We like it here and But we need a lot of updates out side on building painting and more .winter time plowing and shoveling walkways need to be addressed before storms are done.. Corey needs help .and oh yeah we like the new fences.

We've now lived at parke place for 2 years. We appreciate the homey feeling that the townhomes provide for the most part you don't hear your neighbors and everyone is very friendly in the community. Super convenient location you have everything you could need within a few miles and your only a stones throw to 95 making commuting a breeze. The buildings are older so a lot of creeky floors, old appliances etc. Our rent has gone up significantly since we first signed our lease, we understand with todays current economy we some things are inevitable but I don't feel our money goes back into improving the community at all. I think there's a ton that could be done to improve the landscaping, dog park etc. for the amount we pay it would be nice to have more amenities, we'd find more value. Things that need addressing seem to take awhile eg: large pothole in a parking lot that was hard to avoid took months to fix. The biggest downfall is the outrageously high electric bills and the fact that the buildings are extremely drafty. The office staff and maintenance have been great whenever we've had an issue pop up. I'd say overall 3/5.

Awesome location. Awesome Management and Maintenance Staffs. Some minor issues such as water mains breaking, noisy neighbors, inconsiderate dog owner who leaves their dog in the yard barking during early morning hours; sometimes as early at 5:30 AM, very poor insulation of the building which requires very costly electric bills in order to heat or cool the apartment.

Quiet, well-maintained property. Office staff and maintenance staff are courteous and friendly. My apartment has the comforts of home and suits my current needs. I'm happy here and plan to stay until I buy a house again.

The trash dumpsters are not emptied often enough - my dopey neighbors pile trash outside and beside the dumpsters - put up cameras and FINE them. Place looks like a ------. Also fencing around most of the backyard patios ARE DELAPITATED. (more ------!!)

When we moved from Massachusetts we didn't know what to expect. We were a little nervous but when we found Parke Place everything judt fell into place. The place is nice and quiet. The staff is irreplaceable and everything you need is not far. 5 stars

Awesome place to live!!! Very quiet and friendly staff and residents. Beautifully maintained grounds. A bit on the expensive side but lots of amenities such as 3 dog parks, salted water pool, basket ball court.

It has generally been a nice place to live and good value for the money. The a/c could work better in the summary, but I am able to use window units to help. The location near shopping and the interstate is good.

Great community, very friendly yet not evasive. The winter clean up after a snow storm is very good, they shovel and plow. There is a salt water pool but with the pandemic use of the pool was very limited.

I just moved in and I already love this place. Parke Place has clean and well kept grounds, complete with fenced in dog parks and a pool as well as lovely and natural looking landscaping. The apartments are spacious and clean and the move in process went flawlessly. I had about two and a half months between approval and move in and the property manager was there willing to help and checking in with me the whole time. The community members are friendly and courteous, and the community overall is quiet, comfortable, and safe.

The office and maintenance staff are very responsive, friendly and professional. The property is beautiful and clean. Updated kitchens, Laminate wood floors downstairs, tile in the kitchen, carpet upstairs. Overall I've been here close to 2 years and have had a great experience.

The location is great. There are a lot of different amenities here such as a pool and washer and dryer in the unit. There is also have a larger washer and dryer on site for larger blankets. One parking spot per unit but plenty of visitor parking

The community is overall has mainly kept to themselves. It is quiet and have never had an issue with anyone here. Staff is friendly, maintenance is friendly, and the upkeep of the area is very consistent.

Our time here at Parke Place has been great. Sonia and the staff were very welcoming to us when we moved in here, and have been quick to address any issues that have come up since. Which has made our stay here very comfortable and quiet for us and our fur babies.

Everything has been great so far. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have been very accommodating to me with my particular circumstance. The grounds are well maintained and overall I am extremely impressed.

Not good. Maintenance requests often ignored. Rent is more than your average mortgage on a house. Often ignored by front office. Trash fills parking lots. All maintenance staff should be required to pass drug tests.

Office Staff made move in quick and simple, Apartments have some age on them but are clean and well maintained. Grounds are neat and updated for each season. Location is close the major highway and shopping facilities.

I've been here for about a week in a half, move in process was smooth. The manager here is one of the nicest person I've ever met also got to meet one of the maintenance guys super friendly, the neighborhood is really quiet and I'm excited to live here and glad I chose to move here!

Great apartment complex with basketball court and swimming pool, also the ground for dogs is really nice to have. I would recommend Parke Place townhomes to anyone, families with kids or single couples.

No gutters or drain pipes to redirect water off the roof in the back yard are very problematic. Office and maintenance staff are very effective and friendly. Personal parking space is a great convenience. Proximity to shopping, food, entertainment major highways is awesome.

Is a pleasant place, quite community and very easy commute to highway and transportation, location is almost perfect, and having on the back of the village a large storage place make the place very convenient.
