Great experience but I turned the switch off and the unit is not turning on still waiting for them to fix it don't know why it taking them so long but I wait it not cold it just for decorations but the Evelyn at the office is doing a great job handling this

    My move in took way longer than expected. I was promised several different move in dates, and each one fell thru waiting on the regional manager to approve my application. I moved in and everything is just ok. My carpet was not totally clean and my cabinets looked like they belong in Joes Roach Motel. I was in a bind and needed to move in to a plave quick, otherwise i would not have chosen this as a first choice.

      IF ONLY I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE 1000 STARS, I WOULD BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. BEWARE FUTURE TENANTS!!! I WILL NEVER GET TIRED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! WE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR 1 YEAR, FIRST THEY'LL CHARGE YOU $200 TO CLEAN THE APARTMENT UPON MOVING IN WHICH I THOUGHT WAS RIDICULOUS, BECAUSE THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY, TO HAVE IT CLEAN FOR FUTURE TENANTS. WHEN WE MOVED IN, OUR APARTMENT WASN'T EVEN CLEAN, BUT WE DON'T REALLY LIKE TOO MUCH ARGUMENTS AND HASSLE SO WE JUST LET IT GO. THE APARTMENT IS ACTUALLY OLD AND THEIR AC MADE A LOT OF NOISE. WE MOVED OUT LAST JULY AND WE LEFT THE APARTMENT CLEAN AND THE PAINT IN PERFECT CONDITION, WE DIDN'T EVEN MAKE NOT A SINGLE DAMN HOLE. IF ANYBODY WILL CHECK OUR HISTORY, THEY WILL FIND OUT THAT WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH OTHER APARTMENTS, WE ALWAYS GET OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH NO PROBLEM. BUT THIS PLACE, WHOEVER IS INCHARGE, ARE SCAMMERS AND GREEDY!!! WE GOT A LETTER FROM COLLECTION AGENCY SAYING THAT WE OWE THESE SCAMMERS $230, THEY SENT US TO COLLECTION AGENCY WITHOUT NOTIFYING US THAT WE OWE THEM SOMETHING. SO I CALLED THEIR OFFICE, I ASKED WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR? IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO GET BACK TO US, I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES, I WENT TO THEIR OFFICE TO GET THE STATEMENT AND I FIND OUT THAT THEY CHARGE FOR CLEANING FEES $160 EVEN IF WE LEFT THE APARTMENT VERY CLEAN, 3 HOURS MAINTENANCE FEE FOR DAMAGES, I ASKED THEM WHAT DAMAGES, THEY COULDN'T EVEN ANSWER AND $255 FOR PAINT!!! THERE'S NO WAY THEY HAVE TO REPAINT THAT APARTMENT, IT'S IN PERFECT CONDITION!!! I TOLD EVELYN, I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER BECAUSE SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT, SO I WENT BACK TO THEIR OFFICE THE NEXT DAY, AND THE MANAGER LEFT EVEN IF SHE KNEW I WAS COMING, AND AGAIN EVELYN COULDN'T ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. SHE GAVE ME THE CORPORATE'S NUMBER AND I SPOKE TO TAYLOR AND AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED, I CALLED HER AGAIN AND LEFT A MESSAGE AND DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK. USUALLY WE DON'T LIKE HASSLE OR ANY ARGUMENTS BUT THIS ONE IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT, I BET THEY DO THIS TO ALL THEIR FORMER TENANTS. I WILL POST A LOT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO EVERY WEBSITE TO WARN PEOPLE, I WILL EVEN COMPLAIN TO BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THIS PLACE. GOOD THING I HAVE A LAWYER FRIEND WHO CAN ALSO HELP ME, WE'RE PREPARING A CASE AGAINST THEM. THEY NEED TO GET WHAT THEY DESERVE, THEY CAN'T JUST SCAM PEOPLE LIKE THAT.         My experience here was great for the first 4 years or 3 years then the building was sold several times each time the building was sold it be graded in a minute he's and services and charged more money for this now this new owner it's the worst I've ever seen my rent has almost been doubled since I've lived here the amenities are horrible and I'm being overcharged in five months I've had five different bills they're not honoring the contract then they're lying they are billing finds that do not apply and then when he show them they made a mistake it's impossible to get your money back because there's no one to talk to you they just give you a phone number and say make your complaint to the phone number but they take the money right away they're wrong it's bad it's the worst thing I've ever experienced

          When I first moved here, there was a different management company and things were fine. Now, things are not so great. The maintenance men never fix anything, the staff in the office doesn't want to be bothered and I was charged late fees for a payment that did not process in which was an error on the office end! Got a five day notice (never been late) for something that was caused by the office system. ??

