If you can help it, live elsewhere. The property is not managed well, almost everyone that makes up the office staff could care less about tenant satisfaction, and you'll be co-habitating with bugs, which cannot be fixed with the infrequent "roach treatment" they have in place to eradicate the bugs, as the infestation is throughout all of the buildings and between/within all of the units. Beware

        My experience has been all BUT satisfying. My move in date was pushed back because the apartment wasn't ready and still wasn't ready the day we moved in. When we first moved in maintenance was a hassle to get to my apartment and when they "fixed" a problems it was only half way fixed. This is a new team of management but they aren't the greatest either. My bedroom door has been hanging off the hinges for months and I've put in more than one maintenance request. My toilet has been running for over a year and a half, I've put in multiple requests to get it fixed and still no one has come out. However, I keep getting emails of my maintenance request being filled when no one has called my phone or knocked on my door. The pest problem is absolutely ridiculous, the pest control worker told me that they made him stay on one side of the property to treat "bad areas" for 6 months. I had been calling and emailing the leasing office asking when pest control was going to come to our building and they lied every time. They would tell me they would come to my apartment on a Friday and I would wait and no one would come. The security here is almost nonexistent. I just recently had a package stolen and know one knows anything. The layout of this place is also stupid no one can find anything unless you live here ordering food is pointless here.

          I was quite disappointed at the move to my apartment complex looks advertisement has been quite deceiving although I've made the best that ever for the past two years. I can't wait to get out of this evening and environment. The apartment complex and management sucks and a horrible.

            This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The don't fix anything and evrything is broken! When they finally get around to a maintenance request that was put in the office staff will close it without anyone actually doing the work. Jalisa is the only helpful staff member who always has a smile or a kind word. The rest of the staff at the office are quick to say they want to help but they don't

                The place would be great if they would get rid of the roaches and if maintenance would do their work orders completely instead of half ---.... also every month they give me my fees to pay and one day later it will be 40 or 50 dollars more than the first fee rate.. I feel like they have favorites and the rest of the ppl are treated differently...A lot of stuff they didn't tell me before I moved in or I definitely wouldn't have moved here....A lot of the staff is very shady and try to get extra money to be able to pocket and I've called corporate but they don't do anything they won't even respond so I guess I'll have to get News 2 In on it....if you're thinking about moving here I would keep looking... I'm not saying it's all bad but I've I had the chance to do it over I definitely wouldn't have wasted my time on this place..for the price you can find so much better!!

                  If I'm being briefly honest, the management has improved since I've been a resident, but it still needs improving. They fix on their time it's an inconvenience to us at bad times. It can be annoying and exhausting especially when you pay your RENT ON TIME

                        It's a nice quiet neighborhood. Our neighbors are very friendly and we chat from time to time in passing. The office staff are very nice and maintenance crew are very nice and efficient in their work. The apartment grounds are kept pretty clean as well.

                            Work orders is not done. Building entry light is out. Ask maintenance to do it. Nothing has happened!!!                               My experience has been repulsive for lack or better words. I have been here 6 months with no central ac or heating. One week after moving in roaches started taking over my apartment. I have a sink that is clogged and occasionally spits up black debre not to mention . The paint job is so bad. The paint chips and just fall off the wall. All of these complaints have been taking to my office and minimum effort for resolution is acheieved.

                                  Initially, it was awful. Neighbor's off the leash pit bull knocked me down from behind the went after my elderly dog. I had words with the owner who truly didn't give a damn. The next day, a tire on my 4WD car was slashed. I had to get new 4 new tires to the tune of $1500. The following evening, another neighbor pushed my clean, wet laundry off the top of the dryer onto the filthy floor. Why? She was insanely angry I had removed 2 small polyester pillows from the washer which had completed its cycle. A woman who was visiting a tenant stormed out his door, charged into me and pushed my face with her open hand. I called the cops but the woman who hit me fled before the cops came. The cops warned my neighbor to not let her back on the property but she was always around. I didn't alert the cops because I knew there would be severe retaliation. The management office in Florida offered NO help.

                                    My experience has been pretty horrible. My "newly installed furnace" did not heat properly in winter and now the a/c does not working at all - making my apartment 80+ degrees. I have no screens and live on the 1st floor. The building is so close to the parking lot that gas emissions can be smelled through-out the unit and I started having headaches everytime neighbors would start their car near my bedroom. My apartment has flooded causing me to have no access to my master bathroom, part of my bathroom wall and ceiling remained completely for 2+ weeks. And Management never has called to check on me or speak with me about any of these issues. Jalisa, the office manager has come by once, but that was at the request of the maintenance supervisor.

                                    I'm very very unhappy with the way I was treated by the staff and not having my immediate needs addressed properly. I was given the wrong apartment and it was infested by roaches and has black mold as well. I have pictures and all the information needed to show you proof of how poorly managed the apartment complex is maintained and the stray cats that are being feed every single day by a non resident.                                         My building is pretty quiet. I have had some great neighbors over my many years. Through my many years living here many things have changed. There is no longer a pool, park or free parking. They have added a gym. I have seen the management and maintenance staff change frequently. The complex is near multiple shopping centers. For the most part I have enjoyed my living experience here.
