I feel part of a Community living at Destinations Pueblo. I've made many friends and I enjoy the support of everyone that lives and works there. It has become the place I needed after my divorce. I'm safe there and I'm close to my family and outside friends. I'm happy I found this 55 plus living Community.

This Community is very quiet and safe, I love everything about this place. It’s a great area where you do not need to go very far for shopping or fast food. I’m very happy that I finally found a place that is so quite.

Todii Mosby I’m not afraid of speaking out when they had attacked me with verbal abuse and hostility now there afraid of me because i had verbally did the same thing right at them I’m also had threatening words in the heat of the pivotal moment and now i can only come into the office on Mondays / can’t on Tuesday through Saturdays? I still have the right to come to the mailroom which is right next to the office!!!! I do have to walk by the office to pick up my mail at any given time until the day I moved out on the 6 of June I have not been in the office since Saturday the 6 to recover my stolen mail and packages from grace who handed my mail that was taken from another residence by mistake!!! If these girls are afraid of me they should put up curtains so I and others don’t look into the windows??? I’ve been respecting there boundaries! Again there’s no compassion in the office and understanding and empathy for the hostility towards me? Only one lady in the office I was talking to had those attributes and that is anesthesia who I now am only allowed to talk to in office I’m ok with that !!! She should become a manager! African American lady These immature women need not to worry or speak to me !! I’m not wasting my energy on them Watch out for Jade / Grace / and now Rebecca who had hire these two I feel sorry for the company of Greystar that has to deal with unprofessional management I’m embarrassed for the company! I’m happy to be moving forward away from these women who I just want to say that I do love you all and I forgive you all for the unwelcoming attitude !! The hostility towards me I don’t like none of you again I’m moving far away from you all ! Best wishes to you all you deserve each other I hope this company wakes up on a poor. Job these women are doing !!! Ps I do have a right to walk in the residence lounge to get my mail daily at any given hour! It right next to the office!!! So again I will only pop in to the office on Monday to only see anesthesia! Heads up I still believe that on Friday the 5 evening there was a fight between the two women before I enter the office! I've been living at Destinations Pueblo going on 7 years. It is so quiet and everyone is very friendly. The staff is always willing to listen and get any issues addressed if possible. The grounds are well maintained.

Destinations Pueblo is a beautifully maintained over-55 community in the upscale Summerlin area of Las Vegas. It is quiet with a sense of peacefulness in being close to the mountains. Staff and residents alike are very friendly, and being a gated community, it is very safe. I lived here priorly (2009-2014) and came back, after living for a time in Oregon, because it is a great place to live if you are over-55 in Las Vegas.

This is my second time renting at Destinations Pueblo. I love this community! The staff is great; maintenance requests are handles in a timely manner; the property is clean and pristine always. They also provide recycling bins here, which many other communities do not do. My one bedroom is nice and spacious as well. The one only two things that I would change if it were possible is the fact that the one bedroom units do not have balconies or patios; and the all white laminate countertops in the kitchen are hard to maintain. Countertop upgrades without an increase in rent would be great! Sharon S

Destinations is a great spot to be in. The management does a fine upkeep on the property and stays in continual communication with the resident community. A resident here for over six years. The nice thing too is that people are nice here.

Love it here..would like to throw out idea of when maintenence enters our unit some type of service ticket should be left so we know they entered our surely keep us from calling the office and let us know our work order was completed. Grounds have never looked better..office staff have never been more caring and professional

I have to use a scooter to get around and many of the residents in building ten have the same problem with no ramp except at end of building to get to car or to get picked up. Need another ramp near to gate. Also need railings near 1113 for residents to get up and down steps. Both sides and all steps. Really needed for safety.

You really don’t want to know. I have had pigeons in the crawl space for months and nothing has been done and they aren’t going to resolve it! It’s like living in a tree fort. I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can leave.

Up until recently, residents at Destinations Pueblo were beneficiaries of enjoyable, regular Clubhouse activities (monthly catered parties serving good food, karaoke, classy entertainers) and adequate, necessary shuttle bus service for feeble, disabled residents without their own cars. All of these benefits are gradually being taken away, replaced by pay-for-your-own dinner parties serving mediocre food, lower-class performers, shuttle bus trips aimed at pleasing car-owning residents more than the less-fortunate ones. There was a time we'd brag to friends about what a wonderful experience it was to reside at Destinations Pueblo. Nowadays what matters most to DP is improving the bottom line, at the expense of the residents. You are slowly killing the goose that lays your golden eggs.

In the past the manager has been unfriendly very cool not interested in the residents however she has been replaced. Today new manager is in place so time will tell if she is better than the last one.The grounds have been cleaned up and dead trees removed, also sprinkling systems have been adjusted so they water the grass and flowers rather then the sidewalk.

The apartment are furnished with modern appliances, flooring and adequate bathing fixtures. The activities are designed to encourage physical well being, relaxation and enjoyment. The office staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bus service that provides transportation to shopping and banking plus dining out. Overall, the living environment promotes healthy lifestyle.

Most things are good. Have had a concern with a person yelling out his window, improper language. I have reported it and hopefully it will stop. Do not move in here is my advice. Leasing office lies to you. Website says their lavish. Far from it. They show you models that are nice then you move here and your apartment is dirty and broken down. They do not care either.

We have enjoyed our time at this complex. Alot of friendly people. There are several activities you can take part in. The pool is always clean. Any problems that arise are handled very efficiently and correctly.

Disappointed. False Advertising of Apartment

This apartment was filthy dirty had not been cleaned before move in. Old pee in toilets. At least 5 coats of paint on cupboards. Blinds broke kitchen blind greasy and dirty. Removed never replaced. Everything is fixed by bubblegum. Bottom of Bathtub in master bathroom black. Have no idea what is coming up from it. Leasing office really does not care. They just smile at you and tell you how sorry they are.

Not as advertised

The apartments are in a perfect location. That is about the only advantage. They advertise activities in the great clubhouse, resort style pool and hot tub 24/7, and beautiful grounds. Truth is the clubhouse is off limits if you’re not signed up for an activity. It is not a gathering place for the residents to meet up and enjoy each other’s company. You can only be there if nothing is scheduled. The resort style pool is either being drained for some reason or filthy dirty. It is not maintained by maintenance. The hot tub works approximately half of the time and is not cleaned. The grounds are not well maintained, lots of trash and dog poop around, security gates are often not operating, providing no security for tenants. The people who live here are very nice, but afraid to complain because of repercussions. Apartments are tape and bubble gum repaired. But the rents have just increased by $200. Location and friendly neighbors are what people enjoy most here.

An attractive, well maintained complex. I have not been a resident long enough to have an opinion, but I think the staff tries hard to please! I do wish the units contained more square footage for two people sharing the facility.
