I love the Leasing Management Team Ms. Sandy and Ms. Smart they are really great. The area is wonderful chick fil A and Starbucks is right here and also A New UNC family Medicine. Great location. Great Management staff.

I love Chapel Hill North due its close proximity to my school UNC Chapel Hill. The community is beautiful and all the staff are so helpful and welcoming. The leasing associate, Sharonette Smart, was incredibly helpful and professional. I can not wait to call Chapel Hill North my home next fall!

As someone who has moved around to many different apartments due to various issues, CHN has been a breath of fresh air. I have only had positive experiences since moving to CHN in 2019. Specifically, Ms. Sharonette Smart has been excellent from day 1 of moving to this community, as she helped me with minor issues when moving in--now, she is one of my dog's and I's favorite people at CHN as she is always kind and welcoming every time we come to visit her in the leasing office. CHN is perfectly located by bus lines, grocery stores, and the I-40 highway. We love the different community events and food trucks that come to the complex. If I have any issues with my apartment, it is resolved immediately by kind maintenance staff. As someone who lives away from family, I truly feel that I have a strong sense of community with the leasing office staff (Sharonette and Sandy) and neighbors here. We hope and plan to live here for the rest of our time in Chapel Hill.

I absolutely love living at Chapel Hill North! The location is perfect as there are several grocery stores and restaurants located nearby. The leasing office and maintenance are wonderful and very quick to get residents whatever they need! Prior to our move and since moving in, Sharonette in the leasing office has always been a huge help. She is a positive, welcoming, and always encouraging!

The staff here is so responsive to our every need. Today I needed help with finding someone to donate a couch. Sharonette Smart was on the case. She immediately came to my apartment took pictures and advertised it throughout the community . Within an hour we had someone. We are always treated in this special way. That's why we love living here.

Finishing my first year here and couldn't be happier with the staff. Sharonette in the front office is unfailingly a delight, and effective too in resolving any problem. The units are comfortable, construction is solid, neighborhood both pretty and safe. Front office also sets up great community activities.

I had an awesome move-in experience with leasing specialist, Sharonette Smart. She made me feel right at home, from answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. On top of that, I was able to experience my first Resident Event last week! Sharonette's personality and smile will light up a room. Last Friday, Chapel Hill North provided a food truck, beer & wine and had different vendors for us to view. They made sure everyone was well taken care of. I am so happy that I made the decision to move here and I wouldn't have done it if Sharonette weren't here! I recommend this place to anyone looking to move in the Chapel Hill area.

I moved to Chapel Hill in 2018 due to a family emergency I moved into a 3BR TH Recently I transfer to a 2BR The office staff was excellent in helping me facilitate this move Maintenance is always available within 24 hours I once had an after hous emergency and Mark was there within 10 minutes place is spotless greatnesses place for dogs as there are pooper stations with bags throughout pool is clean and well maintained

Regarding the property itself, the Chapel Hill North complex is quiet and moderately-clean (however its hallways always has a musty smell). However, my complaint concerns management, specifically the leasing office. They act very nice, sweet, and welcoming (sometimes overbearingly), but once you are officially a resident, their whole demeanor changes. When you need assistance, they are slow (or never) respond. They also try to "pay" other residents to write glowing reviews by offering prizes, so beware of that as well. Just be careful when judging Chapel Hill North from the initial meeting with the front office.

I am ecstatic about becoming a Chapel Hill North resident! I was recently offered a job in the area and due to COVID-19 have been in a unique period of limbo regarding my employment start date. Ms. Sharonette is truly a gem and was able to guide me through unit specifications, amenities, utility responsibilities, and everything under the sun! This is my very first apartment and Sharonette made this such an easy and enjoyable process. She sent me videos of a unit similar to the one I will be moving into and was completely transparent from start to finish. I can't wait to move-in to my new home!

I truly enjoyed visiting family at Chapel Hill North. The grounds were in tip top shape and the staff was excellent. Ms. Sandy and Sharonette make an awesome leasing staff. I had some questions that needed answering and they went above and beyond to make sure I received a correct answer in a timely manner. I do not live in North Carolina but the 5 STAR service I received from Sandy and Sharonette were unmatched! Chapel Hill North definitely has my vote!

Looking for an apartment during the coronavirus pandemic was not ideal, but Miss Sharonette at Chapel Hill North made the process EXTREMELY easy and stress free. I was given an awesome virtual tour and she made sure to address all of my questions and needs. The complex is beautiful (from the grounds to the amenities), and the apartments are clean and modern. The location is wonderful, especially for UNC hospital employees - the NS bus stop is right out front of the complex and takes you to the hospital in ~25 minutes. Everything about the leasing process was explained clearly, even though it was all done remotely! I have lived in many apartments before this, and I can honestly say I've never been given the same treatment that I received from Sharonette. This was an easy choice for me to choose to live in Chapel Hill North, and I can't wait to move in!

we were impressed just walking in to inquire about Chapel Hill North. --------------, ---------- and ---- was so inviting upon arrival. -------------- showed true professionalism explaining there procedure, and also listening to our needs to the point that the first unit she chose to show us fit our needs in every way. we have just been here a short while but i mentioned in passing about our toilet that i was curious about an issue ----------, and ---- collaborated soon there after and took care of the problem immediately. -------------- and ---------- do a wonderful job with the upkeep of the apartment. Whenever I've had a problem such as with the water filter or smoke detector, the problems were fixed in an extremely timely manner. I recently moved in about 5 months ago and it had been an extremely pleasant time.

My spouse and I needed temporary accommodations while our home is being renovated. Enter, Chapel Hill North. ----------------, our leasing agent, went out of her way to make me feel at ease and showed me several properties that she selected with us in mind. ---------- listened and addressed any concerns/questions I had immediately and was a pleasure to work with. The townhome was the perfect fit-spacious, great layout, and close to all the amenities. She even helped connect us to a service that helped with furnishings for the entire home. Thanks to all her help, we were able to move into our fully furnished home immediately and without ANY hiccups. From the moment I placed the inquiry call to the time the key was placed in my hand for the townhome that will be our home for the next few months, the customer service has been incredible.

This is a wonderful apartment complex. The staff in particular make the community great. From when I first met ---------- during the tour of the apartment, I could tell that she truly cares about the property and wants the best home experience for the residents. After moving in, this is still so true and I'm thankful. The community is beautiful, well kept, and is quiet. It's great all around.
