The units are very large and the community is great. Everything is taken cate of nicely and the management company keeps us informed of all tings going on. we are very close to many stores and restaurants.

We have absolutely loved living here but recently since Tyler left and we got new management it's going downhill fast it seems. Tyler kept the community running and was constantly sending out reminders on how to up keep our community and keep it clean in common areas!

Old townhomes that are updated when needed with existing cabinetry, moldings etc. electric heat very costly due to poor insulation. AC has been broken do 2 years- they supply window units rather than fixing them.

Very friendly community and excellent office and maintenance staff. The property is kept up for each unit along with the outside being kept up for a welcoming environment. I feel Very comfortable raising our son here and enjoy that they allow pets.

Its fine not good enough for the price point but not bad, appartments are clean and large but lacking in privacy and the location leaves some to be desired for people that work outside of seabrook, all that being said it hasn't been bad here and I would stay if I didn't know my rent was probably gonna be 3k next year

I have been in this community for 6 years now it's a single mother raising my child and now he's a teenager I have nothing but good to say about this place the place is very clean nothing addressed is fixed and the staff is kind and pleasant and the maintenance man goes above and beyond to make you happy. I'm very blessed to have the opportunity to live at Park Place I do not take that for granted as so many other places have all kinds of mice I have not come into that problem whatsoever like I said I am very blessed to be here it's peaceful quiet and the people here are very kind courteous thanks again Park Place. Thanks again to Miss Lily at the maintenance office who banged out getting me my dishwasher without question just took care of the situation and also the maintenance man can be trusted and is a kind- party hard working gentleman.

Mauricio is fabulous. He holds strong work ethics and has expressed to us how much he loves his job here at Parke Place Village. His integrity shines through with his attention to details on every project thrown at him. He explains and teaches as he works if asked a question. Because he knows these units so well, he's able to identify a cause and come up with a solution if the job is bigger than he was informed of. Then he wastes no time once he has to come back a second time. He's clean, neat and always does things the right way first rather than putting a bandaid on it. If we see him in our travels, he respectfully asks how what he just repaired is working out. He knows the people here and goes up and beyond to explain, teach along the way and then follow up because he truly treats this place as his home. Also, the landscapers are kind and take pride in their work.

The staff is always very helpful with everything that we ever needed. The maintenance team is quick and will arrive short to fix any issue, you'll notice how they are good during a snow day, they clean everything really fast

Had some issues that required maintenance visits, but we love it here. It is very quiet here and close to shopping and restaurants. Also very close to RT 95 making it very easy to travel to work. Staff is responsive and professional.

Last summer here was hell. Was without a shower over a week. Had mold in #64 before I moved to #60. Which also had mold. I think ppl who have been here long shldnt have rent raised so high every year.

The management allowing pets is amazing and hard to find these days. It's refreshing that they understand that people have pets, and that they allow them.

Great grounds keep up. The pool area is always clean and well-kept. Plenty of space for everyone at the pool even on a hot day. The property management is always on fixing or replacing things inside and outside of condominioms.

We love having a fenced in back patio; it's great for our dogs. Some of our neighbors are quite friendly. Having multiple dogs parks on the property is a huge bonus. The pool and laundry facilities are convenient, and also having in unit laundry is great.

It has been a nice place to live, but with the increase of rent totaling over $350 since we first moved in is just too much to live comfortably, the electricity bills are through the roof due to current electric rates, which is no concern of yours or fault, but we are collectively paying over $3000 a month to live here and it's becoming too much.
