The staff was responsive, informative and helpful. Keep me up to date on all processes and information. Immediately take care of all maintenance concerns. Community is welcoming and clean. This is a place I can live in for many years.

It's a nice, well maintained property where everyone minds their own business! The office staff is great and reliable with any issues. Plus the warm seasons here are absolutely beautiful and scenic! We love the fields and basketball court!

It's cozy and very pet friendly. Appliances and outdoor areas need updating. There is no storage included. Could use more parking. outside landscaping could be freshened up. Love the two floors and big bedrooms

A good place to live, somewhat dated though (appliances, carpeting, ect.) Office personnel and maintenance personnel very responsive. Rent is high, but overall a pleasant place to live. Very nice landscaping and pool area.

We have enjoyed living here for the last 8 years. Financial circumstances brought us here and we have had a pleasant stay. I hope to continue living here.....especially since no one likes my dog as much.

The townhouses are really nice and the maintenance crew are outstanding as well as the front office. They never hesitate to take care of something and willing to go the extra mile to make things happen or even just to be nice. The apartments while not new are well taken care of and when something breaks, they are on the ball to repair or replace it. The walls are thick enough I can't hear my neigbours which is an added bonus. The numbered parking spaces are brilliant as you never have to hunt for a place to park and all spaces are close to your unit. There is ample room for visitor so that won't ever be an issue. The small fenced backyards are the prefect size to just hang out and chill. My one and only complaint is the half hot water tank. I love my showers but sadly I am out of hot water rather quickly so it's always a rush to shave my legs and there is no lounging in the shower - do exactly what you need and get out. But all and all, it's a great community and close to everything but tucked back away from the traffic. Its like a little hidden gem.

I love living here... it's so quiet and feels like you're on vacation at a little resort. The townhouse style is what interested me in this place and it feels much more like a home than an apartment. I can't hear my neighbors on either side at all. The pool is never too crowded and the maintenance crew is so quick to respond to any requests. I would highly recommend living here!

Plan on staying here for a while. Love it. I'd buy it if they sold the units! Sonia is the complex manager. She's very flexible, dependable and organized. Dave, the head of maintenance, goes above and beyond. Although Forest Properties is a big company, they are very kind. They have good amenities and functions for the community, like an ice cream social at the end of this month. It's a safe place and pretty quiet. Things are fixed fast and apartments and grounds look good. Plenty of parking. I like the one stream recycling. I like the little yard because I can have a grill and plants:)

The only disappointment I/we have with Parke Place is the rear private patio area. The patios facing the woods have broken fences, fences that are about to fall over, and bricks that are very worn, cracked, and uneven. These patios are in much serious need repair/replacement; that being said, we cannot use the patio area for ourselves, or when family and friends visit. I/we feel that since they do not face the front of the building, they do not get the much-needed maintenance they require. Other than the disrepair of the patio area(s), I/we find Parke Place a very enjoyable place to reside. Office personnel could not be friendlier and the maintenance staff is first-rate. Problems are usually repaired the same day if possible. Snow removal is top-rate with personnel clearing a path right to our door. The swimming-pool area is very well-kept. All patio furniture is in excellent repair and the landscaping is first-rate. On the whole, pet owners have been considerate (i.e., picking up dog waste, no barking dogs, etc.). Parking, however, is very limited with only one assigned space per unit. Visitor parking spaces are few and are on a first-come-first-serve basis(should you have a second family vehicle).

We absolutely loved our time living at Park Place. The management staff and maintenance staff were amazing. We had moved from out of state and knew very few people and we always felt welcomed around the complex. We were pleased with how safe the area was. This was definitely a family friendly area. The apartments were much more spacious than we had expected. The townhouse layout was wonderful for our family because it allowed our children the ability to still use their active video games without disturbing anyone below us. Our first New England winter gave us a shock but Sonia was great about giving pointers on how to try and manage our utilities to save money. From experience, few apartment managers care much to help tenants with issues like that but it felt like she genuinely cared to help everyone in that aspect. Had we not received a job offer cross country we absolutely would have continued our stay at Park Place.

I have rented with Forest Property Management in Portsmouth previously, and I expected the same level of living and care. ----- is very pleasant, but I'm not quite sure she is truly aware of the state of these apartments. The outside does not look like the pictures anymore. The paint is worn, the patio fences are worn and rotting, and the color is not vibrant anymore. The insulation is absolutely horrible, which causes our electricity to burn upwards of 1700 kW a month, roughly just shy of $300 a month for heat at 68 in the cold winter. The central air system is full of dust and remnants of whatever the previous tenant(s) dropped down there, so I don't think it has ever been cleaned. The sheetrock and walls have uneven lines and years of painting over the previous coats. The sheetrock mud is very bad. Only portions of the carpet were replaced before we moved in, and there are reddish/pink stains present in the upstairs hallway and guest bedroom. The floor upstairs is uneven, bowed up, and creaks everywhere. While it is nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit, you can only do approximately 1/4 of a regular load, and the appliances overall are old, worn down, dirty, and have broken parts. To boot, we have flying squirrels running in the ceiling. It has been reported multiple times, and while ----- has assured me they are handling the issue, they still run rampant. There is clearly mold in the walls and behind the cabinets from previous leaks, as the small 30 gallon water heater is located under the kitchen sink area and leaked all out over the floor. Additionally, with that small tank, don't expect to have 2 adults take an approximate 6-8 minute shower back to back. Ladies, this means enjoy shaving at that sink. Lastly, being law enforcement and military, I am quite positive my neighbor is not only using drugs, but is either dealing or having drugs delivered on regular basis. There is suspicious behavior and it just doesn't make this place appealing to stay. A positive point is that Forest Property Mgmt. is very pet friendly. It is very convenient to have many places for my dog to go outside, and they offer cleanup bags and receptacles. The location is ideal being right by I-95, shopping, restaurants, and the seacoast in general. There is one dedicated spot for your apartment, and plenty of parking in the guest lot. Overall, I am just not sure where the revenue is going from all these tenants paying approximately $1325 a month in terms of care and uprgrades. I am so disappointed that ----- and Forest Properties hadn't taken a proper proactive plan to not only care for their units, but simply make them healthier to live in. I will not be renewing here, and I strongly suggest any new renter take a hard look at where their hard earned money is going before renting here.

