Very quiet and pleasant place to live. The staff is very courteous and professional and do a good job at keeping the complex well maintained. It is very dog friendly. The backyards are a great amentity that allow you to enjoy the New England summer! The location is also very convenient, right off of 95 for easy commuting.

The management at Park Place is fabulous. They made the apartment renting process a quick and smooth one. The apartments are a great size, the private backyards are a wonderful perk. Wish there was more storage in the kitchen and bathrooms but have come up with alternative ideas of getting by with what is provided

So far the community is good. It's quite, no loud banging, screaming or animals. The grounds are nice. Love having a place to take my pets. It's great that they have bags out around if you should run out.

Park place is a well maintained, professionally run property. They listen to their residents suggestions and are quick to address any maintenance issues that may arise. The property is extremely pet friendly, and has large, well designed leash-free areas for dogs.

Great place, you will spend only about 15 minutes to drive to Seabrook beach, there's big shopping mall (Wallmart, ----'s, you name it) in walking distance, it's close to I-95 so it's ideal for commuters.

We like this comunity, this is quiet place exactly for families. Our neigbor very kind people. Staff here are friendly and helpful, maintenance is so fast here. When we moved in, we had brand new microwave, dishwasher and flooring. We have landry in our unit and it save a lot of time for me. Convenient location- big plaza nex to us, 10 minutes to Seabrook beach, highway near us. Every summer we have much fun in the pool and our kids love it. But we don't have playground in our community with swings and slides.

I'm very happy living here at Parke Place. It's a very quite and well run property. Although I don't often use the pool, it's always sparkling clean and has lots of chairs. Mostly I appreciate being able to have my pets! A very pet friendly place with great play areas for dogs.

If you want an accurate assessment of Forest Properties, read the below review of my most recent service request. If anyone is a busy professional looking to rent a high quality apartment and willing to pay more for the convenience of not having to deal with the upkeep/expenses/maintenance arrangements of homeownership, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. I first submitted a service request on 12/31/2017 when the weather was below freezing and I had no hot water to the upstairs shower- I reported both the frozen pipes and that the thermostat could not get above 60F despite being set to 65F. For the frozen pipes, Tarik contacted me and arrived within a few hours to thaw the pipes. However they needed to schedule an external vendor to look at the HVAC system. The following day (01/01/2017) I again started the day with completely frozen pipes to the shower (despite Tarik providing a space heater for the downstairs bathroom, which I was told to keep running 24/7 to help prevent additional freezes). On 01/02/2017, MacKenzie heating and cooling arrived and looked at the heater- they determined that it was "only running on partial power and will need to be replaced" I immediately asked to determine "will the partial power effect the energy/electricity usage?" and noted that the vents were consistently running and blowing cold air. I was then told that "it's not running efficiently" and that they were going to push for the swap to take place by the end of the week (01/02/2018), but it may not happen until the beginning of the following week. Despite the heat wraps that were installed on the pipes and continuous running of the space heater, my pipes froze again on 01/06/2018. I reported this through a service request and immediately texted Tarik with no response. I was able to thaw the pipes by running continuous hot water through the upstairs sink. This occurred again on 01/07/2018. On 01/08/2017, I was told that the heater would be replaced on 01/12/2017. The HVAC technician switched out the heating system and I was shocked at how much warmer (and less drafty) that my apartment felt. It was definitely clear that the heating system had not been working correctly for the entirety of the time I've spent living in the apartment (I had always just assumed poor insulation and a drafty building rather than assuming that the heating was not working properly). When the old heating unit was removed, it was obviously old, covered in rust, and had not been functional for a long time. I had also heard that from the HVAC technician that the heater was ~40 years old and had not been replaced despite the annual inspections (which is surprising given the amount of rust that was covering the heating units). I then received my electrical bill, which revealed that the "monthly usage had increased by 72% when compared to last year's reading. I contacted Sonia on 01/22/2017 to voice my concerns at being held responsible for the electrical costs associated with heating a 1200 square foot apartment with a single space heater (run on high constantly in attempts to keep the pipes from freezing) and having to literally run my hot water in the upstairs bathroom for around an hour for several days of low temperatures to thaw the frozen pipes in order to prevent them from bursting and causing damage to the unit. I expressed my displeasure at the quality of the maintenance of the buildings considering the price of rent. There is an expectation with Forest Properties/Parke Place that the reason for the higher rent than other areas is because of the high quality of apartments, services, and ongoing maintenance. I definitely feel that it is an absurd expectation to ask for $1605 in rent, combined with a $425 electric bill, to live in an apartment with a completely inefficient heating system for the two coldest weeks of the year thus far. That is not the level of quality of living that I would expect from a property management company that publicly takes so much pride in "improving the community relations" and maintaining a high quality living space. I would suggest better preventative maintenance and focusing on making the apartments livable for tenants instead of spending so much money on the visual appearance to attract new residents. Being told that "$4000-5000" is too much to proactively spend to ensure that tenants have reliable heat in the winter when they are actively spending upkeep expenses to improve the pool area, build better fences, etc. is almost as unreasonable to expect a tenant to be content with spending over $2000 between rent and electric to barely have the apartment reach 60F for half the month and having to spend an hour thawing pipes for the coldest month of the year. If that doesn't convince you, ask me sometime about the two months I spent with a giant unsightly hole in my kitchen ceiling, only to have it finally fixed and coming home to my entire apartment filled with paint fumes, then turning on the fan and having my entire apartment covered in a fine Sheetrock dust. Rent with extreme caution.

My experience at this property has been 99% positive. The staff is very responsive, informative, and courteous. Most neighbors are nice but mostly keep to themselves. There's a bit of turnaround but I guess that's to be expected...
