It has been great so far! My girlfriend and I moved in during the summer of 2023! All of the community spaces are excellent, the staff is amazing, and overall I have no complaints! Everything has recently been updated and that definitely makes a difference!

This set of apt buildings is in a prime location in South End, super close to the light rail and Uptown! The units are modern and have an open floor plan. The common areas of P&K were recently renovated and are gorgeous!

I have loved it so far! It is in a great location near public transportation and walkable to most places in town. The community is very safe with restricted access into the building. It is also very affordable compared to many other apartments around the area.

New building renovations have been going well and have added value to the building. I enjoy the parking garage having enough spaces and that guest passes are handed out to each member instead of assigned by the office. It's been going well so far! I enjoy living here

I love it here! The staff is wonderful and it is in a great location in Southend, Charlotte. I love that it is pet friendly as well. It is very quiet but there are a lot of people at a similar stage in life so it makes it nice to meet people!

It has been a fun place to live, with nice people and a convenient location that is walking distance to a lot of cool things in town. My apartment is very nice and is very close to the pool and an outdoor lounge area.

Staff is very friendly and responsive, as well as maintenance. The only issues are that the pool equipment(grills chairs) don't work or are very old, stairwells are very messy, and the fob system is a very poor outdated system.

It's been fine however it can be a lot more clean and well kept. There are bugs/pests everywhere even though they say it's sprayed for them. There needs to be a better delivery service for packages because Fetch is terrible. Office staff needs to be more attentive.

Don't waste your time: the staff has no support from their corporate offices. Location and staff are great: not there is no money to fox the significant things that are broken. Rent anywhere else. Literally anywhere.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, and decent amenities for a fair price. My unit has more than enough space and I've never had an issue with getting a work order submitted or unclean facilities. The neighbors are all friendly, too.

Security here is not good at all, people have been robbed. Homeless people are found sleeping and wondering the floors. Overall this building needs a lot of maintenance. It would also be nice for more community events. Walls are also VERY thin and you hear everything.

I really like this apartment. The amenities are nice, it is safe, good location, clean etc etc etc. Rent is a bit high but who's isn't these days. When I moved in they had just gotten new management and they seem to be doing a great job.

This apartment community has gone downhill over the last couple years. The call boxes haven't worked since at least June 2021, so people consequently prop doors open which makes the building unsafe. Recently someone sheltered overnight in the lobby of one of the buildings. Although there is a package delivery service (required monthly fee), delivery is still difficult for unexpected packages or packages requiring immediate delivery (like food prep). The stairwells do not appear to be cleaned ever - think doggy hair balls on the steps. Communication is poor, and there's no community message board. Community events are rare, and when they happen, they are 5 minute drop-in style events.. like grab a cookie from the community room. Also, if you don't live in the main building, you are getting the short end of the stick.

It's a fun location. Lots of friendly people. The pool is pretty nice. The parking is good too. Lots of events and stuff happening around there. It's pet friendly too. The dog park is nice. Overall pretty good

It's a great apartment complex, the amenities are all I need so there's no extra fees for fancy stuff that doesn't get used. Very central to all Southend has to offer. I rarely use my car since everything is within walking distance.

I've been living here for awhile and it's been awful since the day I moved in. While the location is ideal and the property itself is decent, the staff are the worst -- from day one it was clear. A new management company has taken over and their first order of business is shoveling money into the dog park -- while parking remains an issue, the stairwells are never cleaned, none of the security cameras or gates work, and updates haven't been made since the building opened. There is also a third party package delivery service, Fetch, which is an absolute nightmare. If you move here, you might as well never order anything online again. I originally liked living here because it was a great deal for South End, new management has increased prices by $700+ so now that perk is gone. Also, people sit on their balconies and smoke all day (even though it's not allowed on the property) so other residents cannot even enjoy being outside. The management company should be fining these residents as they are violating their leases.

Great place to live if you enjoy: 1) your rent being raised by $100/mo after less than 10 months 2) an unsecure parking garage where your bike and other things can get stolen 3) maintenance requests to take over a week to even get a response, let alone be acted on (old management got to them within 48 hours) 4) coffee machines in all three buildings to either have no coffee or require maintenance, sometimes all at the same time 5) calling the office on 9 separate occassions on one day and never having anyone pick up 6) finding a roach in your apartment upon moving in 7) a fitness center that only has dumbbells up to 45 pounds, with the 10s, 25s, and 30s missing with no replacement for months, plus the only cable machine being out of commission for over three weeks (ongoing) 8) the valet trash service ripping your trash bags out of haste and blaming it on you when you tested it multiple times before putting it out or 9) a guest lot that's always full now that you don't have to request a spot
