I love living at Observer! Its such a family-feel community and the entire staff is awesome. From the leasing agents to the maintenance staff- everyone is very nice and very communicative. Cant beat the location too. I highly recommend living here!

Amongst being a beautiful residence, Observer Park is also very clean, has amazing staff members, and is in a great location. One other thing I love about living hear is that there are never any noise issues. Great place to be

My experience here has been very good. The amenities are great. The apartment is very nice and updated. I love that it is so close to the path. I also love the pelaton bikes in the gym. Overall, a very good experience.

Good experience, despite lingering concerns about Covid-19 safety precautions. The building is trying to do its best with enforcing safety precautions but seems somewhat hamstrung with certain community members not wearing masks and abiding by guidelines.

I love this community - it is safe, clean, conveniently located on a quiet tree lined street only a couple blocks away from the PATH station and the restaurants and bars on Washington Street. I really enjoy living here and would recommend this community to anybody who is interested in living in Hoboken.

I had such an amazing first impression of Observer Park, and my experience since then has been just as amazing with Observer Park. The staff does an incredible job to accommodate any needs quickly, and in a very professional manner. The facility is very clean, as well as aesthetically pleasing. My move in was smooth, and Ive been loving my new home so far!

I always get prompt support and help on any issues that i encounter. I am very happy with the services from everyone, every staff member, right from leasing officer, to building manager and maintenance department.

I really like this apartment building. The building is located on a quiet residential street, about two short blocks from Washington Street (lots of bars and restaurants). It's also a 5 minute walk to the PATH station that gets me to NYC within 10 minutes, which is super convenient. The amenities are great too - with a gym, patio and laundry in unit!

The building manager has been beyond helpful every step of the way from viewing the apartment, to signing the lease and helping us move in. Maintenance requests so far have been immediate and professional. The apartment is a very short distance to downtown Hobokens bars and restaurants. So far it is a great lively place to live. Great for people commuting to NYC and want to be around other individuals in their late twenties early 30s.

Its been very good so far. The leasing team is very and has been very helpful. I like the location a lot. Its very close to restaurants and the PATH but the street is also quiet at night which I really appreciate. Overall I recommend

I love living here, everyone is very friendly and always professional. All of the amenities are clean and kept up to date. I have recommended observer park to my friends and colleges. Everyone is very impressed with this building and what it has to offer

Very nice staff, feels safe and secure. Apartment is very noisy from the trains across the street and outdated lift. Other than that, the apartment has a nice layout, appliances are new and location is good.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. It is a great place to live and Id recommend it to anyone. The maintenance crews are always working hard to fix and issues and the rest of the staff is very attentive and responsive.

As nice as the amenities and location of the Observer Park apartments are, the layouts are often overpriced for the space you're getting and the floor plans do not allow for the best use of space. If location & a lux feeling apt is your priority, this may be the spot for you but know it comes at the cost of space.

Quality apartment complex in excellent location two blocks from the PATH to NYC and Jersey city. Amenities included rooftop terrace area with grills, laundry facilities and small gym. 5-story garage under building. Could use updates/renovations to better compete with new, recently constructed luxury apartments in the market.

Very Good community. Workers are friendly. Sometimes there will be some events. Fresh food and happy time with neighbors. Recommend to everyone who works or studies in Hoboken or New York. Very nice place to live.

I absolutely love living here. It is always so clean and whenever service is needed, someone is always there to respond so quickly. We had some issues with hot water and air conditioning and both were fixed the day we contacted the main office about it. I have never had a problem with communications and the building has always been nothing but friendly.

Living in Observer Park has been very comfortable. The staff members here are responsive and always seeking ways to improve residents' living experiences. The building and grounds are kept extremely clean.

So far so good! Have only been in this building for a week, no complaints thus far. Elevator wasnt working for one day, but have used the gym, laundry and grill already and its been excellent!!! Maybe some lounge chairs for outside for people who would like to lay out?? Great experience so far!!!

I love living in this building! Great amenities! I love the gym, laundry room and outdoor patio. I also always feel safe in this building which is very important to me. Moving to Observer Park was one of the best decisions I ever made!

I really enjoy living in Observer Park because I feel very safe and the location is very convenient. Having the apartments newly renovated is a plus! The area is quiet and clean and the apartments are very spacious.

Was off to a great start at move in. Since renovation, everything has been breaking. The boiler has gone out multiple times. The elevator has been, and is currently, out of service. The management team is diligent in reporting the issues but it's becoming way to frequent.

Yes Observer Park is a nice building, but there are nicer ones for cheaper. We've had 2 floodings, broken furniture from maintenance coming in, and so many other issues ranging from broken gym equipment to construction. As much as I love the location and the apartment itself, it's just not worth the problems, especially not since prices have been inordinately raised. If you apply, make sure you read your lease carefully and understand all the misc monthly fees.

The building is in a great location, the management team is very attentive and the updates are wonderful. The terrace and gym are my favorite part of the building. All of the renovations are very posh and create a great space.
