Great Apaartments For the Price
So far in all the apartments I have lived in Cha Cha has been the biggest and the nicest for a good price.I have a 2 bedroom and I pay $835 a month. They have good size patios and full size washer and dryer. None of that stackable crud.I am going on my 3rd year here and have enjoyed my stay. As in all apartments you have rude neighbors. I have met so many nice people in my complex the only downfall is my one neighbor. I recommend these apartments to anyone, especially if you have children. In the back of the complex there is a child playground that is very nice.

Cha Cha Cha
I have lived in these apartment for the last two years and this place is quiet and reasonable. Recently they built a grocery store and some eatery places around here. When I first moved in here there were some thugs and problems but that has been cleaned up. The management seems to change often but as these apartment are part of a large corporation I believe. I haven´t had any problems living here. The scenery is great looking east in the summer night watching planes coming in for final approach...no they don´t come straight overhead but you can see them in the distance. This place is great <br>
