because this is not always the case for apartment complexes. My apartment looks like no one has ever lived here before, it smells and looks so clean throughout every area/closet etc. Maria and Sandra have been so kind and helpful and have made sure that we have everything we need and are happy with our new place, even days after moving in. I immediately felt at home, not only in the new space, but with them being so warm and welcoming as well. They are a great team and it is clear that care about the community a lot. I have nothing bad to say about this place, and I'm excited to settle in and call it home.

Chapel Hill North has been an ideal place to call home! Here are just a few reasons why. Perfect location. Close to downtown Chapel Hill yet right off I-40 for fast and easy access to the Triangle and Hillsborough. Plus, I can walk to my Harris Teeter grocery store which also houses my pharmacy. What could be more convenient than that?! Top-notch staff. Attentive and responsive from the leasing team to maintenance. It's so important to feel safe and secure. Also, resident socials are always well planned and executed. Luxury living. Stylish and modern floor plans, decor and amenities abound. How nice to have a fitness room, common area and office only steps away.

Chapel Hill North is amazing! Sandy is super friendly and always looking for ways to make the community better. She really loves the residents and the community. The building security is fantastic! The community is also perfectly located near lots of stores, restaurants, and the expressway for an easy commute. It's also near lots of greenways in Chapel Hill. I love this community!

Overall, Chapel Hill North is a good place to live! The location is great and there is a ton of parking which is unheard of in CH. In the units, some appliance and water fixture upgrades would be nice to to water damage (OC water is not the best). It would also be nice if the stairwell entrances required key fobs for security reasons.

Luxury + Activities

Pizza Party Perfection! What a treat it was to be a part of the pizza party that was hosted by Sara and Sandy last week (you ladies ROCK). The place is beautiful and the event was a great way to meet some of the residents, who it turns out are pretty cool. I would recommend checking out Chapel Hill North to anyone looking for a nice, upscale apartment with an active community.
