We will renew if rent is decreased but definitely not going to renew if the same or if it increases. Staff don't even clean the steps even after giving lots of complaints. Definitely not going to renew if it increases

Good apartment for living but need to concentrate on cleanliness especially dog. I would recommend this apartment to my friends I give big thumbs up to maintenance staff as they respond to the queries immediately

Great community the location is perfect. If an issue arises it's promptly taken care of. The staff is courteous they keep the buildings clean. I love the activities and events that are hosted for the community.

I have lived here going on 2 years now and have had no issues. Amazing property and amazing staff. I would recommend to anybody on the search for a new apartment to rent at Sycamore. Beautiful, safe, and great customer service.

Everything's been great so far! Loving the amenities like the gym, pickleball court, and Wi-Fi room. Had some issues with upstairs neighbors earlier, but the leasing office resolved them. I feel comfortable here!

Very pleased with the community. Very safe for my wife while I work night shift. My neighbors are very nice and sweet. They do play loud music on the weekends all hours of the night. The staff are very nice and everything is upgraded.

Great property more for retired people not enough amenities and not kid friendly but apartment is gorgeous a lot of windows bedrooms are big kitchen is very nice a lot of storage and closets are large bathrooms are great size too

The community is friendly and safe. The apartments are spacious with great amenities ( such gym, pool, and safe parking) . there is plenty of accessibility to outdoor activity and it's near to a big commercial area with many options to shopping and restaurants.

Experience is very very good people in office. They are great people very helpful. People staying in this complex are very nice. Very helpful. Very safe to stay in this complex. Lot of immunities 24 seven gym is open, which is great. Everything is wonderful.

The apartment complex is near all shopping needed due to the large mall and outlet less then 3 minute drive down the road. Grocery store 5 minute walking distance. Parking became an issue towards the night. Minimal items accepted for disposal wether you do it or the company. Wifi isn't your choice. Wouldn't mind greater diversity. Many many children around

Overall pleasant place to live, kept nicely, but does not seem like the best residence for children, there aren't any areas designated for them to play. I don't have kids and I feel bad for them it seems we always get emails about where kids aren't supposed to be but, they're kids.

Facility is well kept, staff is very courteous. Other tenants are fine. Children in most instances are well behaved and courteous. It is unfortunate that there is not a play area to accommodate children. We are satisfied.

I thought that the grounds are lovely and the amenities are nice. There is a variety of floorplans and secure building entrances. The leasing agent, Zanetta, was very friendly and professional. There are things that I would change but overall I liked what I saw. Also, regarding this survey, I should be able to NOT answer questions that do not apply to me or things that I can not actually comment . I don't know how accessible schools and public transport are. I do not have kids and I have a car. The community was quiet when we were there for the tour, but that means nothing. we were there for only an hour.

People working in the leasing house are great. I toured the complex back over Thanksgiving break and Zanetta was very pleasant. Walked me through both 1-bed and 2-bed apartments. Kept me up to date with everything included in regards to rent and any additional payments. Took me on a walk through of all the amenities.
