Like almost everything except for one thing that bothers me the most. On the 4th floor by the elevator the carpet is filthy! I commented that to the office and nothing was done! It's been almost 2 months!

Best Apartment

This apartment is pretty new and has all the amenities you need including pools, grill bar, dog park, fitness center and covered parking. The stuff in the leasing office is very friendly and always willing to help. Location is great, close to both Duke and UNC, and there is a Harris Teeter nearby. Floor is solid, so noise is minimal. I would highly recommend this place!

Good apartment

Very good apartment and with free parking. The community is quiet, won’t be any noisy parties at night. Very good for sleeping! Inside the room, in the morning, there are enough sunlight and at night, it is totally dark at night and quiet!

Our experience here has been great. Noise level is low with quiet neighbors- young professionals to families to retirees in the community. When I submit a work order, typically the maintenance guys show up the same day which is appreciated.

Office and maintenance staff are second to none. Any time I reach out for assistance my request is completed within the same day in most cases. Staff is courteous and goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome.

I visited the community with my grandmother and we both loved the energy of the office team. Breana and Sandy were warm and friendly. My grandma has already received a thank you email and phone call. This place really stands out and it is on the top of her list.

We recently moved in after making the decision sight unseen. Moving from out of state, we relied heavily on the internet and the office staff for information. We contacted several communities before selecting this one. What we were most impressed with was the staff, their friendliness and professionalism over the phone. They described the community, the amenities, and the surrounding area. We were sold. When we arrived to move in, Ms. Sandy and Ms. Breana continued their friendliness and provided excellent customer service. We were promptly greeted and felt welcome. To be honest, our apartment home exceeded our expectations and is gorgeous. We love the location, the amenities, and the convenience of the area. We are very pleased with our apartment and rest assured knowing that if a maintenance issue arises, we can contact the maintenance team for assistance. The added value of the resident social activities is welcoming and attests to the outstanding service of the entire team. We are Happy Campers Here!!!

Fantastic place to live. Quiet place, seems like you're the only person living here. 1 mile to I40. Grocery store and restaurants, gas stations very close. Public transport within walking distance from the community.

It has been a great experience visiting the property. The property is clean and quiet while the staff is very professional. You feel at home even while on a tour. The manager is calm and laid back and seems to be able to communicate with each person she comes in contact with, The maintenance team is eager to make things right so that the resident is happy. I walk one of my friend's dog from time to time, and Miss Sandy spoils him rotten. I came to pick up the same friend for work this morning and the staff had breakfast in the clubhouse for their residents. Very cool property. Definitely moving here when my lease is up.

I absolutely love it here at Chapel Hill North and highly recommend this community! I have lived here for almost three years and couldn't ask for a better place to call home. The grounds are well-kept, amenities like the gym and clubhouse are modern and well maintained. Resident events occur often and are a great way to get to know my neighbors and the staff. Speaking of which, Sandy Boykin, Sharonette Smart, and the newest addition Breana who are all very professional, charming, and always willing to provide assistance when needed. Hats off also to Mark in maintenance who can fix anything in my townhome quickly and efficiently.

We have been Chapel Hill North residents for the past year and love the complex. It's clean, quiet and the staff is very helpful. We've had very few maintenance issues, but whenever we've had a need, someone from maintenance is over almost immediately. Highly recommend.

Sharonette Smart helped me through a guided tour even though I came in at last minute and it caused her to go a little overtime. It just shows how accommodating the staff is. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had and mention things we wouldn’t have thought to ask. I toured a loft and it still felt like I had plenty of room even with low square footage. Not to mention the windows were big and let in plenty of natural light! The whole facility was clean and updated. You should definitely look into this place! You won’t be disappointed. Especially if you get Sharonette, she makes the whole touring process a 10/10! I would recommend this place to anyone who is 19 or older and looking for an affordable apartment that is still high quality.

The location is wonderful. The buildings and units are nice. While I'm sure my experience would've been better if I lived in another unit...this is a warning to anyone moving into 111 Adair (3bed townhouse). DONT DO IT! If you want any ounce of quiet after a long day or while working from home, or simply while trying to relax and live comfortably, PICK ANOTHER UNIT. The end unit may be appealing, but your neighbors on the other side are not. They have 2 small kids that they allow to RUN throughout their unit ALL DAY (mind you, there are hard wood floors in the unit and kids run with full body weight; let that sink in) and the parents run some God-awful machine in the basement in the evenings (must have home-based business, who knows). I have never lived near more noiser people. I had planned to stay a few years when selecting the place, but had it not been for Covid; I would having happily broke my lease to move earlier. I have a few more weeks to endure before I leave. 2021 is already looking better. Am I exaggerating? Not even close. You can ask management how many times I complained and to what extent and/or ask the other neighbors how many times I was found banging on the neighbor's door to get them to quiet down. Just do yourself and your sanity a favor and don't go into 2021 in that unit. You will regret it. There are no amount of amenities to make up for the lack of consideration and noise of my neighbors...oh and side note, after my 3rd complaint to management at the end of summer, I was told they had renewed their lease for another year, and they had already been living in their unit for about 5 years. So baby, they are in it for the long haul so don't even think you will outlast or outwit them. You will not survive. Ever heard of road rage? Well be prepared to learn of apartment rage if you move into 111 Adair Drive. While management is friendly, they did no more than speak to my neighbors about the noise, which did nothing of course so don't look to them for help. I just hope they are more forthcoming with letting new tenants know of those neighbor's particular behavior before renting the unit. I wish someone would have warned me. To spend close to $2k a month on a place where no comfort could be found is an utter waste.