              Experience has been Poor. The Property decided to cut down the trees and created a rodent problem -acted like it wasn't a big deal. Maintenance acted indignant when called to a job. Carpet repair man was their "mold remediation" man -yes, one man, not a professional company. Maintenance and management talked to me like I didn't know anything about plumbing, carpet, mold repairs, so I had to take two days off work to stand watch and make certain repairs were done correctly. Office never returns calls.

                The community is very quiet, good amenities. The units are new. The staffs are not approachable but its alright. Appliances are new , spacious bathrooms. Overall the unit is very good it has a condo feelings

Having lived in many apts in 3 states, we are continually amazed at the efficiency and genuine caring of the managers and the maintenance men. They take excellent care of this place and respond quickly to any needs or maintenance needed. Many here and who we know highly recommend the CHA CHA CHA APARTMENTS for apartment living.

                    I moved to cha cha bout 1yr ago at first it was ok then a month into my residency I noticed some things that didnt seem right first if ur rent is late after the 3rd they will charge you a 50 dollar late fee and 10 dollars for each day after in addition to rent, 2nd their pool is dirty with all kinds of debris in it 3rd they have this water program where the toliets barely have water the maintence man suggested that u wipe ur --- but throw the tissue in the trash gross when there is something in your apartment they take so long doing it or not all theres no privacy you cant have anything obstructing the view the walls are paperthin and there are red roaches and spiders the mgt dont care they just want your money the best advice I can give is do not rent from there they will screw you over and leave you with unlawful detainer!

                      Signed a 6 months lease, & boy am I glad we are moving! I've been here for 2 months & absolutely hate this place. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor snore, & everytime they use the restroom I can't stand living downstairs. We tried to tell management about it, & they asked if we would rather move upstairs. I'm pregnant. I can't move ----. We have to spray ourselves for roaches & spiders. No matter how clean you keep your house. The children that live around here are extremely rude. Our car has been hit several times with the balls they play with. I honestly think that children shouldn't play in the street/parking lot. I think their parents should take them to a park. The manager knows that my husband works at 10, so he gets up at 9. His only day off, she ALWAYS shows the upstairs apartment to new victims while we are sleeping! The office staff is rude. & the "maintenance team" needs to really get it together. When we first moved in not only did our microwave break, but so did the tiny mantel above the "fireplace". Another thing, I've always been one for the sun. The apartment she rented put to us doesn't get any sun what so ever. So I have to literally live by lights. Which sucks for my power bill. My experience here is so terrible I've begged my husband to move. We only signed a six month lease. :/ I actually enjoyed living in North Las Vegas ------, more than here. Atleast they cared about our well being. For three bedrooms, I paid $685. It will NEVER make sense to me why I pay $800 for only two bedrooms.

                        Big apartment, plenty of space, rude office staff.

                        I moved to CHA CHA CHA for a bigger apartment with more space for my family. The apartments are beautiful and you get a washer and dryer in the unit. Moving in not that long ago i already have a list of things that need to get fixed. the apartment wasnt even properly fixed for us to move in. several appliances have broken down since weve been here. The office staff has two employees. an older woman susie is very pleasant and helpful but the other woman deborah is rude. She has an attitude and constantly goes back and forth from her apartment to the office all day meaning if you go in to put in a work order or need to pick up a filter or a package or just have a general question you will be waiting around for her to decide to actually come back to work which is very unprofessional. They constantly complain here about every little thing so i hope you are quiet as a mouse and dont leave your home very often. Wanted a bigger, safer, nicer place for my children and husband and i to live but the stresses of living here makes me wish i had stayed in our smaller apartment with no washer and dryer. Atleast there the office staff was never rude. Things got fixed immediately and i didnt have to worry about making one noise that they didnt agree with! when my lease is up i WILL be leaving!

                          Great place to live!!

                          We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cha Cha Cha Apartments. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was just right - just enough space in the bedrooms for our king size bed and small furniture set with large closets and large bathrooms. We also loved the large patio - what a treat! The administrative and maintenance staff were honest and responsive to our requests. They were very easy to work with. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly. I felt safe walking the dog any time of day. My covered parking space was great and my husband had lots of nearby shaded parking to choose from. The pool was well maintained. If you don't require shiny, brand new appliances and modern kitchen cabinets and are satisfied with lots of space and functionality, you will be happy here. We sure were!

                          cha cha cha is a good place to find weed pills and there r drunks everywere that will buy u achool imk 14 when i moved there i smoked weed like any other kid but i starded takin ---- like pills i think i smoked a bowl with cocan on it and my step mom debra k works at cha cha cha now ii was one of the mean punk --- kids around theere the kid who picked on other kids i ------- up the pool and gym like every night with fernds so if u have a good life and enjo feeling like ur car wife kids home is self dont live here i moved out cas my dad hated his wife debra k but now im afred to go in there cas theres a lot more punk asses living there aand i got my bike skatebroad stollin and some kid tried to selll me it back hahahhaa dont move here

                            Avoid if Possible!

