A lovely place to live. Rene is a rock star! Always thinking up fun things to do. The clubhouse is beautiful. Quiet community. Great neighbors. Pretty surroundings. Wish there was a smoking area. When you don't smoke, it's difficult to be around.

Very good maintenance. Pools could be kept a bit cleaner and Hot Tub is not working Hot most of the time. Great maintenance staff and facilities generally feel safe here in this community that is striving to be better all the time.

So far so good. I love it here. I've found peace and quiet, great neighbors and a lovely place to live and thieve. The Management is very responsive and available. I like that maintenance is here on Sunday

Fun, relaxing, interesting, exciting, positive, dependable service, a staff who actually does care about our needs, services and lives, excellent facilities, amazing parties, socials, dances, live bands, free food, an incredible shuttle service and a driver who takes us to the door of our buildings and helps us unload our packages and sees that we make it to our doors safely. We have a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub, a stunning clubhouse, library, exercise room, and each day is full of lovely experiences, but we also have as much privacy and quiet time as we need too!

Staff is very friendly and professional. Very safe quiet community. I have made a great choice in moving here. So far very happy would definitely recommend to others. Close to everything including access to highways etc.

Enjoy the opportunity to meet all kinds of people and form friendships. Many choices for entertainment and exercise are happening every month. Pool is nice Help with maintenance issues is readily available.

Generally speakly I've been happy. Losing the Clubhouse for remodel twice in four years is way too much. With new tenants, somebody isn't pick up dog's poop which is gross. Finally the gates work which was a problem for years.

I have lived here 2 1/2 years, The location is very nice. We are located a quiet street with a gated School and Guard right across the street. Feel very safe and secure. The staff is pleasant and prompt with any needs I have had. I enjoy my fellow residents and take part in the Activities that are of interest to me. They do provide a variety so that one can pick what interests them.

I have lived here almost nine (9) years, and I love it here! It is an excellent location for stores, doctors, and just everything. Our clubhouse is being renovated now, and I can hardly wait to see it when finished. The management team of Annie and Ozzie, leasing agent, Romeo, and Activities Coordinator, Rene, are just fabulous.

the site is great,the rent is going up to much/that's why people have to move. I feel safe here. remember I came from new York Roosevelt island in new York had top of the line of everything? I lived on central park west for many years. had a house in summerlin off of towncenter.

Destination at Pueblo is a wonderful property. Great location in town. If you are looking for an active senior lifestyle with lots of activities you will love it here. They host dinners, fun exercise classes for all levels, outings, shopping, bingo and on and on. On top of that a great staff that wants their members to enjoy a happy active stay.

I have lived here for a little over 8 years now, and have seen a lot of changes over the years, both in management and residents. The present management team scores very high in my book, and they are making major improvements to the apartments, and it is fun living here with the present Activities Coordinator, Rene Carbajal. She is one hard working lady and provides us with great parties, a superb food selection with the Continental breakfast 4 times a week, and all in all a very enjoyable time. The Maintenance trio is also outstanding and if you need something fixed, they are at your apartment right away.

Very nice property . Good location in Summerlin ..grocery and restaurants very close. The management and staff are super helpful and friendly . Many activities daily and weekly . Recently upgraded clubhouse with a great atmosphere. Pool area is beautiful. Perfect spot for seniors active and less active. Highly recommend the place!!

SENIOR PROPERTY?

This is a place for seniors that have social security and pension coming in ------ I am 57 years old, have been here for 2 years, got in on a very good rental special with superior management at that time in 2010. Now a bank owns this property? Rent is going up very high, so I guess I am not a senior citizen anymore? They just want the money!!

AWESOME

Destination Pueblo has the best location in Summerlin. The landscaping is #1. The staff was Awesome, helpful and wore smiles. Clubhouse was busy with residents doing games and such. Any senior would love to here.
