My honest opinion at this location has been very negative. We moved into a "renovated" apartment yet almost everything was broke. We have had countless problems that have not seemed to be fixed yet we have been asking for over 5 months for these changes. We suggested the idea of moving into another apartment due to how much we pay and we're immediately shut down. In my opinion, I can't wait to get out of this lease. Yes, the office calls and tells us they will fix whatever we need but only for them to show up for 5 minutes, put a bandaid on it, leave and call it done. The unprofessionalism that I have experienced with this complex is unlike any other apartment I've been in. Not even worth the almost 2000 dollars we pay monthly.

First property management company in 2018 was fine, pool was 24/7 all year around and things were always cool, office lady was lovely. Then they got bought out, and all of a sudden rent got hiked and there were suspicious random charges on rent every few months that wouldn't be there after. Evelyn was extremely uncooperative and rude. Maintenance has never been good, even when they came for inspections to write down everything they needed to do for every apartment, they never came back and did any of the stuff. And when we called them back, they brought all the stuff, then left it outside out front door and never came back to install or change anything and left my front door open. My boyfriend had to do it himself. That was years ago and I'm not even sure it's the same property management again. Maintenance continues to be absolutely unreliable. They don't seem to want to give new appliances even though these ones are from two property management companies ago so even they don't know where they've been and other apartments have been completely redone including appliances as well. Very stingy. And the "repairs" are never actually repairs, they just dust it and tell you to use it less and leave. Nothing actually gets repaired. All the neighbors seem pretty cool for the most part. Can't really hear the neighbors through the wall, ceilings or floors. The doorbells are pretty nice. A little pricey for the square footage. Large patios and balconies.

Overall I like my apartment. It does feel unsafe sometimes; twice so far I have seen folks hanging out within the community who don't quite seem like residents. Would feel safer if community were gated.

This has been the worst move I have ever had. I was supposed to be down stairs but it looks like I'm upstairs but didn't find that out til I moved in, my blinds all need to be replaced because they are yellow and broken the light outside my apartment is broken, the knob to the hallway keeps breaking off so I can't open it, my dishwasher doesn't wash dishes, the lint trap is broken on my dryer and sometimes I have to kick my dryer to even start and sometimes run it two three times to dry. The sink handle is wobbly and leaks and so does the master bedroom shower. I moved in and even tbe fireplace mantle was hanging off the wall. I pay way too much for this.

The property is a great location and the rent is reasonable. The common area isn't very clean there is always debris everywhere and trash. Inside of the apartments are very nice layout although the quality of the repairs that have been done in the apartments not so nice.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this community, from the staff / cleaniness and not to mention the apartment it's self it's specious and renovated. I love our appliances and space in our tubs.

My husband and I moved to Madison at Black Mountain less than two weeks ago. The night we got here, a staff member came to let us in at 2:30am! All the staff have been pleasant and courteous and have been attentive to our needs. The complex is quiet and neat and we are very happy here!

I recently moved in. From my first inquiry to move in, the office professionals have been amazing. I have had many questions and they were always courteous and answered them for me. The apartment was pretty good. A couple of minor things that maintenance took care of immediately. Overall, very pleased with this moving experience and look forward to living here.

Considering all was done virtually from another state I think things were fine. I especially like the valet trash perk and office workers very friendly. Hope to live here a long time. The traffic noise lulls me to sleep at night

I am unhappy with the new management group they don't follow through with anything. The matanince has improved with group but that is it. I strongly don't recommend to move to these apartments. ......

