We have been very happy living here. We are waiting to move into a larger 3- bedroom apartment. We have recommended these apartments to our friends and neighbors. One thing that is really convenient and important is the fact that i work just 5 minutes from the apartment.

Best place I ever lived. I feel safe here and well taken care of. Close to work and shopping. Exceptional staff. When I have a problem the staff responds quickly. I looked fo a place to live for over a year. This was the best decision I ever made.

They are helpful and get you moved in fast. David the lease agent is solid and he'll work with you. The unit is as shown and good for the price. If you like the location I can recommend the place. Get the gas appointment set up in time before you move in coz it can take a few days.

I like these apartments because the people who work in the office are very nice and kind, and they make sure to send someone from maintenance to fix the problem as soon as possible. Everyone here is nice and well-organized.

I put the maintenance order in and they were here.The next day, they even followed my timelines.Since I worked later and from home. The gentleman who comes to fix the apartments is very sweet. And so is the office staff. I find this a great place to live.

The office and maintenance staff are awesome. We love Maribel and Cintley. The community for the most part is quiet. And a big plus is it's pet friendly ?? We are super close to Albertsons and have restaurants a walking distance from our complex

So far everyone has been extremely nice and caring. The staff members made moving in an easy process. Everything was explained well for it being my first time moving. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, but there are definitely a lot of small cosmetic issues. Overall, I'm very much enjoying my new home though!

It has been great living at Madison at black mountain this far . The community is safe and friendly . Office staff is amazing and holds super fun activities for the holidays geared towards children which is a blessing within itself .

The leasing agent and property manager made everything breeze. I was nervous moving out of state but they made the experience and decision incredible. Maintenance team shows up within 24 hours! Recommend!!

Very good maintenance and pleasant office staff. Like all apartments in the Las Vegas area somewhat overpriced but a good location. There is an Albertson's across the street. It's also very quiet here.

I wish all requirements were given up front and there was a move in special and the front door handle was on the right side instead of the left. These are minor issues. The neighbors are friendly. The parking isn't spacious either but I make do.

I live at the bottom of a hill, and have to use Sand bags to keep the water out of my apartment. My Kitchen faucet on the sink filled up with black, loos like mold from water, I took it off and soaked it in chlorine bleach. I hope it works.

So far I love it. It seems to be very quiet. It's very convenient. It's right near the Starbucks or grocery store. Food places. Perfect location for me. It has a pool edge of Cousy, a gym and the dog park.

I like how maintenance responds to a service order so quickly. Either they come same day or the following day. They are always very professional and take care of repairs or what's needed very fast. I really appreciate that.

Its a great place to live everyday is an eventful one and everyone of NY neighbors are great easy going neighbors or if you like to keep to yourself it can be a quite place to call home with a pool all year round

So far my experience is terrible. I fear to go to sleep due to the fact there is an extreme roach infestation, not two or a few, an infestation. The little things like my washer and dryer that you guys were able to replace for me and the stove that I had to replace myself although it was nice to be able to get those things fixed it was still disappointing to have to deal with trying to fix it in the first place. There is a lot more I can add to why my experience is so far horrible but this is where I will leave it .

It looks pretty on the outside. Beautiful paint and trees. The plumbing has never worked right, The A/C is a struggle. Management constantly changes. The only thing reliable is your rent goes up every time you renew your lease.

I was well received by the manager on my first day of arrival. I felt at home and started to enjoy my stay though I had two occasions of car issues. I reported and was promised that security will be improved. It was done.

It seems like a lovely community but there have been major issues regarding appliances upon my move in. I moved in only to find that the water heater is broken, SURPRISE! NO HOT WATER FOR THREE DAYS! Then the dishwasher has been improperly installed so it's inoperable. Same with the sink. These are problems that were there before I moved in only for me to discover them. And maintenance can't fix them.
