I have been here for a month now and have really enjoyed everything. The halls are quiet, parking is easy, and the building is kept clean. There are also a lot of dogs which is nice because my dog has someone to play with! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I have only lived here for a month, but I'm incredibly happy with my decision. The apartment is gorgeous, the neighborhood is great, and the property management staff is the best! I receive compliments about my apartmentfrom anyone who stops by. I truly love living here!

Location, location, location! Love the location of the apartment and could not be happier with the staff. People have an issue with picking up after their dogs, but other than that, the apartment is amazing. Also wish there was a better system with packages delivered to the front office.

Amazing value for the location. I live in the Tryon building which was built around 2015-2016. Everything is BRAND NEW & clean! I love living in this community & I hope to continue to live here for a while.

I have loved living in Park and Kingston! I'm only moving our because I'm leaving North Carolina! I highly recommend this community! My pup and I loved the Pet Spa and we will be sad to leave. Thanks Park and Kingston staff for making our time here so great!

P&K is a great place to live. Close to loads of restaurants, stores, breweries, and the light rail. Appliances, cabinets, etc. all look and work great. Maintenance requests get done very quickly. Never had an issue with noise. Resident parking in the deck is great, but guests need to park on the street (by Price's Chicken Coop). Proximity to the rail trail and the Dowd YMCA helped me get back into running and working out. I love living here. It is exactly what I was looking for when I moved to Charlotte.

I've lived at Park & Kingston for 2 years and have had an overall great experience at the property. It is well-kept, I feel safe and maintenance/the office respond quickly to any issues that have come up. My only complaints are that guest parking can be an issue at times (so I just tell my friends to Uber over on the nights it gets the most crowded!) and there isn't a dog park. All the benefits will keep me here though and I would recommend this property to other people looking for a good & safe place to live in Charlotte.

Tenants at Park and Kingston are professional and courteous. However there are much better places to rent in the area. Park and Kingston is over priced and is surrounded by construction. So if you like peace and quiet forget about it. Also, there is so much construction, our cars are filthy from the dust, there is no street parking because the construction workers park all around the building and is always a hassle to get in and out of the parking garage because of the construction vehicles. The staff is non sympathetic and only care about the contract you signed as they know people are leaving the place. This is a Marsh property. In my opinion there are much better places to rent with the over priced fees and without the construction noise.