                            Tenant be aware! Unfortunately, the landlord does not honor his end of the bargain by performing adequate repair and remodeling of the interior of the units. I and other tenants share a serious problem with loose floor boards that chirp violently with the slightest amount of pressure. Surely, the exterior of the complex is well-maintained to draw in prospective tenants. Unfortunately however, the interior of the units are in need of serious updating and repair; something you will not find out about untill you move in. The interior has not been remodeled in years. Materials are rotting, decaying and breaking constantly. Even though the staff is very good at taking care of minor repairs in a timely fasion, when it comes to more costly ones, they will tell you to "deal with it" and that "The buildings are old." I have not had a peaceful night of sleep both due to airconditioning noise & floor boards of the upper unit since I moved in.

                              20LB. Dog limit

                              I lived here in 2003 and the place was great. I now moved back here August of 2009,AND BOY HAVE THINGS CHANGED...I've had nothing but problems from appliances not working,drunken neighbors,People flashing wich he got arrested,and my car being vanalized...I can deal with all that, I guess It's Apartment liveing,But what I can't deal with is I just adopted a dog that is terrior/pit mix,the dog doesn't bark and loves everyone includeing all animals-great Dog,but I took him in to let the staff know I got a dog and right off the bat I'm told the dog will be to big and I can't have him here,and I was supposed to let them know first...but what I don't get is theres plenty of dogs here that are well over 20lbs.and aggressive,for example my dad braught his pit over to visit and the neighbors dog bit him, My dads pit did nothing-just looked at the dog.the neightbor was drunk as always laughed and told HIS dog to get inside.....everyone is always walking there dogs off a leash here but yet the staff (GOES BY THE BOOK) WHAT A JOKE...IT'S LIKE HIGH SCHOOL ALL OVER AGAIN IF YOUR PART OF THERE CLICK YOUR IN IF NOT YOUR OUT.....I WILL MOVE THE FIRST CHANCE I GET....

                                Great Experience

                                I have lived here almost 4 yrs. and love it. The people I live around take care of each other as if they're family. The office staff has to be the best staff I have ever encountered in an apartment setting. There are times you can hear your neighbors, but that is not anyones fault but theirs, so people that complain need to realize the staff is not at fault (ask your neighbor to keep it down).... As for drug use, yes there have been incidents in the past, but the staff actively tries to address the issues and evict following the proper protocol. The maintenance guys are friendly and always willing to help (you treat them nicely and they make sure to take care of you too).... It would be nice if the parents of the kids in the area paid attention to their behavior instead of letting them run free 24/7 with no supervision (again that is the tenants fault to the staff).

                                  CHA CHA CHA HAS BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE SINCE ME AND MY BOYFRIEND MOVED IN. IT TAKES MAINTENANCE A COUPLE OF TIMES TO GET SOMETHING FIXED. WHICH IRRITATES ME AND THE GYM IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS LIKE THEY SAY. SO RIGHT NOW I AM NOT OVER THE MOON ABOUT THE PLACE BUT THE UNITS ARE NICE AND IT IS A GOOD LOCATION.

                                    La CucaraCHA CHA CHA Welfare/Trailorpark Apartments

                                    I've been living here for only 2 months and I hate this place with a passion. Like most of the reviews say, it is lovely when you first visit the place, but as soon as you move in, the truth is exposed. It is clearly obvious that management does not screen the people who are chosen to live here. Unless you enjoy living around white trash, meth addicts, drug dealers, and huge roaches, this place is not the place to live. The walls are like paper and God help you if you choose a lower level apartment. You will NEVER get a good nights sleep due to the floors being so thin, you will hear every footstep and noise above your head. The white trash here are also the most unfriendly and ungrateful I've ever seen. They trash the pool and gym, throw garbage all over the place as if they don't live here, yet managements way of dealing with it is throwing the complex an "ice-cream party". Screw the parties, start evicting! Management is too too soft on these people which is why it is crystal clear who really runs this apartment complex. Thank God we are moving in 2 weeks! This has been such a bad experience that I am not only moving out of this "Roach Motel", but I am moving out of this miserable state! God help you few decent people who reside here. PEACE, I'M OUT!

