First year great, second year terrible. Lots of unsupervised kids destroying the property and lots of noise by neighbors. After my lease is over I will not be renewing my contract. I don’t know why you have to make this 201 characters I do not wish to write more

If you are considering moving to the complex -The Presley at Whitney Ranch. Think again. They will nickel and dime you each step of the way. They also have tow trucks coming in and checking tags. If your tags are expired, they will have it towed.... 1. You charge us $25 each month to park in our own complex. 2. You make everyone pay $75 ea month for a hot box gym fee. Whether you use it or not. 3. You also charge us a portion f the complex Common Area Electricity $12.34 4. SERVICE TYPE SERVICE PERIOD CHARGES Common Area Electricity $12.34 Common Area Gas $0.32 Sewer $12.09 Trash $27.41 Water $8.80 Service Fee Conservice is a service provider contracted to prepare monthly statements and provide conservation resources. $4.88 And you charge this -------- fee $4.88 for a statement I should have anyway. And the big issue is when we all pay our rent, You will charge a fee of $9.95 just so I can pay my rent....

I have lived at The Presley for 2 years now, going on 3, and I love living here. It’s a great area and the amenities are great. The community is clean and all of the neighbors are great. My favorite thing about The Presley is the staff. They are all very kind and helpful and they go above and beyond. The staff treats their residents like people, not just ‘customers’ or ‘residents.’ They really care about everyone who lives here and they make sure everyone is comfortable in their home. The staff in the office, the maintenance, and the security are all extremely kind and genuine people. They all have created an amazing environment to call home!

My experience with this apartment community has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable from start to finish. I was nearly moved into a filthy, water-damaged unit that was clearly not move-in ready. The condition of the apartment was unsanitary and showed obvious signs of neglect. My move in was delayed over 5 DAYS. The next unit the tried to put me in "their model unit" had scuffs along the baseboard and stained countertops. They also have units available on their website that are not move in ready. Unit was advertised as move in ready, yet maintenance was still completing work the day of my move in and I am still waiting for paint thinner to remove paint from my floor, that they promised they would do a week ago. The broader community itself is also poorly maintained and consistently dirty, dog feces everywhere, which reflects a lack of care from management. When issues were raised, maintenance was dismissive rather than helpful. Instead of listening to the actual problems, they focused on telling me what I couldn't do--such as claiming I shouldn't run the shower, dishwasher, or washer at the same time (which I wasn't even doing). I was repeatedly given excuses instead of solutions. I was told I only get 15 minutes of hot water, which is unacceptable on its own--but even worse, my bathtub couldn't even be filled halfway with hot water. After three separate maintenance visits, the problem was suddenly "fixed," and now I magically have plenty of hot water to fill my bath. That alone proves the issue was real all along and was not being taken seriously. This experience felt like constant deflection, excuses, and gaslighting instead of accountability. No one should have to fight this hard for basic living conditions like cleanliness and hot water. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here to inspect units thoroughly and be prepared to advocate for yourself--because management and maintenance will not do it for you.

I feel the experience so far has been good. The love process was very easy and staff very friendly. Little to no issues within our unit and if any, all were addressed in a timely manner. The location and ease of access to shopping and other amenities is very convenient.

Britney and yasmine are so nice! I love my apartment and living here. Margarito is top notch and efficient on any work orders i put in. I love the events they have here! Very quiet and spacious here and always has parking spots

I been here 6 years and I enjoy staying here at The Whitney wrench Presley they have a great management team running the place come check them out. It’s the top of the line location. The Galleria mall driving three minutes away Costco Whole Foods driving three minutes away Henderson Hospital driving three minutes away the highway 100 feet away. What else could I say about this location?

So far, I have really liked my experience at the Presley. First, the location is great and makes it so easy for me to get everywhere I need to go. Second, the community is very clean and feels very safe. Finally, the staff has been very easy to communicate with.

The Presley is a beautiful community with helpful and responsive staff. My apartment was in great condition at move-in and the few things that needed to be fixed were taken care of promptly. I rated the “noise” lower because it is right on a main road and in some areas you can hear the cars quite a bit but within the community itself the noise is just kids playing in the pool and the occasional dog bark. Very dog and family friendly community.

Living at The Presley has been such a great experience! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and always feels welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional, but I have to give a special shout-out to the maintenance crew — they are amazing! Requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and always with a great attitude. Margarito, in particular, goes above and beyond every time — he’s knowledgeable, courteous, and makes sure everything is done right the first time. It’s such a relief to live somewhere where you know things will be taken care of promptly. Highly recommend The Presley to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

Not good so far , wanting to find other options. Left a place with parking to come to a place and misinformed about parking and how the ground is maintained. Spa has been down since I moved in 7/18 just all an all not happy.

I haven’t had any issues as of now,still getting to know the community.Everything has been good so far.I like how everything is but if I had to pick one thing to complain about it would be the dumpsters,There is always trash around them on the ground besides that nothing else.

Great experience. Good neighbors. Nice amenities. The ladies at the leasing office are really sweet and kind. Allyson is awesome. She helped me when I first moved here. She never judged me and she always made me feel heard and understood and I appreciate her for that!

The community is awesome, we are really looking forward to the Pools being opened. The highway is the reason "Noise" wasn't ranked better. "Grounds" was not ranked better due to Valet Trash fee not really helping maintain trash-free grounds (we always take our trash out by ourselves own anyway); "Grounds" also not ranked higher due to residents not picking up after their dogs. The maintenance team has been timely and helpful with our requests (Margarito).

The Presley is a beautiful property in a great central location. Very peaceful with a resort feeling. The apartments are large and decor is modern and clean. The propert amenities are nice and the management has special events monthly for residents and even food trucks occasionally visit the property.

Would not recommend it, too many issues to list. More of a hassle to deal with and will just leave you frustrated because nothing will be done to resolve it just empty promises.The only time you will see any involvement from the staff is if there is a problem with the payment…. Which is usually the result of something they did.

Generally ok. Not very clean these days. Location is great ( which is the only thing that stands out actually) My unit itself is good. Co Residents are acceptable. The towing issue I discribed above is unacceptable!!!
