It's very nice to live here except for the noise from upstairs which makes a lot of noise.The maintenance staff came to handle it very quickly. Even if they couldn't complete the task in one go, they would still come quickly if we asked for help again.

I like the cleaniness of community, corridors, pathways etc. Security system is also very nice. Pathways are well lit which gives adequate lights in night. Staffs are super helpful and very nice. I recommend this community to anyone.

Sycamore at Christenbury is a nice apartment complex. The amenities, location, and units are nice. The move in process was smooth and the staff members are friendly. Lots of places to walk and things to do in this area.

Just started with lease yesterday. Need some more time to spend to give any feedback. Some minor issues in cleaning is observed. Not so happy with missing of dead bolt for main door, this is very necessary for our safety and avoid intruders. Lack of bike parking is a concern. We cannot park bikes inside the apartment, at least it will be nice if we allowed to park in balcony. We should have choice to get our preferred Internet provider.

Since moving in, my experience with this community has been genuinely positive. The staff have been consistently responsive, courteous, and professional?which goes a long way in making day-to-day life smoother. The grounds are well maintained, and there's a real sense of pride in how the property is cared for. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere, which makes it feel peaceful and safe.

It is a nice place. Everything is good so far. I like the ambience. The rent is slightly pricey but nothing to complain. The maintenance staffs are very good and they are available whenever there is a service issue.

I'm enjoying my apartment immensely. I would like to see the security gate at the entrance that was damaged replaced. Also need to stress safety to the children riding through the lot on bikes and scooters to check for moving traffic

Fantastic place to live. Only problem is the front gate is always broken, so I'm paying for a gated community and it is really not gated. That has been a disappointment and an expense that I'm not getting my money's worth.

Good experience of staying in the community for 2 years. It is a very spacious community for moving around but has less space for kids to play around freely. Would recommend have a dedicated kids play area in future apartments

The staff is fantastic, from up front to service. The apartments are huge and spacious and modern. Maybe a little better for the appliances though. Pool is nice and exercise area is very nice, has all the equipment. They now allow Food trucks which is a great change. I wish there was a little more control of the kids running around all over. Thank you for my stay.

Overall, I've had a good experience in this community. A nice, quiet community. The office staff is great. The maintenance team is wonderful and friendly. Community events are a plus. My neighbors are nice.

Not great and apartment floor quality is poor. Tenants can hear minimum noise even when to improve the apartment quality and maintenance should be more prompt. Need to hire some more experience staff.

It is decent given being in a complex others impact your experience. It is loud at night above me and some parents are quite rude. Because eod culturally differences it can feel segregated due to that.

BEWARE OF THE VIOLATIN SCAM OF SOCIETY

I have been in this society from more than 1 year and have observed below : 1- They charge you for every small thing which they feel is wrong. 2- Hear about the garbage charges. They have violation charges for keeping the garbage. Do they ask you if you want this service ? No. They force you to take it and then add violation charge you. 3- Patio Violation - This is their major scam. They charged me 75 $ for keeping a soil bag in patio(first 25 $ for bag , then next 50 $ i am clueless). Now if you have a kid, who is playing and they kept their toy to play even for 10 mins, and the group happens to see , you will be charged 25 $. Ask them proof and they have none. 4- Lets talk about the employees. Their manager shushed me because she saw a potential buyer. and that shows her mannerism. 5- The room they lend is 500$ + cleaning else they will apply you violation charge. 6- Just 2 months back gate was put for backside, else this society has zero security. Now the front gate is broken and they cant find culprit.(And i feel for the boken gate they will charge more heavily to all other people for violation to collect charged to repair their gate) 7- Asked them fridge is making error : No filter and they say we never have kept any filter 8- The walls are so thin that you can hear who is talking , walking and so on.. 9- Door damage : The locks stopped locking and we raised a complaint on door.And comment we got is the weather does that to them. A pure incompetence! They are aware their location due to school zone is good + a single community is in large number and they find comfort they are overly charging for everything be it apartment prices of be it too many violations. Second , since their apartments are not getting sold they have started to apply more fines in name of violations (every week 25 $ for patio, dustbin and so on). So that they will collect that money also from existing people. If you can , dont enter this society.

Security - apartment don't have security cameras Parking lot don't have cameras . Owners has to park at their own risk. Entrance gate entry point most of the time under maintenance and anybody can enter during that time. Back gate no security. Rent - higher side