The people at the front office (Evelyn and Shay) are awesome and consistently go above and beyond to offer the best service and support I have ever received at an apartment complex, and they seem genuinely happy to help. At the last place I lived, if I asked for a piece of mail they were holding in the office or put in a maintenance request, the girls acted as if their day was seriously disrupted, and more often than not, I would have to put in the maintenance request multiple times before it was ever completed. They also stole packages from me multiple times. The third (and last) time this happened, they had repeatedly told me it "wasn't there" and not until I mentioned that I was calling the Henderson police to file a theft report did it "magically" then appear. They then lied to the police about what had happened. I have never experienced anything even close to this with Evelyn and Shay, and I am truly grateful to live in a community with such incredible and HONEST staff. The maintenance guys are also very friendly and helpful, and Francisco is awesome! Overall, this apartment has a good location, nestled in the foothills of Black Mountain, is close to nearly everything you could need (most is even within walking distance), close to the 95/215, and is on a bus line for those who don't have vehicles. It is well maintained and they allow pets, which is a necessity for me (and many others). The interiors are very modern and tastefully renovated. And the staff is far superior to anywhere else I have lived!

I like how fast everything is done, when it comes to maintenance. I seem to always get everything fixed very quickly. I also like how clean the complex looks, seems to be very well taken care of for the most part.

This place is Cute and quiet. I Love the mature lanscaping that is throughout. Makes little walks with my pup enjoyable. The staff is friendly and the maintenance responds promptly, even after hours.

I lived here 8 yrs. Never had issues until new owners took over. Ridiculous extra charges for a trash service I don't use. Forced to buy cable and internet from cox. Got rid of cable and they forced it in new lease. No grace period for being late a day on rent. Overcharged for insurance when I had it. 1 month was hit with late charges because they over charged and I waited til they fixed it. They waived the charge. This month same thing happened only they charged me $56 late fee for their negligence. I will not renew again fearing more charges. Used to be a great place to live. Every resident I know is unhappy

Very convenient to grocery store and to freeway access. The maintenance people listen to you and solve any problems you may have and keep you informed on the status of your concerns. Since covid youdon't see office staff as much.

Walls are thin, you hear everything. The floors make a crunching sound because the boards are separating and can't be fixed because the buildings are too old. There are always extra charges on the rental account and you have to call the office to get them removed every month in order to be able to pay your rent. The app will not accept a lower payment. I miss Stout management we are now managed by Pinnacle Mgmt and it seems like the Tennant's are a bother. I've been here over 11 yrs and am now looking for somewhere better.

Great place to live, close to so many convenient locations, nice pool and jacuzzi, everyone is friendly. Great school district, the office staff here is amazing. Maintance here is quick to respond to issues. Grounds are beautiful with green grass and palm trees.

we have been customers of this property 6yrs. Since it was Cha Cha Cha. When there was a switch in management and renamed Madison at Black mountain, I believe it has went down hill. Pinnacle property management hasn't considered any of my complaints. When they assumed control all of a sudden there were extra charges for services that aren't being done. Valet trash being the main one. The upgrades that they are definitely charging more for is nice. That is about the only thing I can say nice at this point. Whenever you attempt to get ahold of anyone at Pinnacle you have to leave a message, and the staff in the rental office never know why anything is like it is. We are truly assessing our options at this point.

Haven't been here long enough to evaluate, but, so far, they have not been very fast to take care of my problems. I'm still not able to get sufficient hot water to provide myself a decent shower. And when I do shower, the tub fills with water because it just doesn't drain properly.

Management is incompetent. They don't care about the tenants. Moved in with a pest issue already on premise, nothing being done but unsuccessful spray treatments. They are not diligent with follow thru with maintenance issues, closing work orders before finished. If management were to change, that might improve things.

It started off pretty good. Then new ownership and management has made it unpleasent for my wife and I. They decided to put a dog park right next to our window and we were not informed. Now we have to put up with dogs barking when we are trying to enjoy the apt we pay rent at. We have to smell dog ---- when we go outside and then have to be barked at when we leave and come back to our apt. We had asked to be transferred to another apt and was told we would have to pay a transfer fee. Then we are forced to keep a trashcan we do not need and have to pay for a -------- trash service that we do not use.

Not what was shown. Did walk throughs with two different leasing agents and when moved into apartment didn't look like anything we looked at...when we went to pick up keys on move in date nothing was ready and thing around apartment was broken...
