The property is nice, buildings are new and clean. Some of the members of the office staff could use Customer Service training. They aren't rude or disrespectful, however; some of them aren't as professional as they could be.

This is a beautiful apartment community. The apartments feature high ceilings and updated decor. Additionally, the office staff is very attentive, as is the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff usually responds and completes jobs on the same day that I submit a request.

This community is one of the best I lived in. Regularly maintained amenities. Very nearer to all the commercial places and close to I85. Very decent place, have nice schools. Elementary and high schools are just mile away.

I don't spend time getting to know the neighbors or in the clubhouse or pool area. It's usually very crowded and full of kids. It's a very mixed age group of residents that live here. No designated play area for children.

Excellent ambience clean and neat environment. Including all amenities and well maintained. Supermarkets are at walkable distance. Can survive without a car for few months if you are a new comer to US. Highly rated coxmill school is nearby

While apartments are upscale some residents are not. Hard to hold residents to rules. Apartments are nice and maintenance is very quick and friendly. Elevator in building has been out of service several times in the last year. K

Good location, bad residents. Lackluster amenities that are often abused by residents. Good leasing and maintenance team, nice landscaping, and spacious units. Corridors could be kept cleaner, very strong "odors" at times. Glad that automatic air fresheners were finally added to gym and Togo studio. 6/10

I've been living here for about a year and a half, and I truly enjoy being part of this community. The office and maintenance teams are outstanding?always helpful and professional. It's a wonderful place to live with family: safe, welcoming, and full of life. Yes, it's a bit lively and occasionally noisy, but that energy makes you feel alive and connected. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vibrant and family-friendly home

Christin explained everything very clearly and showed me the available units. The location is very nice (very close to shopping and dining areas). It's a gated community, and I feel it's safe to live here. The leasing office representatives speak very kindly and are very friendly. The patio has a covered concrete fence. Please keep up the great work and retain the current leasing office representatives. They are asset to the community

Very friendly with a few exceptions . When the front gate was down for so long over six months, the reason I moved here was for the security and the gate was down so when I went to the front staff, they said well everybody secured safety is important and we're working on it.. I had explained that I moved here for the safety. I didn't like it. I was paying for something I wasn't getting.

It's a good community, nearby all the places Surrounded by top rated schools, mall grocery stores. Only problem is that the front office staff is bit rude, they won't care for anyone, they jus imply the rules. Lastly it's too pricey compared to other communities

Great location! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The amenities are wonderful. Love the work out and spin room. The equipment is up to date and easy to use. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.

staff are good in addressing questions during touring. they are good in tour but not flexible in anything to accommodate that fit in an individual budget option. this has to be considered. They communicate well, clearly explained the information. felt security for apartment is good and thats the only option for moving here in my case
