8600 Scholar LANE Apt 2091. My only complaint is noise, filthy arguments from apt 2101. I've reported it. And the upkeep of grounds have fallen off since COVID. Understandable. Anne in the office has always been nice and accommodating. Ernesto, maintenence, is just a gentle giant and always so friendly.

Staff Not attuned to the little details/ammenties: no toilet paper or paper towels in Clubhouse public bathrooms, no water in Clubhouse public area, no computer/printer toner in the Clubhouse pubic Library/Den. EVEN AFTER RESIDENTS REPORT NEED TO MANAGEMENT:(

Ive lived here at Destinations going on 3 years. Its the best place Ive lived so far. Great staff and neighbors good activities and the activities director is awesome. I love it here Ive told others about living here.

I love living here at Destination Pueblo. My neighbors are tops as well as other community residence. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Everyone seems to enjoy the activities. I try to not attend due to currant issues with bullying. Other than that all is good.

My life has opened up since moving to Destinations Pueblo. I have been looking forward to living in a nice community for 55+, and I have found it. It's a dog-friendly community and there is plenty of space in the complex to walk and say hi to the neighbors. I feel safe here and that is very important to me. I really do like it here.

Destinations Pueblo is a wonderful place to live. It is so quiet and peaceful here. My neighbors are very nice and the management team is friendly and are there when you need them. They have many fun activities that residents can participate in and we receive a monthly newsletter keeping us updated on all our community news. I have been very happy since moving here in May, 2020 and I love my apartment. I am so comfortable and always feel safe. Destinations Pueblo is truly a beautiful place to call home!

Great place to live. Personal does a great job. Taking care of us during the virus. Handy parking spot. Having a pickup trash for elderly is a great idea and use it all the time. Being in a gated community is great for feeling safe.

My review would be 5 stars but I have to give it 3 stars based on not being able to sleep in my bed because of a ceiling fan running 24-7 hrs a day 365 days a year The failing fan is causing my bed to vibrate and it's making a humming sound that reverberates none stop. I brought in a note from my doctor about my spinal condition as a disabled vet to the office and offered to pay for a new ceiling fan to be installed. Michael said no. And that I could move to another unit.... someone please explain to me how this makes any sense. My hope and prayers someone will have a change in heart and be a good human being and make good business sense to resolve my dilemma....

Poor management , gates do not lock, maintenance is never performed, office people are nasty, the much touted clubhouse is seldom open poor place to live, no hot water front office never listens to the people. Heat does not work

This is a perfect place for age 55 on. There's a nice sense of community and Activities Festivities sponsored by Destinations staff are a full monthly calendar. The actions and reactions of Management, leasing and maintenance are fast regardless of the problem. The grounds are spread out so well you have privacy, a feeling of a Villa dwelling. I especially like the location and available bus with Beau our driver. No one is a stranger here; isn't that nice!

inconvenience to move-in/move-out or transfer to another unit. courtesy assistance with moving? more lighting in hallways in walkways gate code by pool wasnt given gate entry inconvenience for one side of the community

Best neighborhood in the Las Vegas valley. What you receive here for what you pay is unbeatable. The location, amenities, activities, and the shuttle bus all combine to make Destination Pueblo the best community in the valley. No other complex compares, in my opinion.

Easy to meet people. Very caring and energetic activities director. The morning coffee is a nice way to see neighbors begin the day. Several different events every month. Good schedule of the van to grocery, drug stores and shopping malls.

The Destinations Pueblo is one of the Best Communities for Senior Citizens in Clark County. And Destinations Activities Director Rene is the most Dedicated, truly concerned about Residents Activities Director I've ever seen in Las Vegas. And I've lived in Las Vegas over 17 years. Also, the daily Continental Breakfast is Great! And all the Volunteers and Ambassadors in the different Activities, Programs, etc. for us are worthy of Praise! Plus, the Maintenance Staff and Supervisor Ricardo are the Best!

If you have enough savings to draw from to meet the rental requirements, this property is perfect for you. There is a grocery store nearby as well as small businesses for necessities. If you do NOT have a car, there are a few trips offered by bus to other areas each week.

Only been here a couple of days so far. Everyone very welcoming. The activities director does a great job explaining the extras The maintenance men have been very fast at fixing my problems. The leasing agents were very patient explaining every aspect of the contract as I had not rented an apartment in decades

With communication improvements, repairs to mail room and pool area, and lower rent rate, I would definitely recommend Destinations Pueblo to family and friends. There is an outstanding activities program and an excellent property bus service.

I actually lived here for 3 years the first time, and came back a year and a half later. I feel this is a pleasant, safe place to live. As stated previously our management and maintenance people are the best.

Before moving in was great, all smiles and welcome from the staff. Since moving in I have experience a different atmosphere. The staff did not completely explain procedures, everyone is busy, busy. The mandatory trash pick-up was confusing, and not fully explained, did not receive a trash receptical for trash pick-up, did not know I needed one, until I received "eye roll" from the gentleman at my door at 9:00p last night . I did not receive information nor instructions regarding signing up for shopping, etc. To my surprise, I did not receive a mail box key, however, I do have one now. Most of the information regarding tenancy procedures was received by asking other residents.

The staff are always there for you to help you and solve any problems you might encounter. The maintenance team are courteous and professional. The location is excellent. Scheduled trips for shopping, banking, various activities, restaurants are well planned and the residents are asked for their input. The grounds are well kept and neat.
