Good, so far at this time. We have enjoyed our time here in an apartment community. It has been an experience, mostly positive some negative but good enough for this time period in our lives. There are good neighbors that devote time and effort to this community that are priceless additions to the experience we are having at this time. This is a good way station for us as we compemplate our next move.

Destinations Pueblo is a gated, pretty safe and quiet place for seniors, located close to amenities important to our age group. Residential villages, Summerlin Police, Groceries, healthcare facilities, athletic clubs, golf courses, shopping malls, strip malls, varied eateries, casinos with movie theaters all nearby. Destinations Pueblo has monthly calendars for varied events and provides free shuttle service to residents who sign up for them. The office staff is approachable, friendly and responsive to our needs.

A great place to live

The entire staff make sure that all the resident are made to feel important. The maintenance team is excellent and very responsive. Any maintenance concerns are addressed the same day as submitted. All in all, a great place to live.

I enjoy living in the community because we are so close to the shopping centers and I’m near my doctors offices. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. we have a beautiful garden that the residence take care of on every day basis. we have parties that are catered with delicious foods. I’m very happy here.

A nice place to live, nice quiet location, there are several markets nearby. The management is accessible and supportive, maintenance is fast and responsive. The apartments are spacious and the complex architecture is attractive.

I have lived here nine years and love my apartment and friends here. The location is awesome, and the maintenance staff is highly qualified. Property Manager thinks she's much more than she is and is very lacking in skills and personality, plus very overweight and mean. I hope she leaves soon. There is a turnover in management about every two years.

Everyone I have come to contact with at Destinations Pueblo have been exceptional! Sometimes, as I am taking my walker out of my car & a maintenance person is driving by in the cart, they usually stop to ask if they can help. Trying to remain as an “independent” I always say Thank you, I’m ok. Thanks for asking”. However, it really makes me feel thankful for their concern. I love Destinations Pueblo staff!!!

This is the perfect forever home for me. Apt home had plenty for everything I had and plenty of space for my pup Awesome community center with an amazing variety of activities, beautiful outdoor area with an amazing heated pool, spa, bbq area and plenty of seating. Staff and residents have been very friendly and welcoming! Wish I had known of this place and came here sooner!!!

Dear Grace: I believe I already answered a questionnaire similar to this one. I gave Overall a one star because I have no experience with other communities. I only gave four stars to Grounds because additions need to be added where plants have died or missing. Would I have to say does not take 120 characters. I can do it in a lot less and say much more. But since you always say I gotta use 120 characters I’m gonna use 120 characters just for the heck of it. Now, if you want more, I can go on more. I can do the preamble to the constitution or maybe even the Gettysburg address if you prefer. But then again you wouldn’t know what I was talking about anyhow so it doesn’t matter. When my apartment was broken into I never received so much as a call from management. The robber took my purse with my credit cards, bank info, phone and my life was put on hold for well over one year!

I have been living here for 9 years and are very pleased with administration and the whole office the help is exceptional. Whenever anything is needed my experience has always been very satisfactory with the people who work there, especially Rebecca Fox who is so helpful. An OK place, but the front office and maintenance needs much improvement. It appears that the communications among the office staff, and with maintenance is poor. On the plus side, the complex has an active, and well thought social program.

I’m enjoying living here and making new friends I’ve joined in some of the activities and love it. The staff are very very nice and helpful. I feel safe and comfortable here. My apartment location is convenient to the clubhouse and pool.

Living here has been very pleasant! The office staff has been very patient and helpful with questions on our cell phone or computer! The maintenance staff works very hard on safety issues! The grounds are excellent! We are truly look forward to signing our next lease!

I've been living at Destinations Pueblo for 13 years. The property is beautiful and there are a lot of amenities for the residents that live here. The management team and the maintenance team are dynamite! I I hope to continue to live here many years to come.

I find Destinations Pueblo as a good community. All my requests have been completed within 24 hours. The team (office & maintenance) have always been friendly. I would recommend this community for anyone 55 and older.

Its great to live here as a senior because of all the outside problems that can be part of living outside of a gated community. Seniors that live in a community have many of the same problems and understand what the other is going through.

Rent got too high for me. Sad to have to move at my age. I may recommend to a friend if they got raises in their income like they raise the rent. So probably someone that is still working. 55-65. It has been and could be a great place for seniors 62+

I have lived here since July 2021 and I am pleased with the upkeep of the neighborhood and pleasant neighbors, so I am glad you check up on those who wish to live here. There was some theft to my car at one time but it was not stolen. I guess no one wants a 2008 model car. If I have a maintenance difficulty it is quickly resolved. I am pleased with the activities at the clubhouse and take advantage of the exercise classes and parties. The location is pleasant and easy to drive to my church and shopping. I appreciate the work of the ambassadors.
