Amazing quiet community with great location close to anything you may need. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, breweries, etc. Rooms and hallways are nicely kept and any concerns are addressed as quickly as possible. I would recommend this community to anyone.

It's been great. Management is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance is also great. I've never had to wait long when I put in a request and they always fix the problem very quickly. Overall love living here.

Beautiful apartment community. The apartments appear to be in good shape and the amenities are very nice. The leasing agents approach could have been better. She was very informative and able to answer all of my questions, but her approach wasn't very friendly. When I asked questions about the community on my tour I was told that they would be answered when we got to "x" part of the tour. You could tell the leasing consultant had her set way of doing things. Also, when I told her which apartment I was interested in she made a comment about "I don't know if that apartment will be available tomorrow". Not sure if this was a comment meant to create demand in the unit or a rude side comment. It was very strange to say the least. Additionally, I was told she would send over a quote for the unit by end of business day, but I didn't recieve it until the following morning. The approach didn't really make me feel very welcome at the community.

This apartment complex is mostly nice and in a great location. Common areas are clean. Rarely, there is not enough parking available in my building, so I have to go to one of the other ones. The main problem is that the apartment has bugs. After cleaning everything and checking for open food, I have concluded that they are spreading from apartment to apartment, because other residents have also complained. The maintenance guy seems to be aware because he immediately offered me a hotel stay so that they could bug bomb the place.

My car was stolen and then again broken into because the garage was broken for months and not fixed. Recently have noticed some small ants coming into my apartment as well. If those things were fixed it would be a good place to live.

I have enjoyed my stay at Park and Kingston. The staff is attentive and very responsive to issues, especially the maintenance team. I have never had an issue. The space is nice and I feel secure with security at the building. The amenities are overall nice and meet most needs.

It's a relatively cheap apartment but poses many issues due to the fact that it is old. The staff and maintenance team are both poorly managed and suffer high staff throughput. I am relatively happy here but I have had many issues that i need to deal with on my own. I look forward to moving elsewhere.

Location is phenomenal and apartment itself is quiet as there all single units (so just couples and singles). The gym is awful so you'll need a separate membership and tryon is very noisy so I have to sleep with headphones

The staff at Park and Kingston is friendly and always willing to help. I have been grateful for their positive attitude and energy. Some of my appliances are a bit finicky but maintenance has been quick and attentive.

This apartment complex is in a great location in southend but close to uptown and 5 min from a light rail stop. Maintenance fixes any issues reported within 24 hours (on business days). There are not many amenities, especially in comparison to the high rises in Uptown, but there is coffee, parking, pool, small gym, dog park area all included. The social events and office hours are not convenient for someone who works 9-6 on weekdays. You have to pay for the trash service and warehouse/package delivery system and there has been issues with delivering to the wrong address but it hasn't happened often. Overall, would recommend.

You're better off living on the street

The location is genuinely the ONLY good thing about this apartment complex. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The amount of money I have spent getting my own car back from the tow company after it is, no joke, towed from the garage on a WEEKLY basis is enough to cover several months rent. I stopped inviting friends over because their cars ALWAYS got towed from the guest lot, even with a guest pass clearly displayed. Good luck getting a hold of someone! Their leasing office is only open for what seems like 15 minutes and even if you call 30 times in one day (believe me, I've tried!) when you finally get someone to answer they will gaslight you and say their phone hasn't been ringing all day. Looking forward to the lazy response from the "team" - let me guess... you "appreciate my concern" and "you'd like to help" ??? wanna let me know to "reach out to your team" because you'd be "glad to assist" ?? What a joke. Clearly this apartment building has some kind of sus deal with the tow company because they aren't making any money from rent since no sane person would want to live here so the only way they can keep the lights on is by towing 15 cars from the garage every day.

Towing issues

I live here and my car got towed in my own parking garage, was charged +$200, had to pay for a Lyft ride to get to the tow company office, and missed time from work. Wasted about 3 hours of my morning waiting for the office staff and tow company staff to come into the office in the morning. Office manager told me his car was also towed from the lot. I am unable to receive any reimbursement for the tow. The tow company has the freedom to come into the gated lot any time of day/night they want to tow cars. I have seen 3 cars get towed this week alone from the lot. Please stop towing cars. The emergency maintenance line is also useless, if it is after office hours you will have to wait until the following business day.

I love living at Park and Kingston. The community is nice and rather peaceful which is important when you live so closely to other people. All of the common areas have recently been redone and are really nice. Management has always been really nice and attentive if you swing by the office with a problem.

Moved in when construction was happenjng. Once it finished everything has been great. I enjoy the gym and the dog park. We have had met a few people and enjoy how secure everything is. Thank you to Curtis for such a warm welcome

I've never lived in a community for longer and been happier. The staff (office and maintenance) are seriously the best. Newly renovated amenities. Love that we have guest parking - not many in South End do. I'm not moving until they kick me out.