Good place to live
Lived here for a little over a year, it's definitely a decent place to live. Electric heat is a little high, but that's not their fault. Office manager is always living to help. Having a washer and dryer is nice, but the second bathroom is really tight for space.

Would Rent Again!
I lived at Parke Place for the last 2 years and was very happy there. The manager and her staff are warm and inviting people and take great care of their tenants. Questions and repairs are handled the very same day. It's also quiet, safe, well kept and has great neighbors!

Worst Apartment in The Town
I moved there last year. Tring to move out. But stuck with the lease.
Its too Costly and Even Utilities are also too costly. With that price, you will get better home. Please never rent this one.

Great Community
I have been here a year, and the management has been very personable. Lori(leasing Manager), is a pet lover whiich makes coming into the leasing office a pleasure. She has a wall with all of the pets in the community. She tries to go out of her way to make you feel like you are important. I would recommend this place for any pet lover. Her and her staff know you by name, you are not a number as I saw in an earlier post. They are friendly, and their maintenance staff always did their work fast, and would make themselves known to you. I couldn't walk past one of them without them greeting me and them wanted to see how I was doing and if I had any problems. Everytime that I have had a problem it was fixed with in the same day, except for when my dishwasher died. They replaced it and got me a new one within 3 days. Parking a fine if you have 1 car, but with 2 you better get home early. I have only heard my neighbors once and it was during a big football game, and I heard them not the tv.
If I wasn't getting transferred to another base I would not be leaving.

A great place to call home...
My husband and I moved in with our 2 children and dog, yes they take pets, about 6 months ago. We love it here. The property manager and her staff are warm and inviting and go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. The property is clean and well maintained. The Doggy Runs are a great touch, not to mention the private back yard we have. The neighbors are great and their children are very good kids. We would reccommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place to live in the Seabrook area!

A Little Small But Not a Bad Place to Live
I have lived at Parke Place Apartments for 3 years but please note that I live in the building by the corner. I'm told that other buildings have some tennant problems. This building is not too bad but they do advertise the living space at 1175 sq ft and it is actually smaller than that. It has a decent sized yard (about 12' x 10') with every unit. I agree that management changes quite often but I have never had a problem with them. I had a problem with my dryer and it was repaired within 3 days of reporting the problem. The walls are thin so if you own a home theater system, don't plan on hooking it up. Overall, this is a nice place to live. I have not noted any violence or drugs in the area.

Good experience so far
The application process was fast and efficient. I was accpeted within 48 hours of turning in my app. The office staff was friendly and efficient. I love having my own yard and the convenience of a washer and dryer in my apartment! It is a great location. It is a freindly community.

Management is Horrible
Nothing gets done in a timely fashion, and when you question them regarding when they will take care of things you get nothing but attitude.

good interior, questionable community.
We just moved out after 2 years, the rent was just too expensive for the quality. We payed 1150 for a 2 bedroom, but found out some neighboors were paying 1375 for the exact same apartment layout. I would not let my son play on the playground, please look at this closely if you have children--it is definately a saftey violation! Management was always being switched and there is a very stiff late fee $125 if you pay after the 5th -- they are NOT understanding if you get laid off of work, etc.
The good points were that they allow dogs, and there are washers and dryers in the units.
Overall, we left with fairly bad feelings.

Worst apartment community, ever!
Constantly hiring and firing people to work in the main office. Seemed like there was a new person monthly. This made for an uncomfortable situation when having to deal with the main office. It would of been nice to have been refered to and talked to like a person rather than an apartment number. No one is ever there long enough to care about the job.
Parking is a nightmare. Because of the lack of spaces, there was constant fighting among the neighbors. They let you move in with two cars, say you are only guaranteed one space but finding a second space is never a problem. That is a lie. I work late so when I came home, I would have to park down the street at the hotel and walk home- down a dark road and through the poorly lit parking lots of Parke Place. This was often a scary situation especially since a number of my neighbors cars were broken in to and vandalized at Parke Place. Not only that but a man was murdered down the street not too long ago and a different man shot after a high speed chase.
The townhouses look cute but they are renovated within a extremely short time. The apartment will hold up the first month and then little by little, it will fall apart because of the poor use of materials. Though you won´t be held responsible for these repairs, you are out of luck if you work. I found myself having to take a lot of time off of work to be around when they came to repair everything that went wrong. The walls are thin, too. It is difficult to here your TV over your neighbors.