                                      Infested with cockroaches

                                      My husband and I have been living here for 6 months and can't wait to move out. After spending only 4 months here they all of a sudden raised the rent on us with no explanation. At first glance the apartment complex seems nice. The units are specious and seem clean enough. Although the appliances are on the older side most of them work fairly well. Once you move in you find out the truth. The walls are so thin that you can hear the person in the apartment next to you go to the bathroom. The washer and dryer are so old and in such a bad condition that I have to take most of our clothes to the dry cleaners. I only wash our sheets in the washer and dryer now. I learned it the hard way that they don't work properly. I ruined so much clothing. I approached the management about the problem. Their solution was to replace the old washer and dryer with another old washer and dryer that looked exactly the same. And guess what? It worked just as well as the previous one. So me and my husband gave up and just started going to the dry cleaners. It gets very expensive though. NOW the biggest problem of all. COCKROACHES!!!! The apartment complex is infested. At night it is impossible to go outside because the entire ground is moving. If we didn't spray the apartment ourselves we would have roaches everywhere inside the apartment as well. The management says they spray twice a month but that is a lie. I never see them and neither does my husband who works from home. When I approached the management about it they tried to make me seem stupid like I don't know what I am talking about. She tried to make me believe that they are waterbugs. I know the difference between roaches and waterbugs. The light colored roaches actually fly and jump off the walls at you. My husband had one on his shirt a couple times when he walked inside! The management is unresponsive and not friendly. I hate living here and can't wait move as soon as possible.

                                        A nice place to rent

                                        I have lived at Cha CHa Cha for about 1 year, and have had a good experience. The apartments themselves are spacious and worth the price. The staff has always been pleasant and quick to respond, as well as make efforts to encourage a sense of community- I have had friendly and considerate neighbors, and have often been invited to community activities. Furthermore, the location itself is very convenient. I strongly feel that when you choose to live in an apartment community, it is inevitable the a few (small) problems will arise; However, the staff at Cha CHa Cha does a great job of resolving any such problems quickly and efficienty. I would recommend Cha Cha Cha to anyone looking for an apartment to rent.

                                          who and how you are make your living enviroment- take the blame

                                          Comlain about trash, complain about adult and childrens behavior, complain about poor maintenace whatever, try complaining about yourself not owning up to your responsibilities. just because you pay rent does not mean the maintenance has now become your mother, since i have live there, the maintenance has busted butt to keep the property clean, safe, and up to date. it is not there job to babysit your children around the property or clean up your drugs and alcohol parties. for those of you who have witnessed the behavior, REPORT the people, so it can be delt with. if you say nothing, nothing happens to solve the problem. the mainenance guy Oscar, does keep up on tickets, old and new. and he does a very trust worthy job, unlike some people (no names menitioned). if you have problems with office personel, take it up with them, don't take it out on the maintenance crew. your living enviroment IS what you and your neighbors turn it into. i highly reccomend cha cha cha apts as a wonderful place to live if you can take care of the place as good or even better than you expect it to be taken care of yourself.

                                              i worked there for a little bit and let me tell u there is a guy name geoffy the worst maintence sup ever he is so lazy all he does is talk to the cleaning lady all day and does not help out when u need help he still has work orders from 2 months ago and thats said all he has to do is get his lazy self up and go but thats to eazy then u got this assistance manager who is like 0 or something and she dresses like she 19-20 so much winkles and bloches on her skin it like looking at ur grandmother and that sad the apts there are not taking care of and the property is is so randown because of them.. if they dont like u they will try to evict u as soon as possible or go to court and give a 30 day no cause they are do that to a few people now but if u want to live there i would not recommend it to my enemy the maintence and staff dont care and the worse i ever worked for and im glad i got out of there and all they want is rent they dont care about nothing eles thats how all the stout properties are and that not right so to sum it up u have a lazy maintence man and a granmother who dressies like a prosatute and thats all i have to say for now and if the staff of this propetry reading this this is ryan and have a good day if u need any more info please e-mail me at pokerplayer420420420@yahoo.com i will respond and have a great day

                                                The whole staff dont care about the residents all they want is the money

                                                The Cha Cha Cha Apts is a horrible excuse for a community to call home. There hole management company has very low class apartment complexes. The Cha Cha Cha is so ran down. It looks like a bomb has hit the place. It is infested with bugs and lose cats. The apartment itself has a gross old looking kitchens and nasty carpets and the rooms are the size of a walk in closet. The staff just adds that gross ------ touch to the complex. There is a woman in there that calls herself a asst. manager but you would think she is selling herself the way her appearance is. The maintenance is a 2 person crew. Gee now you know why things are nasty and old and you have to wait weeks on end for a work order to get done!!!!! That is if the maintenance supervisor will get off his butt. I always see this maintenance man sexual harassing the housekeeper ,that poor woman. This company must not care about there employees!!!!<br>I think this a horrible place to even consider to live. If you are smart you would stay away from the Stout properties. <br>
