It’s been great so far. The amenities are fantastic. Also, the maintenance requests are answered very quickly. I think the engagement with the community manager could be better. Sometimes the communication isn’t great.

I’ve lived here for a few years and it has been a great experience overall. There have been a few issues with the elevators and I have put in some maintenance requests. But my maintenance requests are always handled promptly! The observer park team is great!

Everything has been great since we moved in, the management team has been extremely helpful in our move too. We look forward to using our amenities and enjoying the building, including the prime location in downtown Hoboken.

It's a solid newer apartment building in an amazing location. Amenities are very average but appliances are fairly new and quite good. Room layouts are strange and can sometimes make the room feel cramped.

Mostly great. The elevators are hit or miss throughout the year. Laundry room can get busy sometimes. Good courtyard and excellent maintenance team though. Extremely pet friendly too which is a huge win.

Great experience so far wish the building was a little more updated though especially for the price they like to charge. Hallways would be cleaner and better kept. Patio is run down and doesn’t look like it’s kept clean

I have loved living at Observer Park. Victor and Marcos from the maintenance team truly have a positive impact on why we choose to renew our lease. They always go above and beyond to fix any problem we have with prompt action. Their hard work does not go unrecognized—they are truly assets to the community.

This is a very safe and quiet community. Extremely clean and well kept. All neighbors are respectful and surroundings have an appropriate amount of noise level. Things are well kept and up to date. And all staff are very helpful and prompt to fix maintanence issues.

I moved here in April. The summer was fun and the apartment has effective air conditioning. Having the elevators back up and running was a nice gift by the fall. There have been no rats on my floor which I appreciate. Having in unit washing and drying machines is a game changer. The location is amazing and the view is beautiful.

Our complex is better than many other downtown apartments in hoboken. It can be loud, but that is to be expected in a city. The elevator issues have been going on for many years now, which is frustrating

This property is amazing. It is in an amazing area of Hoboken. Next to the lively bars and Washington st but deep enough in where you don’t hear it much. It is also right next to the path which makes communizing to the city very enjoyable. The maintenance staff is the deciding factor of why this property is amazing. They keep the building in very good shape. Highly recommend

My experience here has been pleasant. I enjoy observer park very much. It is quiet for the most part and friendly. I really like living here. I would recommend this community to others. It is an enjoyable experience.

Great community, great apartment, great amenities, maintenance team is fast and professional. Gym is great, courtyard area is great. Laundry facilities are wonderful. No complaints. We love living here!

The experience has been great. The staff is friendly and very responsive with any requests or questions that you may have. The location is in close proximity to everything in the Hoboken area or for those who may need a car to commmute elsewhere

The main system to get in is terrible. Always down and just want to be able to use a key and call system for guests. Took me 5 months to FINALLY get a key to the garage. If the system is down, you can’t get in through garage or stairwell!

great place to live. great location, very close to bars, restaurants, gyms, grocery etc. anything you really need. it is also close to the water and skyline which is a huge bonus. summer nights are great for this reason.

Facilities and location are great and the staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issue and building is very well kept. Also enjoy the community events hosted by the building.

We havent even been here a full month and are so incredibly happy with our move. We completely upgraded with this move and the overall upkeep of the building is such a difference in what we used to have. We feel so safe and happy here.

Moving into Observer Park was super easy and stress free! Compared to our last move, it was a breeze. The community and its staff are warm and welcoming, which made a process that can be stressful and a pain, anything but.

Great living experience, so clean and comfy and convenient. It felt like living at a 5-star hotel. Id highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking to live in downtown Hoboken, or to commute to NYC regularly for work.

A wonderfully clean, responsive management company and a lovely place to live in the heart of Hoboken without the residual noise, stress or party atmosphere. The dog friendly atmosphere, the proximity to the path/citi bike/bus, and the ability to pop down the street for bars and shops makes it a truly great place to call home.

My experience at Observer Park has been absolutely amazing! I have lived here for about 10 months and there isn’t one thing I would complain about! I would recommend this building to anyone that’s looking to move to Hoboken, especially if they’re looking to live near the PATH!
