We had a great visit and decided to apply here. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was exactly what we're looking for. The amenities were very nice too (although a hot tub would have been sweet). All in all a great place.

I loved the community. I feel like it's very convenient to the shopping centers in the area. Seems very peaceful and well kept. The Leasing Agent was very nice and helpful. I would love to be apart of the community soon.

I have been living in this community for four months. So far happy with the community. Every unit planned well so that lot of light in the unit. Two major issues are security and not having dedicated play area for kids.

we moved in on 24 september 2023 and so far my experience is good. leasing office staff is supportive. will recommend my friends also. we have good stores nearby. Overall community is new and good, they have elevators also

Nice area but kitchen backsplash and countertops are ugly. Rent isn't bad for brand new units. Leasing office staff very nice but fees are too high especially with administrative fee of $200 being no refundable if you decide to change mind before lease starts.

It's a very nice clean apartment with a nice design. It has strict rules that prohibits mess and unlawful actions. It's very spacious and also very bright with so many windows and so many cabinets and closets.

Excellent Very friendly and professional made a tough situation for me. Turn into a very good experience. Love all the amenities the apartment complex has to offer very close to all the shopping eating places very very nice community at move-in day. Everybody was very helpful and helping me get settled. Going over security going over everything about their complex that I would need to know this is the first time I've lived in an apartment so it's a little different for me so that helped and the staff was very very helpful for me.

So far, great experience with Sycamore. Cancelled a lease application due to customer service issues with a prospective apartment complex before finding these folks, and just their general attitude, specifically Z's , was leaps and bounds beyond that of anywhere else. Apartments are brand new so I'm the first tenant in my unit. Close to amenities in Concord, and Charlotte is very easy to access.

Everyone is super nice and responsive. I pretty much have my own maintenance/service person, Chris, who has been great. The property manager, Ashley is also fantastic. Because it's a new property there are bound to be some hiccups but they are responsive.

Myself Srinivasa Rao Potnuru , We choose right place for my work and convenience. No comments I am happy about this community and. I am also referring to my colleagues if they needed. Nearest places to most of the groceries shop like Walmart , Target & BJS and also Indian groceries.

Sycamore At Christenbury is a beautiful community in the heart of Concord. The staff is courteous, professional, and down to earth. The community is new and still growing but what I've seen, is a lot professionals or families wanting their kids in a great school district.

Sycamore at Christenbury is a new and exciting community. The community is gated and safe with high end amenities included gym, pool, pickle ball courts and putting green. It's close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond for the residents. I highly recommend! Matt W.

The staff was great from start to finish. The initial application was a no brainer after the exceptional communication, professionalism, and courtesy of Cristin. Since move in I have also met Ashley and Joey and both had the same qualities seen in Cristin during our first visit. The apartment is very spacious and well designed. I have zero regrets moving and only wish this place was here earlier in prior apartment searches.

It is brand new so some kinks in getting started but should be nice and beautiful going forward. Wish they had a bike storage or checkin / out feature and more usable green space (walkable trails appear to be the wider asphalt replacing the sidewalks next to the street.
